You are right. Some teams have priorities in determining important matches for them. Of course every team wants to show their best performance in every match but I don't think that can be done by all teams. And the busy schedule means each team has to prioritize their matches. Some teams have poor performance in domestic leagues but they are very good in International leagues. Like Sevilla who are kings of the European league but they don't have good achievements in La Liga. Some teams can win the domestic league but they cannot win the Champions league. I think there are some external factors that influence matches in international leagues.

I just don’t see the need or relation to base the outcome of an European competition match on what the teams are performing in their domestic leagues. This is why teams gives match necessity to the trophies they need most than those they don’t need, this is why their performance in the domestic league shouldn’t be used to judge them in the Europa League competition. All the teams you’ve mentioned have been playing well in this league and that is what have brought them this far in the competition, so it is very likely that the unexpected happens at the outcome of this match schedules. I am still envisioning a Liverpool and Bayern Leverkusen final and that is my prediction or rather speculation on the outcome of this tournament.

My estimates are also almost the same as the team list you wrote. It's just that I'm still not sure about the Leverkusen vs West Ham match and the Milan vs Roma match. Milan and Leverkusen are certainly favorites based on their respective rankings in their respective leagues. but because this is the European League where weak teams sometimes make surprises, everything is difficult to predict. Roma's problem so far has been the endless injuries that have plagued the team, Dybala plays one game and 3 he watches from the infirmary, as do many other players like him. As for Leverkusen, obviously I don't agree with you, because I think their performance in the league cannot be a reference for us to favorite them to reach the final, I admit that they are strong candidates at the moment, but so far I see no strong team that Leverkusen is facing to reach the Europa League final,  And of course it makes it easier for them like now, Leverkusen is very difficult when facing Qarabag who is a weak team and that makes me pessimistic if Leverkusen can beat Milan in the semi-finals if they both meet later, I personally am quite sure if Liverpool and Milan will reach the final round of the Europa League this season with a note if they avoid in the semi-finals.

It makes sense if you mention the names of the teams because out of all 4 teams really deserve to be in the semifinals. But I am quite doubtful considering that this is still the first leg match and in the second leg the result could be different. For Liverpool and Leverkusen, I'm sure both of them will crush their opponents in two legs, but for Benfica and Milan, I don't think their chances are as big as you imagine.

It could be said that Benfica and Milan will face quite comparable opponents and maybe if they both manage to win decisively in the first leg then they won't have any worries in the second leg. This is quite risky because all teams can turn things around in a certain time and that is why both Benfica and Milan have to be wary of their opponents. Chance for Roma and De Rossi to beat AC Milan and Pioli is not too high.
