I would never think that Milan would underestimate Roma just because they got a draw from Lecce, although maybe Roma will rise before the Europa League game starts but still I will not change my bet for Milan victory later, I think maybe de Rossi is just trying to experiment against Lecce so that indeed he can get a better strategy to face Milan later but unfortunately it is precisely that experiment seems to have failed.

De Rossi wasn't a creative coach. He was a monotonous coach who repeatedly used the same strategy and i have observed it based on the last matches and i take a conclusion that if acmilan probably playing offensively against roma caued by pioli may feel so confident to beat roma with playing offensively like what it did in the last match against roma. Under normal circumstances I would agree with you, but there are two important points that speak against this. First of all, Roma today is not the same as Roma two months ago. They have done a lot to improve their game and it turned out positively in regards to their results. They did tie a game today which they should have won, but still they are on an uptrend and fighting for UEFA for qualifiers. Secondly, last season nobody expected them to go all the way into the final and yet they did while eliminating strong teams along the way. So never say never as they are still capable of bringup up a great game on a good day. They parked the bus last season against Leverkusen and that was all they did and yet they won the duel with Leverkusen because they took home a 1-0 lead from the first leg. The same thing could happen this season.

Look, AS Roma under De Rossi... its fantastic. Honestly, really enjoying it. This attacking style, its the right call. Team's playing like they have something to prove, and its working. Top 5, looking towards Champions League - thats big stuff. Frankly, Mourinho was holding them back. Too afraid of mistakes, not enough trust in the talent.
