The situation of Roma before De Rossi's arrival put them in a situation where they have to fix a bit of loops and come on top. Before now, Mourinho has had the  responsibility to ensure good league game results and I won't blame him much for the times of loss because their opponents, their opponents in some situations have been too title contenders and personally wouldn't embrace a loss based on the goal they have for themselves.
 
 De Rossi has been given time to show himself. They're playing the league games and as well as the European games, their attention is on 2 trophies, European trophy will be a bit difficult for them and I don't think that currently De Rossi would be able to scale through all the clubs that will be presented to him to face in each advancement phase of the tournament.

 Even in the Serie A, it'll be difficult for them to gain the top stand so it's just best that they focus their strength and struggle to maintaining a good result that'll see them scale through to the European cups next season.  In the game, they were able to confidently net in 4goals and this gave enough goal margin in the match. Monza who were the host didn't actually make much effort, adding that they were up against a better side and nothing less or different from the final outcome was expected to happen. Actually In recent times, AS Roma has been Lucky with coaches as their most recent past two coaches in the person of Mourinho a d Rossi has been good and has helped them Made standard that has helped the team Gain a better shape than what they were before the coming of both coaches, last season Mourinho actually did a whole lot for the team as he resharpen their come.and mentality.

Rossi isn't doing any bad but some how I still feel Mourinho was sacked unfairly because it seemed to me like he wasn't given enough time to do that which he would have been able to do with the team this season, he did much for them.last season so why the haste to have him leave the team because of a few set backs in the early part of the season, I feel if he was giving more opportunities he would have still done some good moves with the team this season especially in the Europa where he's really good at having won the trophy before even though it wasn't with Roma.

Rossi is doing quite fine but I doubt if he will be able to lift a trophy this season for Roma, he may only be able to help them finish at good positions but I doubt if they will be able to lift a trophy because he seem like he's still trying to get the team built up and not yet up to the form they should be such that they will be able to win both the Europa or their domestic league as the competition in both league currently is such that they can't really contend.

Even though they entered the final round of this competition, Roma last season was not very exciting.  especially, during the semifinal match against Leverkusen. Very boring tactics, especially as I'm sure people who bet would really hate it if Mourinho used his old tactics that he always relies on. I really didn't enjoy the AS Roma match, both in the semifinals and the final.

This season, there are changes made by De Rossi even though he is an amateur coach. "People call him that, that he is not an experienced coach". well, even though AS Roma is not as much of a favorite as AC Milan. However, there has been an increase in their performance in both the Domestic League and Europa League. Roma is now ranked 5th in its domestic competition, which was previously ranked 8th if I'm not mistaken after Mourinho left. The end of the competition is getting closer, Roma has the opportunity to finish in the top four of its domestic competition. although, it must be paid with paper work. at least, De Rossi has taken it in a better direction. and what I like, it carries an offensive system pattern.

Referring to your question, can Roma beat AC Milan? the answer was, we will find out after the match between these two teams meets in the quarter-finals. After all, these two teams have equally good odds, the problem is which team is the most prepared and my point is what strategy De Rossi will apply. because for AC Milan, their system is easy to understand. the same question, can Roma beat Milan? interesting for us to wait for.

Leverkusen and Liverpool are obvious favourites on paper just as bookmakers also think the same. However it is better not to take anything granted. Who knows maybe both teams will say goodbye at an unexpected point. For now I think Liverpool would progress more than Leverkusen. This means I'm favouring Liverpool even if they face each other in the final stage.

I have a huge respect for Xabi Alonso now. It is a huge work he has done so far. But can he beat Klopp's Liverpool in a probable finale matchup? I don't think so but this is just my humble opinion. 

Until now, I still prefer AC Milan for the match which took place at the San Siro, because Milan themselves are also quite aware that they can beat Roma with Roma's current condition. So that the fierceness of their match which will take place at the San Siro is quite possible, because Roma itself is also a team that is making a better and gradual comeback at the moment so that both will be equally favorites and will also get support from their respective supporters.

Last season it was Jose Mourinho who took Roma to the final.
This season, De Rossi has indeed made Roma much better, but will they be the favorites and not lose to AC MIlan?
I don't think so, in fact Roma's percentage is not much greater than AC Milan's to advance to the semifinals of the Europa League this season. Now Roma and Milan are the two teams that are improving in performance so this will be a fierce and difficult match for both teams.

Everyone has their own favorites with different points of view for this match and I think there is no harm in people betting on Milan or Roma because they are both strong teams that have the same possibilities.

Indeed, we cannot underestimate Roma just like that, especially after their achievements in Serie A that can continue to compete for the top 4 this season, but of course we all have a different view on the match later, so far in the last 5 matches of both in the league, Milan is very dominating over Roma and that is precisely what makes us here see Milan has a better chance than Roma,  I think De Rossi has made a difference at Roma but still his experience in the Europa League so far is quite zero compared pioli to having coached many clubs over the years.

I personally would of course bet on Milan because indeed the chances of winning are better than Roma, and interestingly the match between Milan and Roma is certainly no different from the domestic match between them so maybe we here will not get too many surprises in the match like as the match of two clubs from different leagues, because indeed both teams of course have enough to know the weaknesses and strengths of their opponents,  So in this case, the strategy applied by the coach will probably be a decisive factor and of course the two teams will of course present an exciting match in the match because  the european league in knockout format.

Anyone betting against Roma, especially under De Rossi, is a fool. This guy has energized the team. They're fighting for respect and to establish they're a force in Europe, not just kicking a ball. Last season, they shocked everyone with a deep Europa League run. That kind of run isn't accidental

Milan is a formidable contender, dominating Serie A. Football, especially European football, is unpredictable. Roma has underdog grit and De Rossi's tactical smarts. That combination can derail favorites. If things go well, both sides might run wild in this event. This is what makes it so intriguing for fans

I agree that Milan has a better chance, but I am not underestimating Roma neither, looking at how they have been since De Rossi came in, I think that is why it is going to be quite good and will make a lot of people money if they bet on Roma and turn out to be right. This is of course not easy, we are going to face a lot of trouble if we are not careful so we should definitely consider the situation to be highly sensitive.

If you bet on Milan, you are betting on the better team to win the game, so you are making a right decision, if you bet on Roma you are betting on the team that made a comeback and gained a momentum so that's right too. Considering game by game, I think betting on home team winning in both cases could be fine.

Sevilla are a really special team in the Europa League though. Even if they have a terrible season in the La Liga it is still not an obstacle for them to win an EL title.

It is incredible work right?    However we don't have them in the EL this time. They just finished their Champions League group at the last position. But if they somehow managed to make it to the EL then I would definitely add them among the biggest contenders no matter what.

By the way Emery has also been very successful in these years. 3 titles with Sevilla and 1 title with Villarreal also.    He is also a great manager with a solid career.

Sometimes AS Roma's performance and in the domestic league are different, As Roma shows more good performances in the UEL while in the domestic league AS Roma is not so consistent so it is quite doubtful that they will win, but now AS Roma's performance in the domestic league has improved enough so that AC Milan is not You can just underestimate Milan just because their ranking in the domestic league is quite far apart, but in terms of superiority, the two are actually almost equal, but many people are waiting for AC Milan in this match because perhaps the statistics show AC Milan's greater chance of winning.

Mourinho always builds a game from defense, he is a representative of Portuguese football, they are accustomed to this, but the point is that this is no longer as effective now as in the old days, now attacking football brings the best results, and such matches are definitely always more interesting to watch. Agree, with the arrival of De Rossi, Roma's matches have become more interesting.

I see the match will be a battle between two coaches who do have different experiences, at the moment I think many of us have different views in seeing the match, and I think it is quite natural because a competition without different views of the fans of course will not be interesting right?
I personally believe to see Milan can win the game because indeed the squad and experience of Milan are better now than Roma.

I have repeatedly said that De Rossi has made Roma a little different than before, but I don't think they are fully capable of facing a team stronger than Roma at the moment, facing Milan is not an easy job for De Rossi and of course Pioli knows how to stop Roma's game which is now starting to use short and vertical passes in attack, In addition, I think the 4-back scheme that Roma continue to rely on is not a barrier for Giroud and Pulisic in scoring goals in the game.

Actually, the European League is not much different from the domestic league, it's just that in the European League there are selected clubs from other leagues that perform well, but are not as good as the clubs that won Champions League places, but still the European League is also quite difficult for these selected clubs. But sometimes the European League can also provide surprises, in fact clubs that don't perform very well in the domestic league can actually perform well in the European League, such as Sevilla in the last few seasons, they didn't perform well in La Liga but became champions in the European League.

These two managers have played a big role in Roma current progress, with their respective strategies and characteristics, Roma has now become a club to be reckoned with again, both in Serie A and also in the European League. The transition between Jose Mourinho to De Rossi went very well, erasing various worries by appearing more consistent in winning. Lack of experience does not mean lack of understanding, De Rossi has proven to us all that he is worthy of the job. His success in bringing Roma through to the quarter finals of the Europa League is worthy of praise, and in Serie A itself, Roma now has a big chance of finishing in the Champions League zone.

Next, Roma will face Milan to reach the semi-finals, even though in theory Roma chances of winning are lower, it could be that luck will be on De Rossi and his squad side. Apart from all that, De Rossi presence has had a good impact on the development of players and the club as a whole, and management deserves to make his status as head coach permanent next season. If club officials dare to spend the budget to increase squad depth in the next transfer window, I think Roma could become one of the clubs challenging for the title in every competition they participate in.

I don't see the way in which we would use as a reason to think that one is better than the other especially roma an AC Milan. Roma except for a few mediocre wins, I don't think they have been able to really tackle tough or big team as such successfully so for that reason, I still don't trust their form well enough as to how much that can achieve with their current form so just thinking they would do better might not be really safe.

Both Roma  and AC Milan are both of different leagues which is another reason why I don't want to think that any is better than the other just yet as both teams has in recent times been doing well for their teams in their domestic league aswell so I have that too as a reason why I wouldn't rush to esteem a team above the other,.AC Milan is.doing very well for himself, they were in the champions league before moving to the Europa, who has also not made any less of their strength so far too but then Roma isn't in any weak form currently so I'm not seeing them any less either.

Even with the great form and everything that AC Milan has gotten, it isn't a guarantee the trophy will go to Spain this season, the competition is currently just too strong to gamble with so I'm very sure Liverpool a d Leverkusen would definitely notet any of these teams to the top despite them been also big teams too in the league this season, AC Milan is amongst one oft he biggest and though teams in the Europa this season aswell as Roma.

We should always know the winning and losing sides which is very important. I'm mute currently when it involves two Italian clubs clash, they're both competitive and won't give up for each other, the both teams will give each othe their very best. AC Milan is ahead of AS Roma this season when it comes to team's stats and winning ratio. There's hugh differences but this is not their usual Seria A matches but an Europa League which is consider a top title race for bot teams. These teams will not relent but positioned themselves for the big winnings.

Jose Mourinho and De Rossi have both contributed to the success of AS Roma today and all what they’re building on now currently. If can check well before Jose Mourinho became the manager of the team, they where not that competitive in all competitions they’re participating in and looks like the club was crumbling. Jose Mourinho came and put the team back together and made some good signings that helped the team to shine and rise again in Serie A and also won a trophy in their participation in the European competitions.

Jose Mourinho’s strategy could have worn out and they needed a change of hand for that and that was why they brought in De Rossi who have also been doing a great job for the team. All praises should be accorded to both Jose Mourinho and De Rossi because it was their collective effort that have brought the team here once again after a long time of not active  in football in all competitions.
