Ac Milan's performance is difficult to predict, it could be said that it is not good and even tends to be inconsistent. In the Europa League, they won a landslide victory with Rannes and it is certain that AC Milan will qualify for the next round because AC Milan's aggregate is difficult for Rannes to catch in the second leg.

I think De Rossi can still get something off in the 2nd leg of the UEL if he keeps this momentum, he just needs his defense line to be composed.

AC Milan managed to win the home match in the first leg with score of 3 - 0 over Rennes and this was match with quite landslide aggregate, the opportunity for AC Milan to qualify for the next round is really very big.
In the second leg match, AC Milan will play away from home and it is clear that Rennes has the advantage in this second leg match, but to be able to get 4 goal advantage is very difficult for Rennes.
Even though Rennes can win, I sure that in this match they will not be able to win absolutely against AC Milan, which clearly already has an aggregate of 3 points, Rennes will eventually be eliminated from the competition.
AC Milan may not appear very consistent in the Serie A competition, especially today they lost embarrassingly against Monza, which is lower middle class team.
But for the Europa League, I can still be quite confident that AC Milan will be able to give the best results and be one of the team that will qualify for the next round.

Under Mourinho the results were normal, all teams have slumps (look at Bayern, Juventus and even City this season) and it is strange to expect consistently high results from an average team like Roma. I think Mourinho was sacked too early, he could have improved the situation by the end of the season.

AS Roma is good at football and has more experience playing in big games. But in football anything can happen. Feyenoord has surprised people before like when they beat Lazio in the Champions League. The result of a game doesn't just depend on past games or playing at home. Feyenoord will try their best in the next game and might win. Don't forget that Feyenoord's players are determined and skilled so they could beat AS Roma.

When Roma was coached by Mourinho I thought Feyenoord would win because Mourinho couldn't develop his performance and Roma's game became better. But after the coaching chair was taken over by Rossi and seeing their last few matches, I also think the chances are 50:50. I slightly favor Roma because of the positive results they got with De Rossi. I bet on Roma winning in the second leg.

I think Feyenoord will be beaten in the second leg against AS Roma because AS Roma is in an advantageous position as hosts. Apart from that, AS Roma also has more experience in competitions like this so I think they can overcome Feyenoord. The situation might be different if Feyenoord win the first leg like when they beat Lazio in the Champions League, but unfortunately they didn't. For betting maybe I will be interested in placing bets on both teams scoring each other, Feyenoord will not let this end easily.

Actually to some persons feyenoord was like their favorite but then it was a 50:50 chances just like you did stated there was no certainty as to who could be the possible winner of the game because both teams weren't like weak team but average teams.

In the Netherlands league, feyenoord isn't doing really poor and their performance is such that I'm expecting they will be able to do something good within the Europa league this season even if they will not be able to win but then Roma is currently doing well too so it definitely going to be a tough one for them if they will be able to get beyond the stage they are now and get to the next stage of the league. Rossi wants to prove he's a good  Coach and will give his best to this league.

Honestly, if you look at Roma today, they have managed to improve and become a little better in the De Rossi era. Although they have a lot to thank Mourinho for the legacy he left for the team, both trophies and the depth of the current squad. De Rossi is a breath of fresh air for Roma fans, he understands the club well because he is a club legend.

On the other hand, I agree that the opportunity for Roma to escape the play-off route and advance to the round of 16 is very open. The second leg will benefit Roma because they will act as hosts. Feyenoord cannot be considered weak, because the clubs in the European League have a habit of creating surprises that we never expected.

Roma are still in the 1st leg vs Feyenoord and in the 2nd leg the result could be different because Feyenoor is tough enough to tear apart Roma's defense line, so De Rossi's achievements are not yet clear.

What you say is true but home matches sometimes give more hope especially when they play with thousands of fanatical supporters then this can provide tremendous pressure for the away team and it could happen in this match.

He has won both the trust of the fans and that of the club management. Today it was yet another great day to give kudos to the legendary midfielder. I do hope he drags them back into the top four so they can be back playing in the Champions League Competition for next session and season.

Jose Mourinho winning was great as he has something to boast about but not doing well was no option even if he wasn't well backed.

The situation of Roma before De Rossi's arrival put them in a situation where they have to fix a bit of loops and come on top. In the past weeks, Mourinho has had the  responsibility to ensure good league game results and I won't blame him much for the times of loss because their opponents, their opponents in some situations have been too title contenders and personally wouldn't embrace a loss based on the goal they have for themselves. De Rossi just came and should be given time to show himself.

 They're playing the league games and as well as the European games, their attention is on 2 trophies, European trophy will be difficult for them and I don't think that currently De Rossi would be able to scale through all the clubs that will be presented to him to face in each advancement phase of the tournament. Even in the Serie A, it'll be difficult for them to gain the top stand so it's just best that they focus their strength and struggle to maintaining a good result that'll see them scale through to the European cups next season. De Rossi can still make a great team from Roma and their next game encounter is awaited.
