But Mourinho has set pretty high standards for Roma, don't you think? Mourinho finished 6th in Serie A twice while winning the Conference League and reaching the Europa League final. Now Roma is in the same 6th place, but judging by the gap from 5th (7 points), they are unlikely to be able to rise higher, but they can easily fall lower. And it will be difficult to reach the Europa League final with such strong competitors.
There is a possibility that at the end of the season the club's fans will have serious questions for the management.

Roma has high chances to qualify as they got a draw away and that is precious in such a competition, the chances are on Roma side and I am pretty sure in Italy is all in their hands to beat anyone who they play against including a relatively good Feyenoord but which of course is not at the same level as they used to be like last year when they were Champions.

Of course De Rossi is reaping on what Mourinho has seeded so far and of course to see the merit of De Rossi we need a bit more time yet I think he is in the right way as he is getting relatively good results with Roma so far.

Of course, Roma has good chances (decisive game at home against a weaker opponent), but this is just getting into the 1/8 finals. To repeat Mourinho's achievement, you need to reach the final. Do you understand the complexity of the task? After all, along the way you may come across Liverpool or Bayer or Milan  Grin
And as I already wrote with Mourinho, Roma was consistently in 6th place in Serie A, and now Roma is fighting to stay there. They cannot rise higher, but fall lower is easy. What can be said at the end of the season if Roma ends it worse than under Mourinho (the probability of this is 95% in my opinion).

What happened between Jose Mourinho and  the management of AS Roma in my opinion is common among employers and employees. When am employee meets the target that was set for him by the employer on several occasions or probably surpasses it, he's always expected by the employer to even achieve more than the initial target he was given meet at the start of his job and failure to do so, the employer immediately starts to see him as a failure.
When Jose Mourinho came to Roma, the club had spent so many years without an European trophy but in his first season at the club, he helped them win the UEFA Conference League and took them to the final of the UEFA Europa League competition which they lost to eventual winners Sevilla. So with all these impressive land marks, the club expected him to do more this season but unfortunately for him, he couldn't do more which was why he was sacked

The playing styles of coaches Daniele de Rossi and Jose Mourinho are different and I admit I was one of the many people who doubted Daniele de Rossi's abilities and yes this was due to the new coach's lack of experience, but it turns out he was able to dispel everyone's doubts with his performance. The club is getting better and I didn't expect that the adaptation between players and coaches could be so fast in establishing chemistry. I hope De Rossi can continue to provide good strategies for Roma so they can compete with top clubs in European league competition in the title race.

In the second leg Roma will play at home and this is a big advantage for Roma to get rid of Feyenoord in the European league competition, but the odds that Roma have are quite big and tempting and I'm sure many people are favorites for Roma in this match. I don't hesitate to bet on Roma in this matches.
Well every coach with her different style and pattern of play and I think this is what every fan should know. Well I was among many who criticized the signing of De Rossi because he had no experience. Well experience is always needed at every job or task given and he was an amateur and I feared he might not be able to save thos Roma side. He’s rewriting the story and it’s becoming more interesting especially with the feats he’s achieved as a coach for this club, no one expected them to be in chase for Top 4 like they’re now.

He also performed good in the 1st leg of the Round of 32 in the Europa and will need to put the icing on his first leg performance when he plays Feynoord at home. Him getting a win at home will send some warning signals that Roma could probably challenge for the title too. I think he should prioritize getting into the top 4 more, however reaching the finals like Mourinho did is not a bad idea.

Actually, different coaches having different approaches are known by everyone, right? Even though a lot of people seem to be praising Roma right now, I do not still believe them. I still doubt them to be honest. Because you know sometimes changing a coach gives an instant boost in mentality among the players. But after that motivation is over, sometimes the performance starts to drop off again. There is a chance of that happening, who knows! So I will still not say I trust the new coach completely and I will still wait and watch what happens.

De Rossi is also trying his possible best for AS Roma, and from all indications, I can say that he is continuing from where Mourinho stopped. Because so far the performance of AS Roma has been on the increase, although there are currently some trait issues because Florentina are at the same point with them, so definitely they can fall back, but seeing their game that is still ongoing today, I can say that definitely AS Roma have hope. Since there are performances, it is good. Because if they win today’s game, they will definitely get some points, but I know that they can’t achieve that 7 points in this game to even think that they will be able to drop Bologna from the 5th in the table. Already, AS Roma has their first goal, but anything can happen, so we will anticipate and see how the game will end.

But I have that belief in De Rossi that he will definitely do more than what Mourinho did to AS Roma, but I think he needs more time to see what he will achieve so far, but I am quite sure he will achieve more soon.

I didn't expected Qarabag to end up with a win neither, not that Braga is a huge amazing team, but they have a much better squad and the fact that they lost this much, is a big deal, and it was a home game for them too. So, now they are going to go to away game and Braga has to win an away game with good margins to go to next stage as well.

It is clear that the yare not going to end up with that, they are not good enough to do it. I believe that they should not look to make no change, they need something major changed for them to have a chance, the last game showed that whatever they did, doesn't work at all. So, they need a new strategy to attack, and hope that this ends up being a lot better for them in the end.

opportunity to beat Feyenoord and qualify for next round can of course be achieved Roma, who currently has more ability to beat Feyenoord on Roma turf.
De Rossi remains in the main spotlight because it all depends on the coach how to provide strategic or mental readiness to realize De Rossi dream of bringing Roma to the title in the european league, even though it little impossible, but at least Roma and the coach have shown a good performance for can continue the career journey of this team.

as long you still have Lukaku in the attack line, everything fine because I see Lukakucontribution very good, he appears very consistent, but sometimes he often commits dangerous fouls and with all this, Lukaku has to improve his playing style to remain careful because only he can make the best contribution in Roma.

There were discussions between Lukaku and Roma already, regards to him staying and he is fine with that from the reports, it looks like he could actually do that. This of course depends on Roma being able to buy him out as well but that won't be the easy part, it will take a while for that to happen.

I believe that Chelsea will not want to sell him all that easily, and it will mean that they will want a good sum of money for him to be transferred. Not that they want something huge, not like 50 million or something, lukaku is older now and he could go for cheaper, but I still doubt he would be free neither, that feels not possible. I think the best way to go about this would be just paying them 10-15 million, and keeping his salary about the same as it is now.
Romelu Lukaku is a vital Chelsea player, he got loaned out for the free space of Christopher Nkunku. I don't missed him that much because he doesn't serve any better spots than missing big chances. Romelu Lukaku created a name for himself and position in EPL during his early days of playing brilliant style of football. Perhapes Lukaku is older and experienced, there are certain qualities he no longer adapts to but prove to be a better version of himself, not minding the recent flops he encountered in these previous clubs he played for. AS Roma, his present team utilized his strength in the frontline.
Since he joined Roma last summer, Romelu Lukaku without doubt have been very impressive for his new  club and that has raised many suggestions from the media on wether he'll stay at the club beyond the current season or not but as someone who's been closely following the development of Romelu Lukaku's stay at AS Roma, I think the Belgium international isn't gonna stay at the club beyond the end of the current season.
Age wise, Romelu Lukaku has joined the league of football veterans and I don't expect him to play for any other European club when his current loan contract with AS Roma expires at the end of the current season rather, I think he's gonna move to the Saudi Arabian League next season.
Lukaku is Roma's top scorer with 9 goals and he's only 30 years old. Lukaku still could play a couple of years in Europe at the highest level. Lukaku is an excellent striker, with a goal sense and the ability to score with both feet and head, for his size he is very fast and plastic and all his problems start when coaches stop believing in him.
Lukaku believed Mourinho and moved to Roma instead of Saudi Arabia and everything he could, Lukaku did, became top scorer and helped the team to score, but the sudden sacking of Mourinho broke everything and now really Lukaku's fate is unclear. A lot will depend on what kind of contract he has with Roma, for how many years and further apparently without Mourinho Lukaku may not play as well and there will be no point in Roma keeping Lukaku in this case.

True, in this season Feyenord always lost when away in Europe competition.
They were in the Champions league group E and have lost all the away matches against Lazio, Celtic and Atletico Madrid.
In theory, Roma definitely will be qualify to the round of 16. The only chance for Feyenord to beat Roma at home is via a penalty shootout.

Mourinho did a good job with Roma by winning the conference league for them and getting to the final of the Europa League, but that doesn't mean they should keep him in the team even though they're performing badly.
Roma was very bad this season. They struggled in almost every game.

Sacking is one thing, hiring a better coach as a replacement is another thing. When I saw that Roma hired De Rossi to handle Roma for the time being I was skeptical about the decision because I didn't know how good he was, but now I think he's beginning to win me over. I guess we'll leave time to tell but right now, De Rossi has turned Roma's performance around. They might not go all the way in the league, but I believe they can go all the way in the Europa League.

I wouldn't want to doubt your predictions because I'm very optimistic about Rossi's strategy, he's got a taste of what it's like to perform in the Europa so I think he will be able to go build up a better strategy to be able to get to fix his team better and positioned for the next leg and hope to get victory much more than they had done in their first attempt.

Rossi has built some kind of confidence around his team and the fans such that they all now believe how well he will be able to get the team to a good position ahead of their next stage in the Europa, if he's able to get his team to pas their current state then the management of Roma will say of a truth they made no mistake in choosing Rossi as the head coach over Mourinho because this has been their desire to get pass this stage in the Europa and to finish at a good position in their domestic league aswell.

Lukaku is a striker who is a typical finisher so if there is no good supply from his teammates then Lukaku cannot or will not stand out.
Lukaku's individual qualities are very good, as a striker he has everything.
The goal that Lukaku scored in the first leg against Feyenoord made Roma even more confident going into the second leg which will be played at their home and they now have a greater percentage to qualify.
Roma really has to utilize all of its best players this season so that they can continue to survive in the European League and also get a better place in their own Local League for this season. One of them is by utilizing the potential and quality of players like Lukaku in their team with the cooperation of other players in providing the best passes for Lukaku on the front lines so that Roma can be superior at home when they host Feyenoord. Because both of them had drawn in the first leg, so you need to work harder in the second leg if you want to qualify for the next round in the Europa League.

I also bet that Roma will be able to win the second leg. Since De Rossi served as head coach replacing Mourinho, they have performed very well and solidly. De Rossi answered people's doubts. I think De Rossi can convince people that AS Roma can perform better under his coaching. The match in the second leg will be held in Italy and this will be an advantage for Roma. I think the match will end with a goal margin that is not too big. Both teams have almost the same quality but I believe Roma will qualify for the next round.

Actually I can't say AS Roma can look very good and solid since being handled by De Rossi, but indeed he doesn't look bad either, or in other words they appear ordinary. In the second leg later they could beat Feyenoord, because if we look at the previous match, actually the match can be said to be a draw and the two clubs do not show a striking difference, it's just that Feyenoord can perform a little better, but that happened because maybe Feyenoord appeared as the host, because it cannot be denied that the status as the host makes them have more advantages.
This time AS Roma will appear as the host, and I think the match will run a little different, because the advantage is now on the side of AS Roma, so if you want to bet on AS Roma it has a basic reason.

If Lukaku always performs well, he can make a good contribution to Roma, of course Roma management wants to make Lukaku permanent, but as you said, Chelsea will not agree if Roma will only make a cheap offer while Roma's finances don't seem to be in good condition so it's difficult to get him permanent.
Roma management will not be too worried because there are several options that we didn't know beforehand, if what you have said is true, maybe they could get a price of 10-15 million because Lukaku will perform extraordinary while in Serie A while Chelsea no longer wants the player. So if Roma can make an offer with a smart strategy, they will definitely be able to get a cheap offer.

We'll see if Lukaku will make another mistake regarding the future of his contract with another club, such as in the case of Juventus or Inter Milan, who at that time were going to make an offer but instead Roma made a mistake.

Lukaku plays great at times that surprises me, but sometimes I have difficulty recognizing him. Still, I have to admit that he is one of the strikers I enjoy watching. He was the player who scored Roma's only goal against Feyenoord. Thus, they returned from the Netherlands to Italy with a score that could be considered advantageous. If they beat them in the rematch, they will advance to the next round. I hope Lukaku plays well in the rematch.

The most surprising match of this week in the UEFA Europa League was the Braga-Qarabag match. Qarabag defeated Braga 4-2 away. 4 goals and this result makes them in the comfortable position especially in the second leg. I believe that Qarabag will also win in the second leg. However Braga still has a chance in the second leg to turn the situation.

In my view, although Braga is still part of the top team in the Portuguese league but yes, Braga is a top team in the Portuguese league that is difficult to get a stable performance compared to Sporting and Porto there. Therefore, although there is still a second leg but yes, I think there is no longer a good chance for Braga to be able to turn things around. Because after all, Braga lost with a big score of 4-2 and of course, with such situations and conditions Qarabag will also be able to maintain its advantage and moreover Qarabag will also play at home in the second leg later. So yes, with results like this I personally believe that Qarabag will be the team that qualifies because of course, it is difficult for Braga with the performance that Braga currently has to be able to make a comeback.
Frankly, this victory of Qarabağ is a product of a magnificent performance. Although Braga was seen as the favorite by everyone before the match, Qarabağ will try to maintain its 2-goal advantage in order to get a 4-goal win and advance to the next round on its home field. I am sure that they will play closed football in Azerbaijan. It will be an unfortunate rematch for Braga.
