I'm doing a multi for this match because I'm pretty sure with the opponent they face at the moment of course they will be able to get 3 points even though I also have the same concerns as what you feel about Roma because they have a  performance that cannot be too predictable easily.
But for the current result it looks like they will be able to get 3 points. Playing at the Stadio Olympico Roma  were dominant and the 2 goals scored in the first 20 minutes of the first half looks like this will be enough for them to lock in the 3 pointa.
Although for this second half Slavia Praha began to try to have possession of the ball but I think this will still be a Roma victory.
In other matches, Leverkusen and Liverpool are feasting on goals and this is an absolute win for them.

Bayer Leverkusen already scored 5 goals. Meanwhile Liverpool and Roma still lead the matches with the the scores you updated above. I think they are quite satisfied to win the matches with that scores. However, I expect Liverpool can score more goals, they still keep some strong attackers in the bench (Salah, Gakpo, Szoboszlai, Mac Allister, Diaz). If Klopp lets these players to play, I'm sure there should be more goals for Liverpool.

Anyway, I think these 3 teams are the favorite teams to be in the final round. They always win the match, they are leading their groups perfectly. Personally, I expect Liverpool vs Bayer Leverkusen in the final round.

I think we can already say that this three teams have secured the win. Something insane will need to happen so that such big clubs lose points against the other teams. Roma was lucky to score a goal in the first minute that opened Slavia early and a second goal came really fast and i think with how good Roma is in defence it should be an easy win

AS Roma, Bayer Leverkusen and Liverpool managed to score quick goals in this match, they played at home and seemed to maximize it so much because they managed to score quick goals in the first half. Their scores at half time is AS Roma 2-0, Bayer Leverkusen 3-1 and Liverpool 3-1 so obviously, those are great scores and results of course. But yes, I was wrong in my prediction about AS Roma because I thought, it seems AS Roma is not easy to win in this match. But in fact is, AS Roma played a quick goal in the 1st minute in the match and of course, made Slavia Prague certainly under great pressure at the moment. So of course, with this result, they will win with a very striking score in this match.

Slavia Prague is not easy opponent team for AS Roma, from two matches in the Europe League they managed to score 8 goals and successfully make clean sheet. Its looks interested although AS Roma success winning two matches and have the same points with Slavia Praha but they are having difference goals productivities and AS Roma conceded one goal. Due only top standings position each group automatically qualify to next round, I don't think Jose Mourinho won't loss opportunity move to the top position by getting three points tonight.

Westham were defeated 2:1 by Olympiacos. Westham defense was so porous and the Olympiacos had an edge against them. West Ham surprised us with this defeat by 2 goals to 1 vs Olympiacos. They were doing good in Europa League until this match, exactly the first half, it wasn't good at all. For Freiburg, they did well in the second half and were able to get the same number of points as West Ham. The competition will be tight between them for the first spot.
There is Atalanta also that missed points vs what supposed to be a weaker team than them. Otherwise Marseille did a pretty good job winning vs AEK Athens by two goals difference and taking the lead of their group.

Marseille are very close to getting a nice win in Group B. However I must admit that AEK did really good until the red card they got. Because they found the equalizer 4 minutes before the red card. Maybe Marseille could have had quite much difficulty in winning today. Anyways this win will be really important for Marseille before the Brighton - Ajax match is played.
