This looks like a different take on the PL game as although Brighton dominated the game, they couldn't muster much in the way of goals and ended up being embarrassed at home.
I didn't look at the betting market for this match but if the odds @1.10 offered by the bookies then it is clear that this will win on the ground, but it is different from what they expected while betting on Brighton.

This defeat will definitely be a self-introspection for them that this is also just the beginning I think Brighton in the future can correct some mistakes in its strategy.

In the Europa League yesterday, my prediction for Liverpool matched my estimation. with the handicap option in betting on this match, the results are very suitable. Another one, Ajax against Marseille. Initially I thought this match would not produce many goals from both teams. but what is certain is that in this match my predictions failed miserably. But back top topic, Brighton really screwed it literally not only for your tickets. I think they shocked quite a lot of people and me too. AEK is certainly not one of those teams that Brighton should lose to in a home game. That was safe 3 points in my opinion. I was so impressed by their game against Newcastle that I counted them as a favorite for the Europa League. Time to reconsider I guess.

Their chances of winning are low but they can still lose as teams like Liverpool sometimes rotate in away games.We saw in the first half that the LASK Linz team took the lead with an early goal.Liverpool could have scored more goals but we can say that this score is a good score for them.It is easier for these teams to take both the league and Europe at the same time.Mohamed Salah is one of the important players of this team.When he plays well, it is even easier for the team to win and everyone is aware of this.This group is easy for Liverpool and they will easily come out as the leaders.

All teams were playing bad both Aston Villa and Brighton didnt look as themselfs. This underdogs teams were better overall then this teams and english teams need to take this tournaments serious because this is just bad and they cannot lose against this low quality teams

But Liverpool got a convincing 3-1 away win against LASK. And we saw a splendid display from Mo Salah and Luis Díaz. I am observing that Salah doesn't look happy in Liverpool, he is not that passionate. He even didn't celebrate when he scored the third goal, maybe he really wants to move to the Saudi Professional League.

We saw a very poor defending from Brighton. They gave out three goals because they were less proactive. They gave the striker of AEK Athens F.C. too much space in that game which allowed them to score three goals.  Brighton striker even failed to live up to expectations. The two goals they got were just because of defensive errors that led to two penalties. It was a deserved victory for the Greek team but Brighton needs to improve their game if they want to have the chance of going further in this competition.

I also bet on the Premier League teams in the match but unfortunately, only Liverpool and West Ham were able to win. Although, the victory of Liverpool and West Ham also I think is not a perfect victory, because they did not win with clean sheets. Because anyway, playing against mediocre teams in the Europa League, then it should be that the big teams from the Premier League can win with clean sheets of course it will be a better result. But about Brighton and Aston Villa, maybe they are more focused on the Premier League so they do not make greater efforts to win. But yeah, maybe in the next match they or about Brighton and also Aston Villa will be able to play better to get win result.

I was very positive about Brighton to get a comfortable win over AEK to tell the truth. I don't know how they managed to play this bad. Joao Pedro was still very impressive by scoring 2 goals but there wasn't any other Brighton player performed as effective as him. It was like they weren't caring about the Europa League at all. Because they lost the match even home. They were favoured like @1.10 for the win. I can't imagine how many people lost their money because of Brighton.

Brighton were shown as one of the biggest title contenders here but after seeing this result I don't know about that. It was the easiest match of the group.

I dont really know what exactly happen with English teams on european competitions, but seems like they dont have the will to play. Yesterday we see Aston Villa losing against Legia Warsaw for Conference, and in Europea League we see BRighton losing against AEK, i see the game and i dont know why Brigton players doesnt shoot!!!!, it was annoying.

Rangers finished the 20/21 season as champions ahead of Celtic if I remember correctly and they had a really good squad, they even had an unbeaten streak with Steven Gerrard.
At that time they were playing really incredible and they were considered favorites but now I think they are not as strong as they used to be.
I was also surprised that AEK defeated Brighton.I think everyone was surprised that Brighton were doing so well in the English league, especially when Brighton were doing so well in the English league.The fact that they lost at home makes it even more strange.Brighton, who were far superior to their opponents in terms of possession and dominance, could not win the match.

Salah was outstanding on the pitch, clearly much better than everyone else. He was close to making an assist too. I'm relieved he chose to stay, as he's still performing exceptionally. Young players should see him as a role model. I hope Liverpool can find another player who can carry Mohamed’s legacy.

btw! Klopp's tactical plan includes demoralizing opponents by making comebacks from being behind and winning the game.

Yes, I feel that many bettors are annoyed with the results of the top team and maybe they should realize that sometimes European league competitions are also quite difficult to predict compared to domestic competitions. The results were completely beyond expectations and also beyond predictions so far for these teams and perhaps especially for Brighton even though they completely dominated the game, but small mistakes could be exploited well for AEK Athens to score a goal. De Zerbi probably wouldn't believe that his players would just be beaten by AEK Athens and I feel that maybe they should evaluate this result so that the next group stage match doesn't achieve the same result.

I think Klopp just wanted to give the main squad players a rest and released not even a reserve squad, but some third or fourth reserve squad. It looked very strange. Maybe Jurgen Klopp wants to improve on last season's results which were considered disappointing. So the changes made include rotating players, implementing a more open strategy, and providing more opportunities for Moh Salah and Nunez to build solidarity with each other. Looking forward to next season will be very bright if Klopp and his players continue to show consistency.

Brighton screwed up every ticket I had yesterday night and I had tickets with over 9-15 games in each,all perfectly found except Brighton.I had a huge belief that a team from England despite without much experience in the European competitions would be able to win against a team from Greece Superleague which is very low in quality compared to the Premier League.

I think this was the biggest surprise of the night during all the games of yesterday in Europa League as all other games came as predicted.I never expected a team from England not being able to beat a team from a much lower league in quality when playing at home.

Believe me if many peopel are loosing at brighton, real betis and villareal. People were thinking those clubs would able to beat their opponents easily while the fact said the opposite thing. It's really surprising me to see how brighton was able losing against AEK.
I can understand if brighton played better than AEK but the result is hard to believe if brighton was losing 2-3 against AEK.



Brighton played differently compared when it was winning with huge scores against manchester united. AEK was only getting 24% ball possessions but it's still able beating brighton which is dominating the whole of ball possessions.
Brighton fans might be getting heart attack during the match. The result from that match was beyond my imagination.

I thought brighton might beat AEK easily.

In just 14 minutes of the game, lask had already dropped their first go but clubs like this can not win against clubs like Liverpool they don't have the capacity, I would not call Liverpool's victory manage to win because considering the fact that it was a flawless victory winning 3:1 it not really luck, and that is one thing I love about salah is an impressive player that the situation will first be observed then any opportunity giving will either be an assist but if his salah that I know he will definitely want to score. even from the stats, Liverpool was doing a very great job they were actually dominating the match against Lask Liverpool is just not an easy club to crack they are similar to Manchester City in a way.

It's good return for Liverpool in this season, playing well in Premier League, just behind Manchester City, debuting well in Europa League. They are not perfect team and still need to improve but after winning over LASK in Europa League, they can return to Premier League and continue their fights.

They have good players for attacking to replace their trio years ago, Salah - Firmino - Mane but in defense, they might have some bad problems next two or three seasons. Van Dijk is older and Liverpool must plan to replace him as well as other defenders soon.

I don't expect Liverpool to quickly return to their best performance, at least that's what it looks like at the moment because unexpected things are very likely to happen when their mainstay players suffer injuries or other things that we as the audience don't know for sure what makes Liverpool play quite badly last season that makes them get random results and can only make them play in the European league.
I didn't watch the match but there was a concern when they were still lagging behind their opponents, entering the second half there seemed to be no change but when they were awarded a penalty and Darwin Nunez managed to execute it, it looked like Liverpool had once again found a way to win, this was almost the same as their previous performances where the first half was very crucial for them, it seemed that they had not yet found unity, so several times they fell behind their opponents. Luckily, the second half was the round where they managed to turn things around, and if they can play well from the first half Liverpool will be an even more productive team.
