They showed true definition of quality and strength last season in the Premier League, But true strength of a squad, club and manager can only be shown better when you play both the European Competitions and Premier League, and in the process of all these Competitions, true strength and capacities of coaches are shown with how they can handle the pressure.

Brighton made good use of those playing the European Competitions, because it was week in week out for the Premier League alone. They had loses but not too much and not too much would the goal margin be.
They brought in snew players since they have been qualified for the Europa League, but these players have found it difficult to evolve and adapt immediately. That I know will also take them time.

The coach messed up with the first fixture, he should have gone with his very best to impress but he didn't against AEK Athens of Greece.
If he doesn't find his rhythm immediately, I'm predicting he'll be knocked out of the Competition. Good coaches handles heat and pressure when they arise, let's see how he fights his own battles. Against Liverpool during the weekend at home, Draw game for me.

I think one of the problems affecting the poor performance of Brighton team is lack of experience,I watch them play good football in the EPL but when it comes to the European competition they have always find it difficult to win matches, I think them coach needs to work on the performance of his team regardless of their performance in the league I think it's time they put things together since they always find it difficult to win in the European punting.

Roma are doing really well in the Europa League at least. Because their start to the Serie A has been really worrying so far. But they are expected to make improvement no matter what. Therefore the Europa League is also very important for them. Mourinho must be still having nightmares about the finale in the previous season.

So far they have started the group stage really strongly. I think they would finish as the leader as well. The most difficult part will be after the group stage. We don't know what teams will be coming from the Champions League too. No matter what they must be aiming the title once again.

Indeed it is a very needed victory for the team to give them some confidence after many upsetting results. What makes this victory less significant is the opponent team weakness.
Although the high score they obtained, there is a team (Praha) that kicked off badly their opponent (Sheriff) with 6 goals to 0.

All things considered, I'll say they tried to come from behind and get a point. Losing 2-0 at halftime away from home can be demoralizing, but they still fought hard.
Brighton plays well, they create chances and a team like that will find their footing. They're not a top table club so let's not expect them to be at the top of the table but they will surely find themselves.

They were also cautious w bit today because they play Liverpool this weekend. After being humiliated by Aston Villa, they'll want to bounce back against Liverpool, which is an even more difficult fixture.

Speaking of Liverpool, it's obvious they don't underrate Brighton that's why you can see how their squad was rotated today. They fought hard and got a goal from a rebound last in the first half and got a second late in the second half as well.
Liverpool didn't play particularly convincing, but that's because of the heavy rotation of the squad.

Roma played well today. The team continues to struggle in Serie A. Their performance has not been consistent in Serie A . But they did not make  any mistake in the Europa League match. Their match strategy and gameplay was very good . Roma won a remarkable 4-1.

Attacking duo Lukaku and Belotti  played well in today's match Mourinho did not use one of his weapons Dybala. Perhaps Roma's performance would have been stronger had Dybala been with the squad. On the other hand, midfielder Pellegrini came on in the second half and played brilliantly. He scored an assist and a goal in just 6 minutes.

Brighton is a team with a scientific and practical playing style. But their problem is that their force is thin, with some pillars injured. The midfield, their most crucial point, has become the biggest concern. The possibility that the attacking side will have to bear the burden of defense is very high. The Brighton team also had a bad start in the Europa League front. Accordingly, they suffered a 2-3 defeat at home against AEK Athens 2 weeks ago. Continuing, Brighton had to try very hard to draw with Marseille. Ultimately, a 2-2 draw helped Brighton take home its first point. They are still at the bottom of Group B with only 1 point.

Yes, even though Brighton's performance can usually be better than this. Maybe the players are still not able to optimize themselves in this UEFA Eurole League match. Indeed, sometimes a club's performance can change easily and is not very consistent here. especially at the start of the match, they really weren't solid, they were even 2-0 behind Marseille. Luckily, they were able to catch up and get the final kick so the score was a 2-2 draw.
This time, the two were fairly evenly matched, but to be honest, Brighton could have been better than this. They must be more relaxed and focused in the future, so that they are more optimal for competing.

This time, give applause to those who have won 4 - 0 from Servette. Even though their performance is in Serie A, at least they can play quite well here. Although in fact, their opponents may sometimes not be as tight as in Serie A.

The second half of the game is in favor of Roma, as Belloti scored an early goal in the first minutes of the second half with a shot inside the box of their opponent. Belloti also scored the 4th goal with a good header after the ball was cross out from the corner kick. Belloti scored two goals and Roma scored three goals withing 15 minutes to give Roma three points in the match. Pellegrini was the one that scored the second goal for Roma. This is a good result for Roma in UEL.
The game ended 4-1 in favour of Roma.

Joao Pedro's penalty in the final 2 minutes made it a little better for them as indeed at least 1 point is a good thing when 2 goals down at half time.
This is not an easy match for Brighton as they have to try again and again when the match is quite balanced between Marseille and Brighton.
At the moment they still have to fight harder for the Europa League because even though this is 1 point for them but in terms of the standings they are still at the bottom because they have only collected 1 point but seeing from the acquisition of other club points I think the opportunity to change performance for the better and to be able to qualify for the next phase can still be for Brighton.

Seriously, Royale Union is giving Liverpool a tough time because I didn't expect them to end up only with a goal in Anfield in the first half because it is their home game and they always look very strong whenever they play at home. I was expecting Liverpool to finish the game for their fans in the first half by scoring many goals and substituting many of their great players in the field with an average onse against their next match in their domestic league. But in the second half, I expected Liverpool to add more goals because they were pressuring the opponent and creating some great chances.
Really, Roma is playing very impressively currently in the field, and I believe they will surely win the match. I have no doubt about winning today again with the way they are playing in the field now, and again, they are very strong in their defense pattern, but all I want from them now is to add more goals so they can sub some players against their weekend match.

Even before the match started, I was not expecting much from Ajax due to their current form. Ajax is a little bit weak currently, especially in their domestic league. In fact, I don't think Ajax can go far in this on-going competition, but let's see, maybe they will improve, but with that, they will even end up in this group stage.

Liverpool is currently leading the match with a temporary score of 1-0 until the 69th minute of the match. I see Liverpool starting this match quite well, they are able to dominate the course of this match. Playing at Anfield Stadium gave Liverpool extraordinary support from the fans present at the stadium. The course of the match was predictable, Liverpool were able to control possession of the ball and were able to fire off many shots. For the guests, they were quite under pressure in this match because Liverpool continued to put quite strong pressure in attacking which made the Royale Union players overwhelmed in maintaining their defense.

In another match, Roma appeared quite impressive in this match where they were leading 4-0 until the match entered the 68th minute. I think Roma will win this match with a big score because their opponents really weren't able to provide much resistance in this match. Victory seems to be Roma's in this match because it is impossible to turn things around for Servette in this match.

This is Liverpool chance to thrashed such an average team but they've missed crucial goal scoring opportunities, perhaps it's not an easy game to humiliate an average side. Liverpool dominates all areas on the pitch in the first halve, Jurgen Klopp will not give room for doubts as he have instructed his team to punish their opponents really good. Union Saint-Gill are no match for the Reds because they're in Anfield to play a defensive game which leads to the advantage of the home team, inflicted more pressures on the visitors, I hoped they would survived this game.

After a draw in France against Marseille and a defeat at home against AEK Athens, it is impossible for Roberto De Zerbi to ignore the Europa League because this is the result of their hard work last season in the premier league. For me Brighton is not ready to play in the Europa League.

Even though Brighton is a club that plays very well in their domestic league, the atmosphere of playing in the European League will not be the same as the Premier League. Only able to get 1 point against Marseille, shows that their performance has declined since the last two matches when they were defeated by Chelsea and Aston Villa.

The English team still has one more team that is impressive apart from West Ham, namely Liverpool, which is the favourite. West Ham managed to win the second match in Group A and topped the group.
Now Liverpool is playing the second match of group e and now they are leading 1-0.

Liverpool led 1-0 at half-time. Liverpool played a really dominant game in the first half and struggled to find a goal against their opponent.  Towards the end of the first half Gravenberch scored. Liverpool started the second half with 3 changes. Salah, Nunez and Endo were replaced by Diaz, Jones and Mac Allister.
In the other match of the group, Toulousr vs LASK, we see that the hosts Toulouse closed the first half 1-0 ahead. The game is in the middle and LASK can score at any moment.

I think they care aswell for Europa league because this is their historical first season in europe ever so they want to do something for sure. They survived today somehow but will need to do a lot better if they want to advance and pass the group faze of europe league

Gravenberch broke the deadlock for Liverpool on the 44th minutes of the game after so much effort that the players have put in to score a goal in the first half. There will be more goals in the second half from Liverpool because the the way that they played in the first half, Liverpool took possession of the game and had more chances of scoring than their visitor. It will not be a big deal if Liverpool win this match but if they loss, it will be a shameful thing for them.

Money is not the motivation for the players and the coaching staff. They want to be on the continental stage and get an opportunity to shine. Besides the money from European competitions does not stop the one they get from the domestic league and with winning the Europa league thay are already guaranteed millions for just qualifying to the champions league.

There is so much at stake meaning that, any club not performing well is not for want of trying.

That Tottenham game is more or less a draw so I wouldn't use that as a good metric to predict Liverpool's match today with Union Saint-G. If I know Klopp, he would want to win this game especially when we have an ambitious crowd at anfield.


The goal might not come in the first half. It's looking more likely that Liverpool would score in the second half. The midfield at the moment is not particularly the best combination for Liverpool and that area is lacking for now.

Liverpool vs Royale Union SG is currently in their first half of the game and Liverpool is yet to get a goal from this game as Liverpool is giving them the needed pressure to get a goal moreover they are not a strong team enough to challenge Liverpool, they are most likely to suffer a loss in this game, I'm anticipating the first half ends with Liverpool leading by a goal.

AS Roma is doing well as they are already a goal ahead in the first halfway of the game, tho the first half hasn't come to an end yet but they are showing superiority enough as they are dominating with possession and morinho could be said to have got what it take to get a win in this game, they have two goal attempts already and a shot on target and they are just about 25minutes into the first half of the game.

The match between Ajax and Athens ended a draw which I want expecting, I felt ajax was better as compared to Athens going by their H2H but then they couldn't secure complete point from them . Athens in their local league are trying but they are not in their best of form to have challenged ajax to a draw although they were at home, maybe it was the morale boost for them to make sure to secure a draw if a win isn't possible
