I agree with Rockstarguy and say the problem is the manager. Yes, the players also are not helping matters because they play like they are unmotivated and do not like they want to win for their club but what can they do when the coach’s tactics is not working. You can’t blame the players and not hold Ten Hag responsible because it was Erik Ten Hag that assembled this team, Ten Hag spent £560million on new players. If anyone should be blamed, it should be the manager that bought the players. I believe the players in the squad are good individually, it is the mentality in the club that is wrong.
Ten Hag and his players cannot be completely blamed, but both have the right to be responsible for their respective roles. Each player is expected to be able to give his best game for the team, while the coach is also expected to give whatever he can in planning the game. During this time the team is clearly having problems, but one of the two parties does not need to be the only one responsible.

Watch how Manchester United players do in every match when their coach entrusts them to play from the start. They are motivated to some extent, but they don't seem to do it with as much passion as expected. They accept many defeats with resignation, which is what always makes it difficult for Manchester United to recover match after match.

I'm not sure if you know challenging it is for players if they are not winning matches despite putting effort in all you do. There is going to be pressure from the manager because he will think the players are at fault, the club will be on you guys head, the fans will be coming with different agitation and anger and the players reputations is also on the line because you will not be recognized for that season and that's not what any player dream of at the start of the season.

If everyone is seeing Erik as the failure but the team can't do anything about it then I think it's pointless for the fans and the players to be complain. If the team has not been bribe or something is going on their head, I'm very positive that by the end of this season, that guy will leave Manchester United, this is not even about if they will win or not but I'm sure they will definitely fire him and retract the contract so everyone can be happy.

Fenerbahce cannot be underestimated, they are quite better in the league, and they are drawn by the same team, who drew with Man United in the previous match.

I mean currently Fenerbahçe aren't playing that good. They have "The Special One" managing the team this season but for now they are struggling in multiple ways. Such as giving huge opportunities to their opponents and not being able to score comfortably. The defensive weaknesses just don't heal yet. Mourinho should find out a way with the current players he has or with transfers maybe.

And as for the offense, Dzeko is really old now. You can't expect him to play extra but he is still doing it. However not in the Europa League.  Tongue  En-Nesyri is a huge disappointment. He misses chances unbelievably.
If you look at Fenerbahce in a bad condition, then what about Man United who have the same fate, they lack balance and are very blunt to get a victory, so if compared to my opinion it will certainly be quite confusing, but if Man United can become Worse than Fenerbahce, it will be an advantage for Fenerbahce to collect points, and you also need to see that the two are really in a bad condition.

The Major reason why the players are not to be held responsible when the team is not doing well is because the manager is there to spot the underperforming player and motivate him to improve in the training which of he fails to improve the manager can decide to start benching the player until his performance gets better but if you look at the case of the Manchester United manager, it is only Ronaldo that he has publicly criticize for not performing well but since Ronaldo left the team have you seen him complain about the poor performance of Rashford the answer is no. Erik Ten hag has been given money to buy players which he has bought it is duty to work on the betterment of the team with the players he signed.
Erik Ten Hag has his favourites, Ronaldo was not one of them. I believe Ten Hag had a personal problem with Ronaldo, that was why they could not work together. Ronaldo was the biggest player in that squad. Even if Erik Ten Hag felt that he could not play Ronaldo as a starter in every game, he should have known that there are other areas where he could utilize Ronaldo like in the dressing room. Ronaldo could have been the leader to guide the younger players and give them that hard talk when they underperformed. That’s what the manager of the Portuguese national team does with Ronaldo.

Are we entirely sure it's "just" the coach? I do agree about how Erik Ten Hag has been a terrible coach and he should be fired there is no doubt about this part, I am not saying coach is good, coach is terrible and awful and should have been fired last season let alone this year.

However, do you think if they fire ETH now, and hire someone better, like for example Pep will be leaving City this summer, so somehow they convinced Pep to come to other side of Manchester, which won2t happen but lets just assume this for a moment, you think they will be good right away? They will be better than right now, but they will still underperform compared to how much money they are spending.

This is why I believe their problem isn't "just" the coach. They have a player problem too, they have players who they spent a lot of money on and not performing as well as they should. And they have some positions with more than one option, and some positions with just a single option, so when something happens to that player, they play someone out of position, makes no sense.

As for the Manchester United topic, I'm not going to talk too much. I just don't see them that powerful to be favoured like they are one of the closest teams to win the Europa League title. It is that simple to me.

Source: https://www.oddschecker.com/football/europa-league

You see the odds... It is funny to see them still being the 2nd big favoured team.  Grin  With this game? Really? They haven't even won a match yet and I doubt they will collect so many points with this poor effort.

I don't see them finishing in top 8. Most likely they will advance through playoffs but I wouldn't be surprised if they even have issues while doing it.
Well, this is also what makes me wonder, why do they have a big chance to become champions, is it because of their big name? because if you look at the game they can present, in my opinion they are far from the hope of becoming champions. But I also expect them to become champions and actually I also make them one of the favorites, but not that big. And my reason is also because they have experience when they were in the European competition.
Honestly, I am currently wondering whether it is true that Manchester United will retain Erik Ten Hag as their coach? because in my opinion it is a very big risk, he does not show any progress from the team he leads.

I think their defense is not too bad, they conceded 5 goals in the domestic league and conceded 2 goals in the Europa League, that's not a bad record, in fact I think it's quite good. But I don't deny that they still have weaknesses that they need to fix, one of which is their balance when facing clubs that have the same level or better than them, that's a record that they need to fix immediately. However, in this Europa League, everything is not easy, because all clubs try their best to be able to talk a lot, especially for clubs that are rarely here or clubs that can't be in the Champions League because they can't reach it, at least the Europa League can be a cure for them and can be in the Champions League through direct tickets if they succeed in becoming champions.

It's quite right time to let go about the situation at Manchester United, since the management has refused to do the needful, that is parting ways with Ten Hag, and bring in new manager, Manchester united isn't more important to Man Utd fans and supporters than it's to the management board who runs business and owns the clus highest shares, So whenever they feeel or decided to come out of slumber and get the right things done to fix up the united team, then good.
Manchester United have formed a new way of measuring success. Manchester United had a draw against Aston Villa, and the fans were delighted with the result. This is the shambolic state the club is in at the moment, the standards have dropped significantly. The team has consistently demonstrated that they cannot perform under Erik Ten Hag yet Manchester United bosses are backing the manager. The other teams in the Premier League are happy to have Erik Ten Hag as United’s manager.
The fans of Manchester United were excited with a draw they got from Aston Villa because they actually expected a loss on the match. Recur that Manchester United have not been very fortunate this season as they have lost majority of their matches. This makes Aston Villa a favourite team to win in that match. Most people actually bet Aston Villa to win, so a draw was a great result for them. I was even surprised that Manchested United was able to draw that match.
I think people have various views when it comes to Manchester United against Aston Villa. While some persons believe that Ten Hag had a different game plan that day which made his team to preform better, others believe that Aston Villa were bein soft on United after the had a thrilling and difficult win against Bayern Munich. But this is my conclusion. The both team on that match day had a very poor play. I did not expect any of them to score at some point because they missed all their opportunities. If any of them would won then it should be Aston Villa but they blew up all their chances.

However, i can agree with you here. Because i have a friend who is a die hard Manchester United fan. He was literally expecting a big loss in that game. Knowing full well that Aston Villa won Bayern in the UCL. He knew Manchester United where no match to Bayern and to Aston Villa in terms of performance.

Tbh, I'm not even bothered about Fenerbahce in the Europa league this season. These are the current outright odds for the Europa league on BcGame.

Man Utd might be struggling but they still have a better chance to win against Fenerbahce. ETH is currently in a very hot seat at Man Utd and would try to everything humanly possible to make sure his team doesn't lose. I expect a pretty tight game. I won't be better on it as well unless I see pretty decent odds for over 2.5 booking cards.
I had taught much before now that this odds would have gone up already for Manchester United, so for me its coming as a surprise its still at this even up to this time even after all the very poor performance by Manchester united so far in the Europa and their domestic league this season which has been void of productivity that will breed the conviction that they will be able to lift the Europa  league trophy by the end of the season. Fenerbahce shouldn't be an issue for Manchester united normally but with their performance currently, I'm not convinced enough.

You can see how bad the team has reduced her glory to the point that her fans get over excited when the team is playing q goal less draw against a small club like Aston Villa. The fans are not to be blamed because they are tired of complaining about the poor performance of Manchurian United but I blame the management of Manchester United who has kept their hope on Erik Ten hag to the point that he seems so comfortable to say a whole lot of shit after losing matches because of the backing he's got in the team. The other teams in the league is very happy because playing against United right now a good team should be able to get an easy 3 points unless the team is unlucky like Aston Villa because Manchester United is getting worse every day in their performance.
When talking about Manchester United, the impression we get now is poor performance, which all comes from Ten Hag inability to manage the team, so we can see many disappointed fans. No one knows how long Manchester United will continue to experience ups and downs in performance, but it's clear that many believe a new change will happen if Ten Hag is sacked from Old Trafford.
The poor performance experienced by the Red Devils at the moment has made them no longer considered a force to be reckoned with, it happens in almost all competitions. We realize that Manchester United is a team with a better reputation and is considered a dominant team in European football, but now they have been doubted by many.
It would be fortunate if Ten Hag can create a turning point in performance after the international break, so his position as manager might be maintained. In fact, on many occasions Ten Hag has been very disappointing to the fans, and I think it's very natural that many now hope he will be sacked.

Oh I'ìve just noticed that Europa League follows the Champions League revolution.
So basically all the Euro cup changed using a similar, very similar idea of the Superleague.

What a joke.

Anyway this is the leaderboard, interesting that only 5 teams after 2 turns has 6 points.
This cup however without Champions league team (after they fail the qualification) has a lot more sense.

Except you are going to make some exceptions, then i will agree with you else what you are saying isn't really true enough as it sounds like you are speaking from the view of having an interaction with only a fragment of the whole of Manchester united fans populace as the best i know is that most fans and even non fans are expecting more from them and even wasn't impressed enough with that performance against Aston Villa because Manchester united could do better.

The truth most be told, Manchester United are not performing anything tangible this season and Erik is doing nothing about that, Manchester United performance is getting out of hand because even last season there performance was more better than this season. Which if there is no any good intervention to the team’s performance they will end up losing everything and the manager/coach that will be able to take them to the top again will find it very difficult, and no one will take Manchester United as a strong team anymore.

Manchester United's performance has not been satisfactory in the European league because it is very difficult for them to achieve their first victory in the European league. The two matches they played ended in a draw even though the opponents they faced on paper were not that strong but Manchester United could not beat them. Of course all efforts were made by Erik ten Hag to bring Manchester United to victory but he has not succeeded in doing so.

Fenerbahce will be the next opponent that Manchester United will face and I think this is not an easy match considering Manchester United's performance has not developed this season. If they fail to win when facing Fenerbahce, Manchester United could find it difficult to rise from their slump. Considering that the European league is not too tight but in fact Manchester United finds it very difficult to win.

I’m not such about the last information, fans laugh obviously but happy I don’t think so. We all know football match comes with trolls and different opinions but I don’t take that serious, I’m still being honest with my opinion about Manchester United current situation and the fact is most players also contributed to the bad position they’re in. Ten hag should leave or not the players should work on themselves, talking about fans they’re still strong supporting the club I just hope United do better.
