I believe he is goin to stay some longer than we could be thinking, except if the new coach dost want to work with him for reasons been seen as considerable enough before the management would let go of him but if they aren't seeing it as such then i believe they aren't going to let go of him, literally i even believe they did trust him and that is why they didn't sack him as they did to the head coach he was an assistant to.

Based on the news circulating, it seems that Manchester United has succeeded in bringing in Ruben Amorim but after I checked into the current team squad, it seems that Ruud van Nistelrooy is still the interem coach of Manchester United. With Manchester United's good results in the EFL Cup, then I think it is indeed appropriate for Manchester United to give time and opportunity for Ruud van Nistelrooy to serve as Manchester United's head coach. At least,  maybe until the middle of this season or maybe even until the end of this season, if the results are good then of course Manchester United does not need to spend a lot of money to get Ruben Amorim who is basically still under contract at Sporting.

Ruben Amorin may be the best choice for now, the new coach is rumored to be joining Manchester United on November 11th. Ruben Amorin is one of the most prominent young coaches in Europe today. Moreover, the young coach has a fairly good track record in leading his club to become champions. Ruben Amorin did start his coaching career from the bottom, the first time he entered the world of coaching he had time to coach Casa Pia which was a team competing in the third division of the Portuguese league, Ruben Amorin was able to bring Casa Pia to be undefeated in several matches. And then in the following season in 2019, Amorin moved to the Baraga B team and then became the main coach, which in his first season at the club, Amorin was able to bring Braga to win the Portuguese league. And thanks to his intelligence in coaching, amorin was recruited by sporting CP with the hope of bringing sporting cp back to win the title, and sure enough under amorin's tutelage, sporting cp was able to win the title in 2 seasons in the Portuguese league, namely in the 2020/21 season and in the 2023/24 season.

So of course with amorin's intelligence and brilliance in coaching, we all hope that amorin can bring big changes to MU, leading MU back to winning the title, as amorin did for sporting CP.

I personally hope Ruud Van Nistelrooy to stay longer. He can be the head coach's assistant or something else. Yet, i'm feeling pessimistic. Manchester United agreed to bring all of Amorim's coaching staff to Old Trafford. So, it seems there's no fukin' place for Ruud. However, it seems Ruud has tried to set himself as the next manager if Amorim doesn't work out. This based on Ruud's latest interview.

Every coach must have a personal assistant who has worked with him and it depends on how the new coach can or cannot work with Ruud Van Nistelrooy. The dismissal of the head coach has nothing to do with him because the main task lies with the head coach as the person who is responsible for the team and he did not make mistakes like Erik Ten Hak, So why fire him who did nothing wrong.

We hope he can work with the new coach so that Manchester United's strength will be better for the future. Because actually he has the ability and needs to be given a chance by the new coach.
Ths head coach is responsible for every decision made and actions taken because he is in charge of the players, and the assistant coach is just to share ideas and carry out his own duties. Which means that an assistant coach might have some ideas that can help the club grow if he is listened to by his head coach, but if he is not taken serious his ideas remains within him. Van Nistelrooy might surprise everyone with ths way he will go about in coaching the team and improve their performance.

Just like you, a lot of Manchester United fans are wishing that Ruud Van Nisterooy remains at the club and works with the newly appointed permanent manager Ruben Amorim but the final decisions about wether he'll remain at the club or not is going to be made by the Portuguese manager. However, there's been news from some media outlets which reported that Van Nisterooy will likely continue to pursue his coaching career by moving to Spain or Germany if Amorim decides to jettison him from Manchester United.

Had it been Manchester United management didn’t get new coach easily, they might have plans to keep Van Nisteroy till the end of the season, but they get new manager easily not as they expected that’s why they used the opportunity they have now to make the deal done easily to avoid losing him after the season end, and they also don’t want to risk the team going to relegation on the the caretaker manager. However, it is a good signing for Manchester United, they now have coach that can help the team because the team really need a manager that can help them recover soon.

Manchester United has appointed a new manager in their club and it is expected that this manager will definitely be a blessing for Manchester United. The manager has just been appointed by Manchester United so we are not so quick to discuss his sacking. The manager who was in charge of Manchester United earlier was given enough opportunities and given enough time but that Manchester United could not do anything good for it. I think if Manchester United give enough time to their current manager then this manager will definitely use his best skills and bring the team to a better level. A newly appointed manager may soon officially take charge of Manchester United.
Much is expected of Ruben Amorim, Manchester United have confirmed their new manager will join on November 11, with Ruud van Nistelrooy set to continue as interim manager until Ruben Amorim joins. Changing roles mid-season is not easy, with much at stake for the club and the manager, although expectations among Manchester United fans are now starting to look high. The board will certainly give him plenty of time, and the former Sporting PC manager looking more convincing than Ten Hag.
Forget about the sacking of Ten Hag and his successor, and let's see what Ruud van Nistelrooy can bring tomorrow, maybe they will get a win over Chelsea to throw a welcoming party for Ruben Amorim.

Whatever the results of the discussion, I will be sure that Man United management will provide an opportunity for Van Nistleroy to accompany the new coach. Because it's not easy at this time when your squad has to try to look strong in several competitions.
We'll see how the results will be when in your EPL will compete against Chelsea. And if the results are positive, most likely Van Nistleoy will continue to accompany Man United until the end of the season.
His current status as a temporary coach and he is also one of Manchester United's legends, of course the management will give him the opportunity to help Ruben Amorim improve the quality of Manchester United's game again. Van Nistelrooy only needs to prove his quality even though his stint as head coach is short-lived, the victory over Leicester City in the EFL Cup gave an indication of his ability in strategizing. Ruben Amorim will have a much easier time doing his job if Van Nistelrooy is by his side.

I think they will have a discussion or negotiation about Ruud Van Nistleroy's role in the Manchester United coaching if their new coach has arrived. Because maybe their new coach will also need someone to help him get to know more about the squad they currently have. with what Nistelrooy is doing right now is quite good and if he can be consistent, then there will be considerations to make him stay.
Well now it's just a matter of time, whether Nistelrooy will be part of the new Manchester United coaching, or he will wait when something unwanted happens, or their new coach does not match what is expected.

The performance of the team now he is leading the team will determine if he will remain as Manchester United coach. From the performance of Manchester United last game I believe he is the reason why Manchester United performed much very well because it is been along time Manchester United had such a beautiful result, if Manchester United are able to win most of their games with ease I'm sure the Management of Manchester United would want to keep him.

All what Manchester United needs is just a good coach that is very much competent, Manchester United have been really struggling in premier league because the coach's they have been having are not very good to make the team stable in performance.

Van Nistelrooy a bit worried about his future this because he want to stayed much longer at Manchester United so Van Nistelrooy hopes although Manchester United hire Ruben Amorim as new manager then he don't to be sacked but Manchester United under Van Nistelrooy is really impressive because at Carabao Cup they can beat Leicester with huge scores and Ruben Amorim will be start to in charge on November 11 which mean Van Nistelrooy will train Manchester United for at least 3 matches including the match against PAOK and just like we all know Manchester United still unable to gets the winning results in this competition and if Van Nistelrooy can bringing Manchester United to gets the winning result from PAOK then probably the president will considering to make Van Nistelrooy as Ruben Amorim assistant
Van Nistelrooy Can actually do well if given the United coaching job, but Manchester United management seems not to consider him and went to hire Ruben Amorim to replace Ten Hag.

Van Nistelrooy Have like three matches to be in charge of the Manchester United team, his first match in charge was awesome because the team score five goals which was amazing and the entire squad played well even though it is not in a Premier League game. However, these remaining matches that Van Nistelrooy will manage as a caretaker before the new manager take over can be like a test for him to market himself for any possible job out there. Van Nistelrooy Have two games to manage which include a tough match against Chelsea at the Old Trafford, and another home Europa League game against PAOK; these two matches are very important for Manchester United, if he can win these matches, he can easily get a new coaching job out there once he left Manchester United because he is a good manager.

I admit that Ten Hag dismissal gives a happy impression because he has given a big score in another competition. But if this is related to the European league match, I don't think I agree if Man United rushes to inaugurate Ruben Amorim as coach before the next European league match starts.
Because a new coach must really experience adaptation and this will worsen the situation that should have improved.
So I would agree more if Ruben Amorim was immediately inaugurated as MU coach but in terms of pursuing the European league match, at least Ruben Amorim must continue to work with Van Nistelrooy to get better results.
Literally Ruben Amorim may have to work with Van Nistelrooy till almost the end of the season if he would want to achieve great results as implementing a completely new strategy almost immediately will not be productive enough and may get them to struggle through the season and it will still feel like when they still had their former head coach but he can gradually bring in the idea of a new strategy and they will literally get used to it before the season comes to an end. Manchester United can still have a chance in the Europa league if they continue diligently in the spirit of the results they got in their first game after the exit of ETH.
After Ruben Amorim came to this team I am sure Manchester United did not immediately cut off cooperation with Van Nistelrooy because after all Ruben Amorim needs an assistant to help him and the new manager definitely needs to know the club he is coaching and the only one who will give him direction is Van Nistelrooy who understands the current situation of Man United even though Amorim has known the chaos that has occurred at Man United recently but still Van Nistelrooy is the one who knows where the club's mistakes are and Amorim is the one who makes the decision on how to fix the situation it takes time for Amorim to improve his performance so I hope everyone will wait for the final results of Amorim this season if at the beginning it is still not consistent enough we must be able to understand it.

Sacking Ten Hag is the best step taken to improve the team's performance, because Ten Hag was not having the tactical idea on how the team can win matches. Even if Manchester united performance will not improve up to expectations, it is better than Ten Hag remains the manager, because this will make United management look for a new coach that can handle the club. I will love to see how Manchester United will perform in their next three games to see if there will be a change.

Manchester United had played one match after the sacking of Ten Hag, which was against Leicester in the Carabao competition. Despite Leicester City not being considered a very strong team currently, the way Manchester United players were playing ball against Leicester already showed that there will be improvement in the team. These players really put more effort into the game, and I was even surprised by how Manchester United played against Leicester. In fact, we don’t need to wait for three matches to know if Manchester United have improved. Even the match against Chelsea can determine Manchester United’s performance because Chelsea is now a strong team. The match against Chelsea will seriously say much about Manchester United’s performance.

While spending ton of money is not only way to get success, because you can see most of the winners in the last seasons weren't the most expensive clubs, we still need to realize that matters too.

I understand United spending a lot isn't a way to win this, because we have seen United fail before, or Barcelona even, and many other great teams, hell Liverpool lost last season too. So we need to remember money doesn't bring success at this level, you need to be a team that works well together like a machine.

But also, money is a great helper too, doesn't mean it will make you win, but it certainly helps you along the way and shouldn't b e considered as unimportant to the results.

We are seeing them do fine when they are spending money wisely. For example City spends money too, and look how great they are, certainly they spend more than Atalanta, or many teams in this league, and that is why the yare doing greater, give them just 10 million a year, and they wouldn't have any of the success they had so far.

Money cannot determine whether or not a team will be successful in undergoing changes, but still, it is better to have funds than none at all, because with sufficient funds it will be a good support for the coach to implement his plans and he will have more options to get the squad he wants.

If all of that has been provided and it turns out that the team fails to improve or even performs worse than before, so the person who must be responsible for failure is the coach, and that's what happened to Man United and Ten Hag, therefore he should indeed be fired.
Manchester United has spent a lot of money to support Ten Hag so far, but in several seasons of coaching he has not been able to bring Manchester United to be better, many teams have spent quite a lot of money but they have not gotten anything which like hope, on the other hand there are also many teams that have financial limitations but actually show very good performance so far,  Manchester United and Aston Villa I think can be an example of our current comparison if indeed money is not enough without the support of a smart coach in managing the team, Manchester United has spent a lot of money and time to trust and support Ten Hag, but instead they are currently a team that has a pretty bad performance in the Europa League and English Premier League,  So I strongly agree that the dismissal of Ten Hag is the right step at this time, Manchester United has brought in Amorim as a new coach, seeing his success in Sporting, of course Manchester United have a better chance to rise later, so let's see what Amorim give to Manchester United later..?

Not surely with Ruud Van Nistelrooy as Manchester United interim manager could stay for longer time because the management have reach agreement deal for appointing former manager of Sporting Lisbon Ruben Amorim. Have rumor said Manchester United manager released payout fees transfer to get Ruben Amorim sign around 10 million euro and seems only few weeks later will be new manager for United to replace Erik ten Hag position.

The first victory over Leicester City wouldn't be points for appointing Ruud Van Nistelrooy and waiting several matches in Premier League will Manchester United keep at the winning trend or not. Actually Manchester United have their interested for Sporting Lisbon manager Ruben Amorim for replacing Erik ten Hag position.

Rather than spending more money to buy some front line players again, I think it would be better for Manchester United to see a new coach who is rich in tactics this season. Because the Manchester United team does not lack the best players at this time, but they only lack the best tactics from their coach so that the team does not look to be progressing and developing well this season. So the team management who can be very aware of this will certainly do their best because if they only buy players without being equipped with a smart coach, it will also be very useless and they will also experience more losses this season.
Buying and selling players is not very important and does not bring success on its own. What is important is the contributions the coach brings to the team and I think Manchester United can see better times. Erik Ten Hag was a strange coach who also had problems with the players. Manchester was never a threat during his time. He was a coach who even offended Ronaldo, one of the legends of the club and world football. I hope that the time for their rise will come now.
