I know it appears like Manchester United did more than it was expected of them in today's game but you know that Manchester United wanted to prove a point to an extent through their coach as it was obvious today he really wanted to do everything possible to win the game or get a draw but in their Europa it's going to be a different game in the sense that it's a different competition with a different competitive action because I believe it's different from what it actually is with their domestic league. Been defensive will help Mourinho a lot but Manchester United going defensive will literally expose them to concede because Mourinho will rather turn the game around if he sees that is the tactic is around them.

Even though my bet won in today's match when I bet on MU victory, it seems I agree with @KTChampions.
I believe that a coach is one of the big encouragement for the team to be able to win the match and we all know how Mourinho's strategy style, even though looks old, but he is still a more experienced coach.
On the one hand this will be a different match from EPL because Fenerbahce is certainly also very aggressive and very ambitious at home and more confident under the care of Mourinho.

Although I didn't watch Manchester United match, but the result should show that Manchester United is getting better. I say this because Manchester United came from 1 goal against to 2 goals for; this shows improvement.

What I don't believe in the process is the capacity of Erik Ten Hang to maintain even the smallest win streak. The match against Fenerbace could turn to be a total disaster for Manchester United, that is the level of inconsistency in the team.

These are both teams which can score against each other easily because of having vulnerable defenses. If it doesn't take them too long to break the deadlock, these choices are quite sensible on paper to me.
