To be honest I also don’t like this new champions league group stage format, first players will have to play so much matches, especially in the beginning of the season, most big clubs are in every competition in the beginning of season so they will have to play twice in a week at least and that too much work load. We saw Rodri (Manchester city) carvajal (real Madrid) and so many players complaining about the fixtures schedule been so tight and they barely have time to rest or even to spend quality time with their family.

Another reason I don't like this new champions league group stage format is that, Big matches won't have value again like big matches that we are suppose to watch maybe in the knock out stage or even in the quarter finals or semi finals will now be watch in the group stage, and the players approach towards the match won't be that serious because It just a group stage match. I wish this format won't last and it should be changed to the former format we are used to.

After signing a new contract with Galatasaray, the player has been playing for the club and has performed well in most of the matches. Osimen couldn't score for Galatasaray but provided some great assists to other players to score. He is still new to the club so he must take some time to fully adapt himself to that club and after some time hopefully everything will be fine.

It doesn't help that they keep adding a new tier of competition, even though nobody asks for it. Even if the top 8 clubs want a competition to get more revenue, I don't think FIFA or UEFA has the right interest to plan the schedule properly. Maybe they should allow 11 substitutions or something similar if they don't want to reduce these competitions. I'm pretty sure most teams won't complain about that.

I think the new format is more interesting but indeed, this kind of schedule is unfortunate because teams or players don't get a good break. Thus, if the organizers can arrange the schedule with more leisure, then it will be good for maintaining the fitness of each player. Because with a busy schedule like this, it will also make it difficult for the team to get consistent results because it will rotate players too often. Or maybe, the need to play in their national team also makes this season look like it has a busier schedule. But yes, the point is that giving the team or players time to rest well should be a priority.

To win their league is still makes sense because Galatasaray is indeed a strong candidate in their own league but to win the Europa League title is not easy for them because there are still some strong clubs such as Tottenham Hostpur, Manchester United, Ajax, Roma, Porto, Fenerbahce and many more clubs that may be dark horses in the Europa League so even though Galatasaray has one of the best star players it does not guarantee them to win the prestigious title but Oshimen will try hard to perform optimally and score many goals so that he can attract the attention of big clubs and he can quickly move to a better League.

When they played this game against Manchester United I think in the quarterfinals, Manchester United scored two own goals in 84' and 90+2'.
