The game ended by penalties after all, no surprise tho and Frankfurt won it (5-4). My prediction was somehow correct after all Wink

This is why we shouldn't really expect anything at all.

This should be something we should be just enjoying watching it without caring about the result itself, just the game itself. It's not the destination that is beautiful, it is the road that should be good and this is that type of game.

I agree, rangers already make a very good performance in the European league by qualifying to the final and they know well that the mission will not be easy for them at all so they will try to play defensively and really on contre attacks and try to surprise Frankfurt defence

really both teams performed quite well in this final. a draw is something they have to accept in the second half. Frankfurt is much more dangerous for now, they already had a couple of good opportunities to score and Rangers can be very happy that this game is still 0:0. Would love to see a goal soon and then we will have an even better game on our hands.

Rooting for Rangers tonight since their win makes it easier for Croatian clubs to enter in Europe next season but does not look like their night so far.

In terms of chances and shooting attempts they are far superior but in this case Ranger is still in control. I don't know if this is Glasner's tactic or not but indeed in this match Frankfurt were more patient in waiting for the Rangers players to leave and still took advantage of some mistakes from Ranger's players.
they don't even have the Initiative to play the ball first because on some occasions they even attack straight away without waiting and fix their rhythm

Frankfurt vs Glasgow is now at the end of the 1st half and we are still waiting for a goal. Frankfurt so far has more chances, but Glasgow is not playing too bad either. If the games goes on like this then Frankfurt has a slight advantage in winning the game, but it is a pretty open competition. Let's hope for some goals and excitement in the 2nd half

The champions league finals between Rangers and Frankfurt I not exciting me to watch. I have long expected Barcelona vs Westham to be in this final, but it's a pity it didn't happen. At worse I believed one of the will be in the final. Frankfurt eliminated both of them and this final would be boring to watch.
I cannot even say club to win because I didn't watch Rangers till they got to this stage. But I have watched Frankfurt with their defensive mentality. Since there is no other match to watch, let us enjoy this. The opening ceremony was superb and that could be the most exciting scene in tonight's match.
