This is undeniable. I'm sure they won't even be able to repeat winning the Europa League (if they take third place in the Champions League group stage and get there again). Such beautiful fairy tales happen to small clubs very rarely. Next season in the Europa League there will again be many strong clubs (for example United  Grin ) and it will be very difficult to beat them.

I would not say that the fact that Frankfurt won this competition is so much a miracle or a fairy tale.
First of all, it is a reputable German club that has already achieved great success in the past, such as winning the UEFA Cup.
It's a club with a very long tradition, which was founded in 1899, and which was also the champion of Germany and always good in the German league.
This season they were very good in this competition and before the finals they knocked out much stronger teams than Rangers, such as Barcelona and West Ham, and they deservedly won this competition.
They won this competition thanks to the quality they showed and not because of luck.
Let’s not forget that last year’s winner of this competition, Villareal, this season knocked Juve and Bayern out of the Champions League and played the semi-finals with Liverpool and I don’t think they are better team than Frankfurt  Grin

Until the last sentence, I thought that you were writing all this seriously Grin
In fact, as a United fan, I expect (and hope) that firstly they will renew the club and get out of their already too long crisis, and secondly they will take the Europa League seriously and win it. The main problem of big teams is that any competition lower than the Champions League is the third priority for them.

The final game was a nice one. But as most people, I also expected to see Rangers showing a greater performance. They struggled more in the first half but made up for it later. They were very good especially in extra time. And they were so unlucky when it comes to penalties. Ramsey's penalty wasn't very satisfying and I predicted him to miss that before he even hit the ball. He didn't seem to be very confident before taking the penalty I mean. I appreciate Frankfurt's great effort and winning the title deservedly.

No one could have imagined at the start of the tournament that Frankfurt would become champion. A great size. Especially because Frankfurt is perhaps the number 7 in Germany. There were stronger teams active in this competition. By the way, I didn't think the finalists of the Europa League were any better than those of the Conference league. But that aside. It's also nice that they will automatically play Champions league next year, then we will get 3-4 German teams in the CL. Good for German football.

Just because they have a good history doesn't mean that it is not a miracle for them to win, they managed to beat Barcelona, if we are going to talk about the past then Barcelona has been the team with the best past against any team in all of europa.

However, it was a miracle because they were also not a good team in bundesliga neither, they ended up with 11th in the league, can you imagine any other nations 11th to win this cup? I know that people think that they have been great at Europa and that is understandable, yes they were great, but at the same time the fact that they were great in this tournament shows that it was an unexpected result since they were not great anywhere else for a long time.

With the big teams in the Champions League next season, Frankfurt will find it difficult to survive there though the management can use their fund to bring in good players that will boost their team spirit and performance with that, they can make it in the group stage or proberbly the knockout stage depending on their performance.
with their current strength even I don't expect much for them next season.
But it's really good to see their moves. They have not focused on the Bundesliga this season and focused on the Europa League and were able to be at the top and become champions. I think next season they will still focus on this prestigious league and are determined to at least be in 3rd position in the Champions group phase.

God is great
I think that Rangers were one step behind Frankfurt after not being able to do find as many attacks as Frankfurt found. Extra time was better for Rangers but penalty shoot-outs was inevitable. And it also ended for the benefit of Frankfurt by 5-4. I believe that it was a deserved win for Frankfurt so congratulations. They even eliminated Barcelona before which was a sign for them to achieve bigger things. And they won even the title now.
it was a beautiful run for Frankfurt this year in the Europa League, i didn't see it coming at all, they managed to win in the final getting the trophy and securing a spot in the champions league next year, it's a big achievement for the team and their fans which showed so much support for the team especially in the Camp Nou against Barcelona.
Honestly, I didn't see it coming. I never thought Frankfurt could make it to the stage of lifting the trophy of europa. Looking at their position in Bundesliga will say it all. I underrated them and predicted that Barcelona will eliminate them. When Barcelona failed to do so, it didn't give me much taught. I said  Westham will kill them, even as Westham failed it became clearer to me what is at stake. That was exactly when I began to suggest that Frankfurt will win europa league.
Frankfurt is among the weak teams in the Bundesliga league but it was a surprise to many how they were able to defeat Barcelona in the Europa League.  Frankfurt winning the Europa League is of great achievement,  and I think it will also trigger the team to do better in Bundesliga league to improve their performance.

Yes, if the target is to be in the top four of the Bundesliga it is still possible, because in the Bundesliga there are only two very dominant teams like Bayern Munich and Dortmund. That leaves Frankfurt with a chance to be third or fourth, but expecting to win the title is like a tough hope. Indeed, it never hurts to have high expectations but we can consider it in a more realistic way. Because there are still many better teams than Frankfurt playing in European tournaments, especially in the Champions League which on several occasions remained difficult and failed to win the title.

I think they should have high Expectations because they played really well in the Europa League and they have set the standards really high for themselves. I believe they will be starting to believe in themselves from now on and try to play better in their own respective League.  and I also believe that their manager is going to help them out with some good transfers and some necessary changes in the squad.

This story just reminds me of Leicester in the EPL and I agree with what you said it will only be like that because indeed this could be a football miracle that happens every few years and even decades.

But indeed this is quite reasonable in my opinion and indeed they also understand this but this is not bad for them because this could be the highest award for them now

Well, now I just expect them to be in the top four positions the next season considering that they have played so well in the Europa League. I expect them to make some necessary changes in their squad and continue the good work that they have done in the Europa League. With the type of performance that they have shown in the Europa League, I believe they will be able to play well in the next season in Bundesliga.
I don't believe Frankfurt will be better next season in the Bundesliga even though this season they managed to seal the Europa League title. Look at what they did in the Bundesliga this season and compare it to what they did in the Europa League. I think Frankfurt are very different in both competitions, they were only able to win 10 match out of 34 match, lost 12 and draw 12 but did well in the Europa League. Luck has played an important role in Frankfurt's success this season in the Europa League.

Honestly, I don't believe Frankfurt have won the Europa League title just because they're lucky. They have played well indeed in the Europa League and I am not saying this just watching the results, I have seen them play and I have seen them play against bigger opponents like Barcelona, so I know what I am talking about. I think that did not keep much importance to the Bundesliga. and to be honest it is actually hard for even me to believe. I think they are going to give a lot more importance to the Bundesliga next season.

Is it just me who thinks that the victory that Frankfurt got in the European League 70% was due to luck. Frankfurt's performance in the Bundesliga, I can say, is far from proud

if we look at the history of the 5 matches played by frankfurt (before the european league final) then we can see frankfurt got 3 draws and 2 losses

frankfurt is really lucky.. congratulations frankfurt

Frankfurt's performance in the Bundesliga was very poor. Frankfurt's main target is the Europa League title. Frankfurt has played well in almost every Europa League match. At the same time they were very lucky. I don't think Frankfurt will play well next season as they have won the title. Frankfurt is not a stable team. If they want to play well in the Bundesliga, they have to have more talented players. They need a talented defender. At the same time a star striker should be taken in the team.
Frankfurt have poor performance on Bundesliga and finish this year on 11th position standing, they can't reach and get Europe League or Champion League ticket trough finish on 11th position standing, try forget with domestic league and Frankfurt keep focusing only with Europe League and try to be winner and get champion league ticket. But not sure with participant on UEFA champion league next season keep competitive or stuck without success lead from group stage.

On the contrary, when Eintracht beat Barcelona, I thought that this club is able to win the Europa League and it really happened. Although it is worth admitting that everything was not so obvious in the final and Rangers also had chances to win the title. It turned out to be quite a funny situation when the team almost failed in the domestic championship in Germany, but still achieved what the other teams in the Bundesliga were fighting for, namely participation in the Champions League tournament for the next season. It is also worth noting that Eintracht achieved an outstanding result and, unlike the Bundesliga games, did not lose a single match in the Europa League.
Frankfurt's rise started from here and indeed the victory over Barcelona could be said to be a turning point for them even though there was a lot of controversy there such as there were indeed some cheating in ticket purchases and others in fact this was actually profitable for them.
Of course there is something that makes their spirits up because with Barcelona being eliminated they have increased their confidence to face Westham and it is true that it is proven that they are even champions now

Lol, do you think the team that wins the Europa League title this season and plays in the Champions League next season, they have to be the winner of the Champions League title next season too?
It's funny I think, because even teams that are used to winning Europa League titles like Sevilla are still not strong enough to compete in the Champions League, now you consider Frankfurt as if they are being demanded to be the best team next season in the Champions League and in the Bundesliga? Not only that, even the stronger teams in the Bundesliga like Bayern Munich and Dortmund still cannot promise the Champions League title. Frankfurt are basically a mediocre team, so you can't expect much more from them next season. With Frankfurt being able to win the Europa League basically that's very good, you can imagine not all mediocre teams have as high luck as Frankfurt.

Europa league was full of surprises this season who wouldve thought that frankfurt would win it the final was as close as it could get first half frankfurt was better and in the extra time rangers almost snatched the win, frankfurt team need improvements they have some good players but they need a strong bench as well so they can have better results on the bundesliga and champions league next season.
Lyon, Monaco, Napoli, Leicester, A galatasaray team that sucked in domestic league but didn't lose a single game until Barcelona last game, Barcelona!, Leverkusen, West Ham, Porto, Sevilla, Leipzig, Atalanta. All of these teams ended up losing and the finals were between Frankfurt and Rangers.
This should be something that we all be shocked about. I do not know what could be the best thing about the current situation, if the fact that underdogs and not so great teams could have hopes thanks to this year and hope that they could beat the bigger names, but it could also mean that maybe big teams are no longer caring about europa which could be a trouble.

I think this is actually good and this is a very good sign for football. I say it is a good sign because this means almost every team has a chance to prove themselves and do well. And these European competitions give them those chances.

It will certainly be boring to see only the top teams play well and get all the trophies and titles. But it is actually good to see some smaller teams and that teams which are not doing relatively well in their own respective league, play well and win Europa league titles.

I think Frankfort came to light when they beat Barcelona. Everyone started noticing this team and I still had some doubt if they will be able to beat Westham and they did that also. After that, I did not have too much doubt about them being able to win the Europa League title. They did not play well in the Bundesliga but it's true that they have shown some really good performance in the Europa League. And also got to see some good teamwork.

To get a big financial boost from the Champions League, you must either reach the high stage of the playoffs or (or rather, all together) regularly perform well there, since part of the income is distributed based on history over several seasons. I don't think Frankfurt can get as much money in the Champions League next season as they did this season for winning the Europa League.

It will be difficult for them to achieve the same results. They did not perform well in the Bundesliga mainly because their primary focus was on the Europa League after seeing that they could not fight in the Bundesliga for a place in European competitions for next year. Now they won this Europa League,a fully deserved trophy for them and a sure thing is they need to perform better as the teams in the Champions League are much stronger than those in Europa League.

This is undeniable. I'm sure they won't even be able to repeat winning the Europa League (if they take third place in the Champions League group stage and get there again). Such beautiful fairy tales happen to small clubs very rarely. The match could have gone either way. When shooting penalties, you know it's always a lottery. I don't remember for whom, but in extra time there were still great opportunities for a team. If that ball had gone in, the game was over. It certainly wasn't an unattractive match. Certainly after rest enough effort and willpower seen.

Very close match indeed, both teams played really well, was an exciting final match. After beating West Ham I thought that Eintracht Frankfurt would win the finals for sure. It was disappointing to see the game go into over time because I bet on a win in regular play time. I thought about making another live bet during OT as Frankfurt was the stronger team. But once it goes into penalty shoot out everything can happen, it's like a coin flip. Overall the Europe league this season was not a good run for me, I lost money. It was too many under dogs winning. Still happy for Eintracht though, the party afterwatds was insane.
