Greece the underdogs ended up defeating the three lions. I cannot say that they did not deserve it because they played very well moved the ball very quickly and where able to move from defense to attack creating opportunities for themselves to put some pressure on the England defenders. I am still surprised how Cole Palmer beat Jude Bellingham to the best English player of the year award because in this England, Bellingham was everywhere and even scored a goal. He is a more complete player than Palmer. From the lineup i knew somethings will go wrong because of how he played some players off position, playing all of Saka, Palmer and Foden at the same time is not ideal and pushing Bellingham up front was also not ideal when you have two natural strikers on the bench. Bellingham should have been somewhere in the midfield and Foden or Palmer should have been on the bench and then a striker should be in the field as well. I am sure he would have learned his mistake and will take corrections in the next game.
But probably I read fake news about such change and talked about it like that. Or maybe I was just high and I wasn't aware of what I was talking about, lol. But thanks anyway mate. By the way I agree with you. In such situation it would really be meaningless.
I was expecting them to win by a very dominant game. Lee Carsley is a caretaker manager as far as I know. I wonder who they will prefer in his place.
