For me, it was sure close 1 even in their 1st meeting I really think that Valentina Shevchenko was a formidable opponent and for me, Shevchenko might have won if she hadn't underestimated Grasso back then, I think this is the case and now on their 2nd meeting Alexa Grasso now have increased her limit back then now that she feels Shevchengko's strength, While for me I think Grasso can defend Erin Blanchfield for sure, I really think that Grasso has great wrestling now for sure she can defend the takedowns and submission of Blanchfield, and for sure if Grasso wants another fight before the rematch then I think the UFC can likely be doing it,

Actually, just like you, I still don't know who's going to win I am currently watching the previous fight for the two fighters for sure and will surely give a breakdown on what I have seen,


Well, you are right that Alexa Grasso had a fine takedown defense for sure I really think that she still wasn't taken down, but I think that her stand-up is already refined, I really think that she can bust a striking and be on an advantage over Shevchenko for sure, but Manon is a great fighter that might give her problem for sure but Grasso is a thinking fighter so there is still a chance for her to make necessary precautions for sure,

I completely agree with you that Grasso would not be able to handle Fiorot with her takedown defense alone.
Think she hasn't only been taken down once in her UFC career and this is where Alexa does her work on the ground. Also she wouldn't be able to stand and punch with Manon. As we had seen in her last fight with Namajunas.

Grasso will be praying for at least someone else of her picking. A defense sure-win fight will be a good rest for her to feel like a real champ. Blanchfield will do. She might be able to beat her, she got away from Shevchenko's strangulation using the fence which was quite remarkable. But she might not defeat Fiorot. Either of the 2 prospects, Dana will still be happy for these fights. And even if Grasso loses, the demand for Shevchenko's trilogy will still be high.

Rafael Fiziev vs. Mateusz Gamrot will end in a KO. This is hard to predict but exciting to see a match that might just be the fight of the night as well.

For Sure deep inside Alexa Grasso was thinking that she was just lucky that she won against Valentina Shevchenko in their 2nd bout and will need to prepare more for their next fight because for sure she can not handle the pressure as well, and Valentina Shevchenko is furious with the result yet again, for sure she wants an immediate rematch,

I like how you keep calling her Gross-o kind of like Steve-o from that jack-ass series two decades ago.
Having a draw in a main event card had happened before but for a title is nothing anybody wanted to see.
I liked the post fight interview with Daniel Cormier where she was saying how hard they worked to win this fight and he just looked at her and said "But it was a draw!". Pretty certain somebody made a meme on this and put it up on social media already.

Dana White definitely wanted it to end this way since they will make alot more in the next fight making it the main card for a UFC event. As this one was on ESPN Fight Night and a non-PPV event.

He sure is. Predicting a draw in UFC is not something that normally happens. It ain't FIFA. Someone will either go down, submit, or a point difference will happen. I doubt someone put a bet on the "draw".
I listened to this yesterday because I want to know what Grasso is thinking about if ever that question of a "trilogy" pops out. And it did.
Her answer ain't sure yet but she ain't going to flee about it too. She also talked about giving chances to other women fighters who are working hard and trying to have a shot for the title belt. I bet Grasso wants to fight another fighter before she meets Shevchenko again, more like a preparation or an addition to her experience so she will be better when they face each other.
But, when a lot of money will be presented, I also doubt her camp can just say "No" to it. 

Anyway, the unforgettable part on that card is Raul Rosas Jr. Damn, that kid has a lot of firepower in his fists. 18 years old and he will definitely have a good future in the UFC.

Well because of the Wrestling but in this fight because it was a close one we can surely say that Kevin Holland might win this aswell It was a split decision after all, but because he surely didn't manage to get those takedowns properly and Jack Della Maddalena stop it and Holland did give-up in trying it out again, it was really a bad choice for him not to try and takedown again, but it was a split decision so maybe a rematch? or maybe Della Maddalena will eventually just move on with this,


Still be betting on Alexa Grasso her camp will surely make preparations and Adjustments on how the new Valentina Shevchenko fights, and that will be her fighting game for the third time, and will let Shevchenko ripe her muscles up in a further future fight for sure as you have said the Draw result is pretty much rare so there are no one that might bet on it but if this is football that is frequently will happen, for sure the third fight will be much exciting because of this result,

For sure it would be a trilogy fight but because Valentina Shevchenko is not really a technical fighter like Grasso she still manages to get damaged by Alexa Grasso I really admit that It is really a Valentina Shevchenko win for this match but the judge is very controversial with his score of 10 - 8 for the 5th round this really needs investigation but as far as UFC is concern they are not really concerned about this, and their solution will be a trilogy fight, for sure,

Alexa Grasso (2.37) VS Valentina Shevchenko (1.57) - DRAW


Well, the fight was a draw and Alexa Grasso was still the champion but even though I liked that Alexa Grasso was still the champion I was really confused about the result surely Shevchenko also did a great job in getting those takedowns and those heavy hits she even got 1 round for herself but I am not really an expert in analyzing the fight but for sure it was really a close one and they say that Mike Bell had a controversial judging because he gave a 10 - 8  score on the 5th round for Alexa Grasso but if he gives a 10 - 9 score the championship belt will definitely go to Valentina Shevchenko for sure Shevchenko will have another complaint about the result and she should have won the fight but for sure that sparring with guys are real for Shevchenko  because she got a pretty muscular physique right now,

Kevin Holland (2.20) VS Jack Della Maddalena (1.65) - LOST


Actually, this is pure action but for sure Jack Della Maddalena has more explosive strikes and has pressured Kevin Holland in this fight and those 2 takedown attempts of Holland were not effective the takedown defense of Della Madalena was very effective and Kevin Holland can not do a thing but it was a very close fight and Kevin Holland should have tried another takedown until he can make one, but because it was not effective he give up on that he will feel the strikes of Madalena for sure

Raul Rosas Jr. (1.13) VS Terrence Mitchell (5.80) - WIN


In the 1st round just like that Raul Rosas Jr. defeated Terrence Mitchell you can see from his furious face that he was really upset with his loss in his last fight and in this fight he has surely got it done now, it was really a great KO, his strike Mitchell was backing down in this kids punches there are no much things that I got to say about this fight because Raul Rosas Jr. is a monster that finishes the fight so fast that I really don't know what had happened,

Nobody is happy after last UFC event, there was one no contest and main event ended up as split decision draw, something we dont see often in MMA.
Grosso is saying she is confident that she won, and Shevchenko thinks that final decision was unfair but she broke her thumb during first round.
I think we re going to see third fight between this two fighters, but Grosso is doesnt care about it.

They think its more convenient to have it as a draw than making one wins the fight but it's a lot more frustrating to see one got robbed. By point, I think Valentina won the fight. She surely has improved her striking and the counter, she had her heavy hit compared to what Grasso made but I guess the 5th round makes the final say when Grasso grabbed her.

True that. Dana would probably give them another fight in the future. If there ever one bettor cast a draw, I can only say he is one heck of a Nostradamus.

If only Valentina Shevchenko played safe then she would be the champ again. But, she gave Alexa Grasso a chance to make some points at the last minute of the 5th round so she still kept her belt. This a very big mistake for Valentina's corner because they are telling her to not let go when she grabs Alexa but the truth is, she is winning by just using her jabs to which Alexa has no answer.
Anyway, I bet there are no winners today because I don't think one gambler would bet for a draw because of the rarity of it to happen. All bets are voided so we can keep the money and just wait for their next meeting which I don't doubt will happen. More money for Dana White in Grasso vs. Shevchenko 3.
But I got to be honest that it was a good fight and I want to see one more of it.

Actually, I was hesitating on taking a bet against Jack Della Madalena seeing his last fight was really great on his part, but for sure there is certainly something about Kevin Hollands' fight that I can not take out as well and he has said that he will do everything he can for sure I am hoping for the best in this one but I haven't really taken the fact that Kevin Holland could also lose in this fight everything can happen but there must be something or someone that needs to take the other half to make it whole,

For the Shevchenko fight well maybe Valentina Shevchenko was furious at herself for making a mistake like that so In the rematch she will make it right this time and I believe that for sure maybe she was underestimating Grasso that time but in the way she was speaking that Grasso was just lucky and she was winning the fight I really don't like it at all in not crediting someone for her hard work in taking her belt I think she is still underestimating Grasso, and that may have cost her again,

I have a feeling Alexa Grasso will still win but also have the feeling that Shevchenko learned the lesson she got against Grasso. This is their 2nd fight, and Grasso will expect Shevchenko to have more tricks this time but so is Grasso, she will also have more to show this time around.

JDM is packed with skills after gaining a lot of experience while Kevin lacks the motivation. He isn't even after the belt but that is because he knows he couldn't make a title shot. He was once remarkable early in his career but just lost cause this time. Dana likes him though.

Don't know why both the above members are against JDM to win against Kevin Holland.

Great share my man, The weigh-in went great and clearly, there were no missed weights for this event, all fighters did a great job in not getting a canceled fight, and for the Colored belt that represents Mexico for sure I also got a WWE vibes seeing it as well I surely remember that in the WWE when John Cena is a big superstar back then and his belt was Customized by the WWE, and for sure you guys already mention it here but for sure that was the great old times,

Alexa Grasso (2.37) VS Valentina Shevchenko (1.57)


For this fight, Valentina Shevchenko clearly wants to get her belt back and she already said that she still doesn't recognize the loss to Alexa Grasso as her loss, so for sure I want Grasso to beat her up again, I surely never thought that Alexa Grasso will become this good and become champion I always see her as a fighting kitten but because of that fight her technique and fighting style is truly hone so much for her to get that belt surely she listen to her corner pretty well that is why I think that she will still be winning this so my pick is clearly Alexa Grasso,

Kevin Holland (2.20) VS Jack Della Maddalena (1.65)


For this fight for sure, Jack Della Maddalena is really durable and his striking could be big trouble for Holland but for sure Kevin Holland still got a decent ground game so sure I think it is a weakness for Jack Della Maddalena for this fight I think Kevin Holland has a technicality with his striking as well for me because he got a well-rounded style my pick is Kevin Holland,

For this fight, I really don't know Terrence Mitchell for sure but seeing him on paper for sure he got a weakness on the ground game so sure Raul Rosas Jr. got some advantage in this fight, and Rosas Jr. is also well-rounded in this fight clearly I have nothing to say, that is why Raul Rosas Jr. is the favorite to win in this fight,

Raul Rosas vs Terrence Mitchell  - I guess because he is the youngest in MMA? Though he wasn't making really good success in his last fight.
Kevin Holland vs Jack Della Maddalena He had 15 winning streaks since his first 2 loss fights. I like Kevin but if he still drops his hands as he always does in every fight, Maddalena will KO him without taking the fight to the ground.

Alexa Grasso vs. Valentina Shevchenko Tough to choose since Valentina is just so good. But I guess at 35 she's in decline and this fight is on Grasso's land. Grasso has improved a lot and she'll be more confident with the crowd support.

She did mention something about this newly made commemorative belt for the Mexican people:

WOW! They are now customizing belts for the fighters as well just like in the WWE when John Cena had his spinning belt well I love the design for sure it got the vibe not only for the Mexican but also because this is a women's match and particularly the fighters are ladies it got the vibe that the belt is for the Women's division, this is really something new for the UFC to do, and I likely it at all, I think Women should be women and not like Shevchenko that are sparring with guys just to be ready against Alexa Grasso and for me she is delusional and doesn't want to believe that she lost the 1st match,


The people are trusting Alexa Grasso in the ground now because of what she did in the 1st round, that was kind of a difference between the money line and the Submission betting, for sure many are trusting Grasso with the submission while maybe in the striking they prefer Valentina Shevchenko but for me on that 1st fight I have seen that Alexa Grasso have some great highlights when it comes to the Striking and because she is now a technical striker now this is going to be an interesting fight for sure,
