For this fight, the stage is set for another banger, and at Adesanaya 1st opponent was Dricus Du Plessis who was changed to Sean Strickland after Dricus blackout the fight because of unresolved injury, watching the Press Conference it was a different feeling all Strickland did was to Trash talk While Adesanya is answering the press plain and simple and after that Stare of Israel Adesnaya to Sean Strickland he never back it away for sure you can see the intense atmosphere, for this fight, we all know how technical Adesanya can become unfortunately Strickland had a good defense but it will just work on strikers that have a one pattern punch and can easily land a blow but for this fight, the Technical strategy here is to win so I am going with Israel Adesanya,

Tai Tuivasa VS Alexander Volkov


Now for this fight for sure, Alexander Volkov is one of the best and has the deadliest strike and he is up against a great fighter as well if you look at the Ciryl Gane VS Tai Tuivasa fight and this could also have the same manner as that fight but for me I think this is going to be different Alexander Volkov is a different fighter than Ciryl Gane if you look at the speed different Volkov is an easy target for Tuivasa and Tai Tuivasa landed a clean punch to Ciryl Gane and Gane instantly drop by that punch while this is a different story is because of Tai Tuivasa's chin he has a durable chin that he can not be KO'ed so this is going to be a different fight for sure so I am going for Tai Tuivasa,

Tyson Pedro VS Anton Turkalj


For this fight, Anton Turkalj has great striking and can also get the fight in-ground and punch takedown but Tyson Pedro has a different approach and can capitalize in that situation to get a submission win, For this fight I think that Turkalj had a one-dimensional striking and takedown while Pedro likely has a great number of ways to win this fight we can say he can be technical in his fight so for me I am going with the non-favorite Tyson Pedro,

Weigh in done. All good. Both are at 185 pounds and don't even need to take out any of their equipment. Strickland with lots of cursed words, Adesanya with simple credits to his team, and a silence gesture.

I cant see any other outcome in main event than win for Israel Adesanya.
Sean Strickland is a good fighter but big advantage for Adesanya is that fight location is Australia, and he is going to have big fan support.
Adesanya also have reach advantage, and only question I have is how is he going to win, by KO, submission or decision.

Yes I know alot of people who are more interested in the next card than this one just for the fights alone.
Including Shev vs Grasso which was shown in the promotional video ahead of this UFC main event 293.
I know it will be a worthy matchup (this being the second encounter as the first was an all out war) compared to the main event of the one this weekend.
There are the Australian fighters on the card which should also be worth a watch but everybody is waiting to see how and in what fashion Israel is going to finish Strickland.
Let's not kid ourselves any longer, this is the only fight that has our interests peaked to 100%.

Well they just had the Press Conference and it was, let's say, an interesting one.
Sean Strickland of course came out as brash and saying some radical things trying to get Adesanya to slip up.
But I think the cooler heads will prevail just like one fighter said: "We are here to fight and not take too much into just listening to us talk so I will let my fists do the work we are all here too do!"

So it was explained why Israel decided not to wear the usual championship black shorts for this fight.
It is to respect to his Sifu who he trained with in China. And of course Sean proclaimed him to be correct with all the slander about Adesanya being a China man and this will be a war with the Chinese.

There is a lot of possibilities it could be a submission, or for sure if it is Israel Adesanya he will likely finish the fight in stand-up, because  that is his style he is the Stylebender, for sure he will surely be mark as a defense killer for sure but if the Stand-up will be very likely for Sean Strickland I think that Israel Adesanya will likely go for a submission, if he will not be dominant with the Stand-up!


For sure Conor McGregor is happy with what he has achieved but surely enough this is likely not good for his health and Steroids got a negative effect on his body for sure it is really affecting him Mentally and Physically so this is not a great effect for a fighter like Conor McGregor, for sure he is a change guy right now and I haven't recognize him anymore this is not the great guy McGregor that we once knew,


For this fight even if she spar with men but still didn't have the technicality that Alexa Grasso has I really think Alexa Grasso can still spar with men aswell, that showcasing dominant to Men kind of thing is really not my type and for sure I still prefer the technicality and fight IQ of Grasso over Valentina Shevchenko,

@owengtam09 Israel Adesanya did have a movie premiere during the recording of that vlog series of his and it is appropriately called Stylebender. The exact same as his brandname and his youtube channel.
They mentioned it will have an official limited release in Australia and New Zealand then eventually will be released via streaming on platforms such as Netflix or even youtube for purchase I would imagine.
He seems to be the new face of the UFC since they released him being on the box cover of the new iteration of UFC 5 video game a couple of days ago.

@cabron Israel did say he wanted a challenge and never submitted anyone before during the media day show yesterday.
So he might want to give it a try on Strickland just for the satisfaction of having an excuse of shutting him up. Due to all the stuff having been pent up inside since their last exchange during a press conference for a card they weren't even fighting each other on. It will be glorious if he does pull it off for sure!

@Ognasty I don't know anything what has been going on with Conor nor do I care. Because at this point he is doing whatever he is doing for the publicity and to seem relevant to the UFC while not even fighting. Which to me is just pointless of being a fighter who doesn't fight. She looks like she can take on some male fighters from the way she trains. Like a lady killer as they have mentioned many times in this video.
Her coach does mention she only spars with men so she does have the strength to take those fighters on.

Seems that MMAFightingSBN by youtuber Ariel Helwani has received the privilege of having this and the weigh-in featured on his channel.
Also there is some noise going around that ESPN might be losing the UFC contract. But it hasn't been officially released any news on this from the media outlet yet.
So it is just that, noise ahead of this massive UFC ticketed event.

I thought I am going to be happy with the upcoming Adesanya fight but damn the odds will make you a bit sad.

Just watching it all will make you feel exhausted. Until the last drop, never stop punching.
But I love that they also have that mental preparation where they don't need to do anything. Just meditating with nature and the sound of the waves.
We could never say they don't work hard for it, they literally spent hours in training with an exhausted body and maybe some body aches afterward.

Ciryl Gane VS Serghei Spivac - WIN


Cyril Gane is truly an unbelievable fighter for being a Heavyweight who is moving like a Light Heavyweight, You can not see that mostly on heavyweights for sure Jon Jones can move like that because he is naturally a Light Heavyweight while Tom Aspinall in his recent fight has shown a glimpse of his training, and has managed to move like a Light Heavyweight, for sure Serghei Spivac now has regret in getting into Ciryl Gane without adjusting that much surely he is thinking that because of wrestling he can have a fighting chance against a Striker like Ciryl Gane because watching the fight Ciryl Gane just likely played with him,

Manon Fiorot VS Rose Namajunas - WIN


Even though Rose Namajunas has some great combinations with these fights we can see which fighter has the build height and range towards the fight We can see that Rose Namajuna's takedown was really weak so Fiorot defended that easily, for sure she has gone with the Flyweight Division thinking that she will get the belt in this division 1st for sure she has tried this division without thinking, considering or even closing the gap with her opponents build 1st before trying to fight in this division, and thinking that the Flyweight champion will be easy for her because she already defeated Zhang Weili 2 times, for sure Rose Namajunas is not on the right path at all,

Good predictions for those co-main and the main event!
Namajunas didn't wear the new weight well enough so she could execute her patented moves like she did in those previous fights.
Going up a weight-class didn't improve anything for this type of fight because she couldn't use it to her advantage. In not scoring one takedown in the entire fight so assist her in a submission attempt or enabling her getting to full mount for a ground and pound towards Fiorot was the more muscular fighter out of the two.
Disappointing loss and now Manon Fiorot is going to wait for the Shevchenko vs Grasso fight during the Mexican Independence day UFC event happening later this month in order to see she will fight next for the title.

For the main event with Gane vs Spivac it was a dominant performance from the Frenchman.
At one point in the second round it looked as if Spivac broke a rib on his left side from one of Ciryl's punches to the body since he wasn't even trying to defend his punches to the face anymore and was trying to cover that side of the body instead.
You can see a lump sticking out and from that point on it didn't look as he was moving too good and was noticeably in pain.

Also something good to see was that all french fighters won in their home country's UFC event!

Pretty much most of the fights in this event are amazing we got so many great finishes of KO/TKO and Submission wins for this event,

Ciryl Gane vs Serghei Spivac - LOST

It was a loss for me I thought that Serghei Spivac could have the speed that can surpass Gane because if he did I thought that he could easily take the fight to the ground and from that surely give a short fight to Ciryl Gane but it ended up with an easy win for Ciryl Gane, that speed of Ciryl Gane has proven that he is still a threat for the Heavyweights that are not adapting and still have the aggressive way of fighting in the Heavyweight Division so it was a great win and a lost for me because I have go with Serghei Spivac,

Manon Fiorot vs Rose Namajunas - WIN

The only win I got for sure is Rose Namajunas Physique has proven that she has problems against Manon Fiorot for sure and it was shown in this fight that Rose Namajunas going into this division has a big problem and that is the big difference with their Physique for sure Rose Namajunas is blindly going into this fight and thinking she could beat Zhang Weili again when she gets back at Strawweight Division, which is a wrong approach

Benoit Saint-Denis vs Thiago Moisés - LOST

Actually, I thought this could be a close fight and that Thiago Moises would be dominant on the ground but Saint-Denis is controlling him on the ground giving Moises a beating on the ground, for sure I surely underestimate the tenacity of Benoit Saint-Denis against Thiago Moises because the one that I have really known was Moises and I am aware of his ground game, but it is likely all for Benoit Saint-Denis wins,
