For UFC fight night here are the odds available on those markets currently:

Only fighter I know one the main card is Reyes since he fought and lost to Israel Adesanya late last year.
So I can't give much in predictions on these matches.

The faint she did was comparable to what Adesanya does in his fights.
Funny they are now scheduling him to fight for the second time against Vettori after his loss.
We will see a big main card for UFC 263 in June.
I am hyped now and after watching this film made of him and his rise to the octagon is the perfect thing to watch right before this massive main event.
Israel Adesanya - The Last Stylebenderby by Bored films

https://youtu.be/IryM82H1PtQ

Vettori has learned alot from their last fight and it was razor thins of margins for the decision in Adesanya's favor.
He is coming from his last fight with a solid win and Adesanya from a major loss being the first one of his career in the UFC
.
UFC returns back to the APEX in Las Vegas for fight night on April 10th with an early start time of 15:00est.

Notice, Darren Till has suffered an injury and has been forced out of his scheduled Middleweight bout against Marvin Vettori for this event.
This was announced March 30th.
There was a call out for a challenger to fight Vettori. So Holland answered the call on April 1st to take his place.

      Preliminary notes

      • All 3 of Karl Roberson's professional losses are by submission. His opponent Brendan Allen has 8 out of 15 wins by sub. Will be interesting to see what changes either fighter has made (if any) as Roberson's weaknesses would appear to align with Brendan Allen's strengths

Brendan Allen won by submission. More than half of his wins were by sub. While 100% of Karl Roberson's losses were via sub.

Its not often the outcome of a fight follows basic fundamentals of MMA math.

      ....

It was great to have a crowd and feel their energy. Who would have thought Dana White and the UFC would be the 1st to return to a live audience format.

The left hook fake to left high kick combo used to defeat Weili Zhang. Is a setup I remember Pat Barry demonstrating around 10 years ago here:

There were many great fights and performances. Its good to see the sport evolve and grow.

So how did everyone else fair on their bets for the night of great fights we had? Embarrassed
That is some great picks and good odds. I had some bad picks in the under card and unfortunate to see Chris Weidman breaking his leg with the kick he landed and it was brutal. Looks like the career of Chris Weidman is over as he should retire as he is not going to be a champion again and with the injury he sustained he will be much worse when if he ever plans to return again.

Kamaru Usman will be facing Colby Covington next and we might see a rematch between Rose Namajunas and Zhang Weili but Valentina Shevchenko is not having a solid opponent and she is that dominant.
They mentioned something about this rematch while Covington was being interviewed at the end of the match as he was in the audience.
He got beat up last time so he wants to get knocked out this time around? Wink
Usman says Just Bring it boy!

@igehhh Did not know any of this from his personal life and yes it must of been a fitting way to end his family misery from the last decade to come out with this win and to put the belt on his father who endured that much pain. Missing out on his son's life must of been like a death sentence to him.
Here is a post I made on another thread to show the raw power this man has and is in the best form in his life and ready to take on all contenders.
felt entertained even when i lose the Zhang and Namasjunas fight. having knockout results from co and the main event is satisfying on a big screen. i was expecting Zhang to dominate Namajunas but jesus an upset.
Masvidal has a facebook page where he features the best knockouts i guess he can be featured there. his eyes were close as he was falling. very vegges.
      You mean like this?

It was straight out of a video game the way he looked during that blast by Usman.
I thought the kick from Namajunas was the best shot of the night the way Zhang came forward like she always does, but Usman's was like a picture to hang on your wall. Massive statement by Kamaru!
Just watching the post interview of the fighters and Rose was saying how she has the longest kicks out of the womens division. If that is so, then Zhang didn't have a chance since she is a more compact fighter and that is where her power came from.
So all Namajunas had to do was keep distance from her and let those long leg kicks do the work for her.
Great main card fights by all fighters in this UFC tournament 261.

Mohammed Usman watch his son fight for the first time after he was released from prison last year, he spent 10 years in jail. Now I see how heavy that right punch on Jorge face was, ohhh did Usman releases all the years of frustration, his mum tears, his father suffering on Jorge? Knowing that his Dad was watching from the stand for the first time?. Lol I feel for Jorge  Grin poor guy took all the blame.

There were two leg breaks one in the prelims and the other in the beginning of the main card.

That was the more bad looking one.

I only bet on the main card matches and managed to get the KO's correct for the ladies except for the main event with Usman not finishing him off in the first round. But I can live with that. Wink

@rdbase that was a fucking good night for you friend congratulations on your winnings.

I want to see a great KO on Masvidal's face this time.
Turns out to be one of the easiest fights for Usman in his eight-years unbeaten run, just like I predicted I wanted to see a great KO on Jorge's face and it comes faster than expected just like the Nigerians always say "Empty drum makes the loudest noise" Jorge was just a fcking talkative without a strategy, he is no match for Usman. I didn't enjoy the game I wanted to see blood rolling from someone's eyes, I wanted to see the ground stain with blood, oh how I miss the good old days. Congratulations Usman the undisputed champion.!!! 🇳🇬

The odds are so one sided on every fight but I might make a cool multi between all the three favs Usman, Weili and Shevchenko (@2.23 with odds boost).

I could see Namajunas or Andrade pulling the upset but its been a while since I followed those two and don't have much info on their opponents so hopefully i'm wrong and the favs deliver.  Grin

I was about to put it on all the favorites but then seeing the odds having lowered down to 2.20x, I decided to pick two of the favorites and pick one of your upsets just so to make it worth it with the stake amount used. Grin

Just around 5-6 more hours until the prelims start but you still have over 8 hours until the three championship matches begin and the main event in 9.

I screencapped the odds when I first created the thread for this event. Just to compare odds and to see if any of the fights would be cancelled or replaced just like with other UFC events having this happened previously.
So here are the odds/fights which were scheduled from two weeks ago:

Here are the fights along with the odds available as of today after the weigh-ins which were done yesterday:

Some slight variations in the odds for Zhang and even a slimmer margin for Usman.
Interesting to see them change from a two week interval.

          Preliminary notes

          • This will be Chris Weidman vs Uriah Hall 2. They previously fought in 2010 at ROC 31 with Weidman emerging the victor in round 1 via TKO
          • Jessica Andrade is moving up to the 125 lb weight class to challenge Valentina Shevchenko for the title. Previously Andrade competed at 115 lbs
          • All 3 of Karl Roberson's professional losses are by submission. His opponent Brendan Allen has 8 out of 15 wins by sub. Will be interesting to see what changes either fighter has made (if any) as Roberson's weaknesses would appear to align with Brendan Allen's strengths
          • Tristan Connelly's last win versus Michel Pereira impressed many being that Connelly took the fight on late notice. Michel Pereira's coaches could not obtain travel visas for that fight. And so Pereira himself was somewhat impaired not having anyone to help him cut weight or corner him

Does anyone know the dimensions of the octagon used in the Jacksonville Florida stadium? I'm assuming its going to be bigger than the Apex one. I can't find any concrete information on this as of now.

The last Kamaru Usman vs Jorge Masvidal match up did 1.3 million pay per view buys. Which is ranked in the top 55 pay per view sporting events of all time.

They normally ship the big(ger) cage wherever its needed for big title fights like this one. Although there have been a few exceptions.

As for the fight itself. Usman. Despite, probably going to have terrible odds I'd stick a bet down on him winning via TKO. I'm slightly bias in that I'm not a big fan of Masvidal.

Also, I'm actually not looking forward to having fans back in the stadiums. Over this whole pandemic I've grown accustomed to hearing the corners, and coaching during rounds, and have absolutely loved it. Also, hearing the shots connect each time is somewhat satisfying.

Checking into it I have found this about the arena's size (it is larger than the one at the APEX) compared to the ones at Abu Dhabi used in the fight island matches:
"The smaller Octagon at UFC Apex has resulted inentertaining clashes :
So far in Jacksonville they used the regular cage, at The UFC APEX, the Octagon was smaller, and Dana White hasn't announced yet which they will use in Abu Dhabi on UFC Fight Island. But with Dana preferring finishes it wouldn't be a shock to see the smaller one head to the other side of the planet."
          source: https://www.sportskeeda.com/mma/is-smaller-cage-truly-better-cage

Seems they will use the regular cage since it's a 'main event' venue and not just a fight night like it was at the APEX in the last one during the 23rd venue.
The dimensions of the regular cages are here:
          https://www.dimensions.com/element/ufc-octagon#:~:text=UFC%20Octagons%20have%20an%20internal,1.2%20m)%20from%20the%20ground.

"UFC Octagons have an internal length and width of of 30' (9.14 m) with a total competition area of 750 ft² (69.7 m²). The UFC Octagon is surrounded by a fence with a height of 5'9”-6' (1.75-1.83 m) and is often set on a platform between 3.28'-3.94' (1-1.2 m) from the ground. Dec. 9, 2020"
