I'm on block 3240366; however, I haven't been able to stake successfully for almost one year (Jan 7 2019 was my last stake). I used to be able to stake successfully every week or 2, albeit a small amount since I only have ~4K UTC). Not sure what has happened over the past year that I can't stake anymore
. My network weight is currently 128KOk so I guess that confirms that I probably haven't forked. Still not sure why haven't been able to stake for a year. My UTC address is USqr8vddwUrDwxhsu8UHwxy14A5CJSg115

You can't, no one care anymore about a block explorer for this coin.

There are coins supported on presstab, but ultracoin isn't active anymore. As for now Ultracoin is dead, you can't know if your wallet is forked, if the coin is under 51% attack, if your transactions are ok, the price, the percentage of stake, you can't know anything about this coin anymore.
Oh, sorry, there is something you can know, the low hash in the network.
But if you still believe, maybe somewhere in the future (perhaps Febraury 30th 2020), there will be a BRIGHT NEW ULTRACOIN.

Not sure what happened, about a week and a half ago my UTC wallet started locking up on launch and I'm getting "Ultracoin Wallet- (Not Responding)" when I try to click on it or check the task manager... Tried deleting the blockchain and restarting from the last backup I had... which was in June ... and its still not launching....

Try loading on another higher spec computer.
I get the same mssg ("Ultracoin Wallet- (Not Responding)") occasionally on one low spec machine I run - but it clears again after a few mins and runs all OK.
Try waiting it out.

Had to be some problem with the connection... I had all but given up on getting it to work again.... and then I boot up my PC today and the UTC client started and fully synced.... apparently part of the time I was connecting but not fully syncing because I now have a bunch of stakes that happened during the time period where my wallet was not responding
