Yesterday, I tried a small test transaction [of three (3) Litecoin ] that was supposed to be "instant," but, it is DAY 2 and still nothing. All that their support team [[email protected]] is saying (4 times so far) is that they sent my code to my e-mail address and to check my spam folder. Support replies fast, but with canned responses:
Your order was completed successfully and BTC-e USD code was sent to your email address.
Please, be informed that orders for the exchange direction you are interested in are proceeded automatically.
Thank you for choosing our service.
Should you have any further questions, please, do not hesitate to contact us.

Please, specify have you checked your Spam folder?

My Tx:
To process the order please send 3.00 Litecoin to our account:
LZysruQLWErwYzU93osJF2N1LFRccTThn3
You can use this exact address only for one payment.
Right after your transaction gets 3 confirmations and amount is reflected in our account, LTC will be sold automatically and amount of the order will be updated. It may take up to 1-2 hours.
Status of your order is displayed in History. It will correspond to the phase of withdrawal.
Please pay attention! The final amount may be different from the initial, due to update of exchange rates by the time of sale.

So, can anyone point me to where I can buy/trade for BTC-e codes? Post or PM.
Unichange.me is a complete waste of time. I went intp this test transaction with full intent on disproving the previous posts from naysayers, but, I guess they were right.
It was a small test amount but as they say...'if you cant be honest with the small things...then you can't be trusted with the big things."
What are you doing?
