It appears to have died. You should see an automated refund to your account on the site as the lease automatically cancelled when the unit died. That makes 7 dead gridseeds in that chassis. No Dead GPU's in the farm. Just dead gridseeds.

I reset the miner and extended by 432 minutes. I can refund you 0.10264914 LTC as well, just post an address.
