I just have sent out the new source code & block explorer link to both Cryptopia & NovaExchange. I believe they should switch on Unify wallets back very soon Smiley

New Block Explorer: http://www.unify.today/explorer/

Also informed CoinMarketCap.com on new block explorer.

News:

The team is currently implementing the new blockexplorer on the new website. Hopefully it should be done within a few hours. They will then immdediately send the new source code to the exchanges.

If all goes well, the exchange wallets hopefully should be taken out of maintanence and be available for deposits and withdrawels by tomorrow, depending on how fast the exchanges respond to our requests. I will try to provide more updates soon.

Also, the link to our website on coinmarketcap is fixed. It now directs to www.unify.today

Can somebody explain what POS is exactly?
You will mine coins by holding your coins in your own wallet. You don't need mining asics to generate coins on POS system.
Proof Of Stake.

For those wondering why the coin circulating and max supplies hasn't changed on coinmarketcap, those will be fixed when the new source code is sent.

hello, i have 1000 unify coins, it's a little amount, it generates anything in stake? it takes a lot of time to stake?

thanks!

It'll generate something but not much. And, if I'm not mistaken, the time it takes depends on how long your coins have been in your wallet plus the amount of previous confirmations you had on your transactions.

The new source code is being sent to the exchanges today. The new block explorer is finished and the team is working on putting the explorer under the unfiy.today domain. That shouldn't take long.

Hopefully, the exchange wallets won't remain under maintanence for much longer.

I received 2 unify coins without mining and doing anything just leaving my wallet on. It says generated. What does that mean?

That means that you got coins from staking... That is POS proof of stake...

Be happy and many more coins for you Cheesy

Do we have to update our wallet? seems stuck since 2 days (not synchronizing)

POS SWITCH WENT SUCCESFULLY, IF YOU HAVEN'T UPDATED YOUR OLD CLIENT TO THE NEW ONE, PLEASE DO THE FOLLOWING:

1.

Click "Windows Button + R" on your keyboard and type in %appData% and find a folder called "Unify". Copy the wallet.dat file from the "Unify" folder to another direction (for example Desktop)

2.

Once you have wallet.dat file it's now time to download the new, POS wallet. Go & download the new Unify POS wallet from https://mega.nz/#!3FozHDKJ!a7RogMeONKCrQuScD2JaqXmGWoFEcvaEncdX_bBc4qY
Simply extract unify-qt.exe file out of the archived folder and place it in anywhere you want.

3.

Open unify-qt.exe and wait for it to synchronize. Once it synchronizes, close it.

4.

Click "Windows Button + R" on your keyboard and type in %appData% and find a folder called "UnifyV2".

5.

Copy the wallet.dat file (the one that you've got in step 1 of this tutorial) and paste it into the "UnifyV2" folder. Overwrite the current wallet.dat file with the one that you are copying.

6.

Launch the unify-qt.exe and everything should be there! Smiley

WARNING !!! DO NOT JUST TRANSFER THE COINS FROM OLD VERSION CLIENT TO NEW CLIENT !!! FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS ABOVE !!! IF YOU'LL JUST TRY TO SIMPLY SEND IT TO NEW WALLET, YOU MAY LOOSE YOUR COINS !!!

For all those who missed out on investing in Bitcoin 8 years ago and Ethereum 3 years ago, as well as other coins, don't cheat yourself and miss out on Unify. Unify and this project will be around for years to come and we're shooting for the moon. Do not let yourself end up looking back years later with regrets that you didn't buy Unify while the price was low. There is still plenty of time to benefit yourselves. We have a long road ahead of us with challenges no doubt, but we'll make it through them all.

I think that Unify could be a good chance of investment, but instead of advertising (your post could work for every coin) why don't you point out the special features of Unify, from a technical point of view as well? That would be much more interesting

Thanks for your input.
