it's worth so little that the time taken during the claiming process is more valuable than the coin. so bother with this at all? you could do a few airdrop forms in that time and make much more.

Is there going to be another claim period?

The website doesn't say it will or will not.
Keep in mind that they haven't paid out the last two periods yet, although it is slowly being paid out.  Currently for bitcoin addresses that had less than .14
They are a month behind so far, and at this rate, it will take a long time.

You mean that you succeeded to move your claimed coins (at last)?

No,
I mean to say that I have move some of my claimed coins, but only some small amounts.
Also, I used the electrum fork.    I will send you proof directly.

According to what you describe they are distributing the coins at a kind of very low speed compared to how they took them, and starting by the lowest amounts, the explaination is probably simple: they don't want people to rush to sell them, so UBTC value does not drop shortly to zero

To protect people, thanks again

That's correct.

Here is the latest transaction of them paying.   It stopped again several hours ago.

https://www.ub.com/explorer/address?address=1MFeSME6H8eeJSPDTt3yq7DSrEr8FUAkkY

Just watch the high amount move to the next address along with the set of payments.

On the strange payment that happened days ago on 1BTC balances, I was able to move those via the electrum fork.

Same than the other ones in fact

https://www.ub.com/explorer/address?address=1NFjTJV6ATXQxWZvehSBs9a5ED7x3HNzA2 --> 1 UBTC sent to UB miner
31rZdrTpN57Wbfhg7xTPxeFGjEQaMBjxoo on 12/12/17

Rolling back from 15iW96sTJx13rPBrWXdPSzAqq5tRYuihGg who sent 1 UBTC to 1NFjTJV6ATXQxWZvehSBs9a5ED7x3HNzA2 on 11/02/18, we encounter 15wbvv14K4WR7aezjW6DRvsr2PyBaCjVeX and then back to the UB miner (see above)

I just read about this fork.  Does anyone know the amount of premine? aka the "inactive" coins?

See above, there is no premine, they just transferred everything to themselves (except maybe phase 1 addresses) and might now refund the addresses that did fulfill phase 2 requirements

This is correct.
Just in case no one noticed, an important thing to remember is.... They have a GOD mode.   This means they can take your coins at will.  So, anytime you think you're safe, and no matter how secure your computer, wallet, etc might be, the coins can be taken.

As for the distribution... Phase 1 is done from what I can tell.  The coins that were 'unutilized' were taken.  Then phase 2 started and ended, but nothing was distributed.  Then Phase 2 'grace period' started and ended.  Now coins are being distributed, but very slowly and it's started from the lowest amount.  Strangely though, maybe addresses with exactly .5BTC and 1.0BTC were distributed first.   I've been following the distribution and all addresses up to .08BTC have been distributed. (note it's progressed passed this.)

Example:
This shows addresses with 1BTC getting paid.
https://www.ub.com/explorer/tx?txid=c67a2c3afa286c0160ea6bfcfeead542f8775f6f68fefb6f34aac4ba8734bf66

Random address from the TX:
https://blockchain.info/address/1LihQMsyne2J5n1RszYHabvPQ1pEv9jAZA -- Phase 2 movement
https://www.ub.com/explorer/address?address=1LihQMsyne2J5n1RszYHabvPQ1pEv9jAZA  -- Shows it was funded, god mode removed, then refunded.

Random address from the TX:
https://blockchain.info/address/1MbkzeRuPXddkmQdqd6P4Xp8KWhT4Dhbua -- Phase 2 movement
https://www.ub.com/explorer/address?address=1MbkzeRuPXddkmQdqd6P4Xp8KWhT4Dhbua  -- Shows it was funded, god mode removed, then refunded.

One that seems broken or I just don't understand is:
https://www.ub.com/explorer/address?address=1NFjTJV6ATXQxWZvehSBs9a5ED7x3HNzA2
https://blockchain.info/address/1NFjTJV6ATXQxWZvehSBs9a5ED7x3HNzA2
- The first two transactions in date order are the standard funding and god mode removed.  The next is the transaction refunding the address because the bitcoin was moved for phase 2.  Strangely, the UB explorer shows a 4th transaction; however, it doesn't have anything to do with the address.

We are adding our own candidate to join the other “Alt-Bitcoins” in the ongoing forking Diaspora. We call it Bitcoin United (BTC-U) aka (BTC.BTS). The purpose of Bitcoin United to provide a solution so far advanced that there would be no reason to adopt anything else – thus avoiding a permanent breakup. Bitcoin will remain united through the sheer force of excellence of our long-proven, freely available technology.

I love this post.

Yes, 2mn that @jason1959 could have spared us, following the path from the first input:

BTC

1MgnrVqyoqBG2hHuTWcEzegaTPDuwu7F6d --> 14MrWYRgM6c62tg9tPoaJx84CxqKcwRTGb (before fork 06/12/17) (0.99383184)

14MrWYRgM6c62tg9tPoaJx84CxqKcwRTGb -->   1K1kiDpaUk8jUD6R7TmdBMJrmqXyduw48G (after fork 20/12/2017, fulffiling phase 2 requirements, this address did not fulfill phase 1 ones)
------------------

UBTC

14MrWYRgM6c62tg9tPoaJx84CxqKcwRTGb (0.99383184) --> miner 12/12/17

miner --> 3M7nXQmnMfxkQ5YVRudCWeByujKvUBsyAB 30/12/17 (28831.26) --> (after some hops with 1 addresses) --> 15wbvv14K4WR7aezjW6DRvsr2PyBaCjVeX (42354.7569842) 11/02/18

15wbvv14K4WR7aezjW6DRvsr2PyBaCjVeX --> 14MrWYRgM6c62tg9tPoaJx84CxqKcwRTGb (0.99383184 ) 11/02

14MrWYRgM6c62tg9tPoaJx84CxqKcwRTGb (0.99383184) --> 1KUZE9HFGGiMBeG3vwCGctGFQiUq1k3wpx 14/02/17 (1.99381589 ) --> 1GoXHoyU2BRhEatnRhpCeP1pGaZtqzX7Xi 15/02/17 (1)

@jasonb1959 example of "claim":

31e1f9a103f4521746f7cb642fb3fd0037c580700305d9b3bd80065949db3a28
2018-02-15 18:30:43.0
1GoXHoyU2BRhEatnRhpCeP1pGaZtqzX7Xi
(1 UBTC)
1GoXHoyU2BRhEatnRhpCeP1pGaZtqzX7Xi
(0.5 UBTC)
1Nqo34SGtuR598ysD7XYUR7raEPpLDeN7M
(0.00171 UBTC)
1GoXHoyU2BRhEatnRhpCeP1pGaZtqzX7Xi
(7 UBTC)
1GoXHoyU2BRhEatnRhpCeP1pGaZtqzX7Xi
(0.1 UBTC)
1GoXHoyU2BRhEatnRhpCeP1pGaZtqzX7Xi
(0.5 UBTC)

-->

1AkJw7qAGGD1MrHS7QYxKGw5JBWEN5Yqkj
- Unutilised 9.10167953

------------------

So 15wbvv14K4WR7aezjW6DRvsr2PyBaCjVeX --> 14MrWYRgM6c62tg9tPoaJx84CxqKcwRTGb (0.99383184 ) 11/02 is maybe the first example of phase 2 claimed coins

@jasonb1959, your example might just show that you succeeded to transfer some coins that were already on the chain with the wallet, not a big deal and it has nothing to do with claiming coins, do you have something to do with address 14MrWYRgM6c62tg9tPoaJx84CxqKcwRTGb ?

Why would you call me a lier? I said what I did, sold them and that was that. I don't care about their shitty coin, fork or who's behind it.

Thank for your post; however, it doesn't prove that
Hell, it doesn't even prove that you used it to move the UB coins.

Then please provide in clear the addresses and transactions involved (email/PM me if you prefer), you are the only known case up to now as far as I know to have succeeded claiming UBTCs

Took two minutes to find it....
Block:  https://www.ub.com/explorer/block?block=504531
TX: 31e1f9a103f4521746f7cb642fb3fd0037c580700305d9b3bd80065949db3a28
https://www.ub.com/explorer/tx?txid=31e1f9a103f4521746f7cb642fb3fd0037c580700305d9b3bd80065949db3a28

This is no way proves the wallet jason1959 is claiming was used, let alone being legit.
I call bullshit on it at this point, because those coins were NOT claimed coins.  They can be tracked back to many transactions over time and honestly appear to be a part of a spam or mixer network on the bitcoin chain.

Would love to see screen shots/info on the excrypts.org wallet.

Somewhere yes, @michail1 was right too, there is indeed a God mode, and the magic was (among others) to change the verification steps

They used it between the 11th and 14th of december to apparently transfer all the coins to themselves, except maybe some but this just means that you can't claim anything without them, because there is nothing left

All of this is in the code and even commented (if (godmode) bla bla)

Currently writing a gist about what they did and how, I think I am close now, again it would help if I could get the hex output of one of their transactions (if people here can inquire/relay somewhere else maybe...)

Please see https://gist.github.com/Ayms/86309b48084087a82634615d209f8b26 "United Bitcoin and the God mode or The robbery of the century"

To summarize the UB team used a God mode during 3 days after the fork to transfer everything (except maybe phase 1 addresses fulfilling their requirements that nobody understood) to their miner using the key of their generator, and now they should refund the addresses that did fulfill their phase 2 requirements

Stop here, @jasonb1959 is a liar, there is nothing you can do to claim UBTC with any wallet or tool, see my message above
