Where did you find my old avatar Huh

Off your work PC.

I swear, you kids think I'm joking around when I take it upon myself to remedy Bitcoin disputes. I would highly recommend you take the route A1BITCOINPOOL did and just resolve the issue. Choice is yours, though. I'm done commenting here, get in touch with a mod (lzsaver or Maged) to confirm I bought the debt and then work it out with me via PM.

Since you have access can you please also confirm that the private keys have been permanently erased to the address using the Guttenberg overwrite method ?

Why not do this publicly so everybody can see ? What have you got to hide by doing this through PM ?

USD is recognized and I wouldn't goto court over $100 USD.

Neither would I. If BTC is worth several pounds someday and the UK accepts it as legal tender, however, then I will have a case, I only need to tie his forum account to his real identity. Also, "slander" laws in the UK don't apply to me, obviously.

Court?

Over 25 BTC? actually 22.5 BTC.

hmm... Petitions court for a seat in the gallery.

When/if BTC is legitimized as a valid currency and is recognized by the legal system of every country, then yes, 22.5 BTC will most definitely be worth a short court appearance and a garnishing of wages for. Smiley

Just a FYI, I don't recognize your claim at all. The only person I have to deal with it smart1985. He sent the money

Ask to remove the scammer tag and see who they direct you to compensate in order to do so.

USD is recognized and I wouldn't goto court over $100 USD. It takes $80 just to file the small claims report, which of course, IF you win, you would get back.

Anybody up for a class action Huh

3. NEWS FLASH, bulanula is a piece of toilet paper, who is only here for attention whoring.

I am suing Raize and hoo and smart1985 for defamation and harassment leading to the loss of 100 000 USD for me Kiss

Let's see the papers and the court orders. I'm sure I would be happy to be present on the court to see the case going too.

I notice pattern where someone make direct pointed question to you, and then you make redirection to other thread or make some deflect comment that no answer question.

He gave me the private keys legally and by his own will. I deleted the private keys too by "MISTAKE" just like he made a mistake ( nobody is pefect ) and don't have the funds anymore. Those 25 BTC aren't moving until ECDSA is cracked or until you bruteforce the keys.
How do you look at self in mirror and not hate what you have become ?

I would have thought that by now you would realised that in the BTC world threats don't help at all but you ( like smart1985 ) insist on threatening ...

Good approach !
Running scared now, are you? *popcorn*

Yes. If I send all my BTC to Raize will I avoid the jailhouse mining Cry

I've instructed smart to cease all communications with you as part of the purchase. Maged or lzsaver can verify I have paid the debt.

Why is this Huh
Quote
22.5 BTC
Why not 25 BTC Huh
Quote
And once it no longer is, guess what is going to happen to all these debts that aren't outside the 10 year statute of limitations? They become VALID.
Am I scared about that !

They were smart enough to mostly remain anonymous, the others will probably have some financial liability. The difference in this case is we honestly don't know where the coins went with those cases, in your case we know EXACTLY where the coin is, you have it.
How can you prove this Huh I don't have anything left of the 25 BTC he sent me. The coins are here and I have no control over them since I deleted the private keys. I don't like holding stolen property ! 1Bu1424Lf7y3Jz9p4ZyCo2mRSQDwdaXrHa

For one, I don't believe this. Secondly, if you care at all about the legal repercussions, you'd better find a way to get a hold of 22.5 BTC fast, because I will find you and I will prosecute you in a court of law or garnish your wages as soon as it is legal for me to do so. Additionally, once I know where you live and have your phone number, I will outsource payment recovery to a firm that enjoys making 3am collections calls every night.
Making threats caused me to piss myself in fear. In addition to defamation you are now liable to pay for another pair of underpants for me Cheesy
Quote
For a paltry ~$118, you will pay. A1BITCOINPOOL did and he owed quite a bit more than that. I don't get the impression you are taking this very seriously. You should. Your recent actions when I was being very supportive and helpful can be used in court against you.
How did you convince him to pony up and pay up Huh I am very interested.

See you in court !

I think you forget that BTC is a big fat 0 in legal terms while defamation and harassment isn't.

To sue someone for defamation don't you need to prove that you incured some form of loss (financial or otherwisea) from what was said...
it would appear the only thing you lost is your internet buddies dont like you anymore ??

It would also appear like that Smart fellow told the story, you confirmed it.. then acted like a fucktard.

You could be onto a world first lawsuit though... sueing yourself !!
Don't forget to counter-sue, that way it will be win win for you =)

I know you dont know me, or care what I have to say, but I quite like what you do say sometimes... Its not mainstream and I agree with some of things you have to say..
but yeah... your scum. Did you realy need the  ~ $ 125 ? are you that pathetic ?

(please dont sue me now...)

Too bad I cannot edit my posts since I am such a big "scammer".

Another interesting point is this : has anyone ever attempted suing the likes of shakaru or mybitcoin over BTC and if not then why not ?

How come a mob is not at shakaru's door Huh Or somebody is hunting Tom Williams ( supposedly Bruce Wagner ) Huh
