This person obviously developed a bad reputation in order to earn themselves the title "scammer" and no one really seems all that bothered by it.
Its a moot issue and also a stark reminder to all bitcoin borrowers and business owners to take care of debts
It makes the forum more pleasing to browse and can be an excellent future resource for you within the community.
