XC testnet blockexplorer seems to be up again, for those interested: http://coincraft.info:2750/chain/XCTestnet

now the trolls are quiet because they can't think of anything else, than wrong code etc. this pretty much confirms the code is real.

Hey Phil, I already posted this in the self moderated thread but I'll post it here as well.
Can you provide the Transaction ID of the "anonymous" Youtube video transaction? Just want to check to make sure it coincides with the blockchain.

You guys want my conspiracy theory?

Wallet is supposed to be released tomorrow

Either it will and you guys can insult me

OR: The dev just split and moved his premine today or yesterday in the name of the POS, which can be true, but the timing is interesting.

Maybe he just moved them into different exchanges and had to find a justification to do so without causing a panic, and is about to dump it all.

I guess we'll know tomorrow.

I hope I'm wrong and a stupid moron

So let me get this straight? XC's only proof at anonymity is a youtube video?

A testnet block explorer and Transaction ID of said "Anonymous Transaction" still have not been provided.

Finally the dev has never addressed why he paid loljosh to make the coin. Speaking on that, why is the dev not able to use github? See what I'm implying is: Surely if this great XC dev can make a 100% anonymous currency, he would be able to use github and not pay loljosh to clone a coin.

It finally all fits like puzzle pieces.

The dev paid loljosh .7/.8 btc to make a x11 coin for him, see pics for proof.

Since loljosh made it, that's why the dev didn't use github, see github for proof.

Also why there isn't any shred of evidence of a working anonymity system, see the coin itself for proof.

MrWhale,

Since you don't seem to have any understanding of what the term "trustless" means, I'll explain it to you. It's impossible to do trustless mixing with the way XC works.

It's obvious that it's just a normal mixer that was implemented in a decentralized way. So it must work like this:

1.) Your client connects to a mixer node
2.) Your client sends money to the mixer node, then asks it to send money to another address
3.) Your money gets deposited into the mixers pool of funds
4.) Then the miner sends out the money to the address you specified

The problem is the node doesn't have to send the money, then you've just lost the money you sent. What if I ran a node and messed with the code to collect money but not send any out?

Darksend is "trustless" because it requires signatures from everyone involved to make the transaction valid. There is no opportunity to lose money at any point during the process.

The testnet is functioning as it should the last block has been found literally 2 seconds ago, your theory isn't true, I am afraid.

Read the above comment please, your coin, XC, is not trustless, aka, your XC can be stolen from the true dev(loljosh) if he was malicious.

Good luck with being a DRK bagholder sir, I won't discuss interesting matters with an ignorant troll.

Ok, goodluck with you as well, I hope your XC will not be stolen by the dev since it's not a trustless system, but goodluck.

The testnet block explorer was up for hours and verified by comm members:
http://www.reddit.com/r/XCofficialreddit/comments/26yubh/block_explorer_for_yesterdays_test/

The only reason it was taken down is because testing is now over for the new wallet release tomorrow.

So by reading the timestamps in the reddit thread, the block explorer was active for around an hour then taken down? Hard to verify anything within an hour. What's the use of it if it was just active for an hour or perhaps not even up at all since everyone complains in that thread that it didn't work.

This, +1. Those "XC Guys" are just trying to get new bagholders to buy in so they can cash out...Don't be fooled

mmmmmmh, that pretty funny actually. Here look: http://coincraft.info:2750/chain/XCTestnet

You know what's even more funny.. This..

The site is not up, who are you trying to fool..

lol it was up for a very short period of time.

Just trying to be an upstanding citizen by organizing some relevant information for investors who want to know the truth:

DRK's method of coinjoin does not nor will not ever bring 100% truly anonymous transfers.
Proof: "Why CoinJoin, as Used in DarkCoin, does NOT bring Full Anonymity"
http://www.scribd.com/doc/227369807/Bitcoin-Coinjoin-Not-Anonymous-v01

Does this same proof apply to XC as well?  The short answer: No, this does not apply to XC because XC uses a unique multi-path solution and NOT coinjoin.

Does XC's anon function even work?  Yes!
Proof: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_uTgnZAFuNU&feature=youtu.be

All I want is investors to make the most informed decisions when investing their money.  Why invest in DRK when Evan himself says the anon feature is not complete nor did he ever promise 100% anon transfers? See proof: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.7060893

Spend your money wisely folks.  Everything written here is true, but don't take my word for it, do your own research.

This is completely wrong. XC is a coin gen clone from loljosh.
XC can not even provide a testnet block explorer for there supposed "anonymity". Instead they literally spam "Look at this video. It works!"

No, you're completely wrong.  And quit it with the straw-man loljosh FUD.

That is exactly what i said at the main XC forum, its good to see we share the same opinion.
