Ok... I registered and tested some features of that exchange. It looks not bad at all, but as I said before, it needs a better domain, better advertising and registration somewhere, where crypto is officially legalized.
Unnamed.exchange is a terrible domain that smells like a scam miles away. Twitter has banned paid crypto ads and discord is the worst place for crypto exchange advertising. How many real and active users do you have right now and what is the real 24h volume ? I am asking because I might offer you some kind of a deal.

JollyGood raised valid points about the "Unnamed.exchange", like the anonymous character of their owners and its unregistered nature or the banning of the OP for abusing a signature campaign terms.
If he had evidence of scam, everyone related to the exchange would already had negative feedback from him and from many forum members who give weight for his judgements about scams.
OP, avoid fights with JollyGood directly or indirectly through your affiliates on your own interest. Accept professionally the valid criticism and solve the issues.
If, however, indeed, you are related to shady business, then this small fight already spelled doom to your new exchange.

I have pokerowned (and several others) on IGNORE as I cannot be bothered to read their trash but had to UNIGNORE him to read the posts in the threads you linked. What I noticed immediately was that the style he used when posting in those threads is completely different to the way he posts now. I suspect the account may have been sold or is being used by someone other than the person that posted in the threads you linked above.
Keeping that aside, I cannot see any relation between the OP in this thread (TillKoeln) and any scam in the links and am still willing to give the benefit of the doubt to until I read serious allegations against him or his exchange but that does not negate the serious concerns of running an exchange without amending terms and conditions to show ownership details.

why we do not have information anywhere that your exchange is not registered yet? I think you must inform people on first post and website also. this is not about entertaining character of the website. This website is related to financial service and some people can have a money loss using them.

He participated in Yobit signature, it is obvious that they are have not enough money to run exchange properly, still, I think this website is created just from a hobby and to test their developing skills. If I am wrong, TillKoeln correct me and also set clear signs that Unnamed Exchange is a demo page and it is not for real trading.
