we havent yet decide which country will be responsible for us,
but atm we dont accept Fiat ... so the german finance minister will be fine with us

Yes if you a new exchange and learning the ropes and navigating your way around EU and/or German law then things will take time. I would have preferred all those issues you listed as being sorted, covered and completed before using the exchange but I wish you the best and hope it remains with a good reputation and increases in popularity as weeks and months go by.
