Hey insidertrading, I wouldn't be discouraging questions. The meat of your post is spot on (investigate, learn, make own conclusions) but the spirit of community and learning is to encourage questions and foster learning. I say, ask away.
There is a place for speculation, it's kinda the fun part of talking about Uno once you're clear on the fundamentals. (Of course, as you clearly note, speculation is no basis for clear decision making!)

I just noticed him asking the same over and over again and his question was answered a few times but he keeps asking so i thought maybe this other advise helps
