if your order was for example first week in Feb.
then they have until the 7th + 10 days for shipping
10 days after that you will get 10%
so the 27th feb you will get your 10%

Also if your q ID is 500 then this is the amount of units not orders
so at the moment somebody has received ID 150
so another 350 units before reaching 500 units.

Is this now the UK company (like stated) from the Chinese who stole the 1st batch chips or is it an official client of bitmine?

From what they told me the Queue number is not how many machines are ahead of you, but how many orders (including orders with multiple machines)

As for the CPP. My shipping date would have been Feb 28th, add the 15 days until production go live from today and add another 10 days until they reach my order, I would fall on March 29th which would put me at 31 days.

And I have been reading through the forum to catch up, lots of noise, not to much substance/details except for a few individuals. Hence why I asked those questions

if you are "looking forward to being active member of this thread" then you should look backward and you would have answers for most of your questions. here is lots of informations about already shipped miners and links to other threads where you can get additional informations about how and to where they were shipped.

about your order: you are at this time not even in CPP, so i think if that really is what they said to you, then multiplicate everything with 3 and hope that then they can really ship it in 15 days.

your queue #260 ist the number of rigs which will be shipped out before your rig, so be sure that if they start production in 15 days and are producing 10-30 miners per day (even if they are saying they will produce 50 per day)you will get your rig earliest in 25 days, but it can take easily 45 days or more. Bitmine said already weeks ago that production of rigs will start "end of this week"(TM). i am sure they will not be able to start with rig production so fast. be happy, you will get full CPP until you will get your miner.

I just spoke with Bitmine regarding my order and here is the details

My Order Info:

I was told that if all goes well, production for the rigs should start in 15 days. With my queue #, they estimate having my rigs ready to ship about 10 days after production go-live.

We briefly discussed the CPP and if those estimate hold, I am looking at a 20% increase according to them.

We also discussed that the 10% CPP is inadequate for these types of delays when the difficulty has increased significantly in recent months and asked them what they could do to make up the difference. They told me this is something they can look at when the rigs are ready to ship.

Difficulty Increase:
74%  in 30 days
169% in 60 days
439% in 90 days


I am extremely disappointed with their lack of information and what seems to be contradictory information to different individuals.

On a side note, Bitcoin Ultra is gearing up with production go-live on March 7th using Bitmine as their supplier which is an insult to everyone waiting from Bitmine for their equipment. It seems Bitmine has the capacity to supply another company but cannot fulfil their backlog of orders?

Has anyone received any equipment from Bitmine? If so, how were you advised of your shipping date and tracking number? Also, how long after being advised did you receive your equipment? What country was the shipping done to?

I wonder if RetroGamer etc. with much lower positions are still waiting for their miners..

Just wondering... I'm #500 in the pre-order queue for February week 1 batch #2. Any idea when I might actually receive my order? Any idea what the highest order number to ship so far is?

If Bitmine are only able to ship 50 units per week, I would imagine that its going to be a couple of months or more before I see my order. With a capped 50% increase in hashing from the CPP, it looks increasingly unlikely that I'll ever see a ROI unless the BTC exchange rate spikes!

RetroGamer, have you received a shipping date yet?  Or better yet, received your units?
