If you have 100k coinpot tokens or more, your faucet claims is supposed to go up from the default 3. The VIP rewards gives you anywhere from 4 to 6 coinpot tokens per faucet claim... but like you said, the delay creates this window from UTC new day until they decide to update your status. If done correctly, new UTC day should pay out your interest and update your VIP rewards status providing continuity.

INSTANT ACCESS SAVINGS + REWARDS!
The VIP Rewards system allows you to use your CoinPot tokens balance as a free, instant access savings account! There are no fees and no lock-in - so you are free to spend/convert your tokens at any time without penalty. As well as daily interest, you will also receive other rewards depending on your reward level.

I've heard various people complaining about interest nor status being paid out properly, so please check your account if you have more than 5k coinpot tokens. I'm almost there! Smiley
interest is supposed to updated at 00 UTC but it updated late by 5-6 hours and people see it zero in that time

So there is a second lottery at coinpot since 2 weeks i found: the conversion rates.
I converted 1 token a few times to dash within one minute and got those rates:

Conversion from 1 tokens to 0.00000114 dash
Conversion from 1 tokens to 0.00000115 dash
Conversion from 1 tokens to 0.00000129 dash
Conversion from 1 tokens to 0.00000108 dash
Conversion from 1 tokens to 0.0000013 dash
Conversion from 1 tokens to 0.00000129 dash

variance is nearly 20%

A funny new game at coinpot?

Isn't this a good thing? They are giving you market rate every time. Would you rather the price be fixed for one minute? You're doing 1 token conversion for the challenge bonus? If you are, then you'll have to live with the real time exchange rates. I don't see a problem with this... DASH isn't BTC and the exchanges can be volatile. You'll get your token bonus with the challenge, so you're in a net positive. I see the live exchanges rates as a good thing.

The price of DASH isn't going to be making >10% moves in a matter of a few seconds. I've tried the same thing with Bitcoin and you also get these huge differences in the exchange rate. This isn't about the price being volatile, it's about Coinpot wanting to take a bigger cut from conversions. They're within their right to do this but it is just greedy.

The truth is closer to 14% based on the figures dabbur gave. I'd suggest you try converting 10 tokens at a time. You have to take into consideration that they round down so it can produce results that seem unfair to the faucet participant. I know how quick you are, but 6 1 token conversions would take me at least a minute (and you have to wait for the conversion lookup which can take longer during prime time).

Here's a sample of the DASH/BTC price action on CoinBase Pro. I don't people take a moving conversion rate as a sign of greed.

https://youtu.be/tMcLo2o-HTU

It'd be nice to read about the inner workings of how their system works, but even if they don't, I don't see the conversion rates being a sign of that. I do see rounding down an issue and they should consider banker rounding or some sort rounding that rounds down and rounds up sometimes so there's a better distribution amongst coinpot users while mitigating abusers.

Dont worry, you WILL get a good answer soon, because there is an "unnoficial admin" that offered to answer (unnoficially too?) all the support questions here. (all?).
Just dont hold your breath meanwhile.

However I still have a problem. My litecoin address starts with an ‘l’ (lower case L) so how do I convert it into an M address. I thought litecoin addresses use to have a capital L not lowercase. It starts with ‘ltc’

Maaaaaaan, why do you spend time writing questions in here while you can Google the answer in seconds?

search google for "ltc address conversion" and you get

Quote
On the Dashboard, select Litecoin account>Account Details. On the top right of screen, click the New or Old toggle, depending on which address you want to use.

And then there's even this one: https://cryptolocalatm.com/converter-address-ltc/

Yeah I realise that now. Trust only has bech32 addresses which is why I think it’s best to switch to a different wallet. Of course I could have multiple wallets but in my opinion it’s better to have all your coins in one wallet rather than spread across multiple wallets.

Fake 50% win rate Undecided

https://prnt.sc/ukb88i

loosed all my 1870 tokens in 15 minutes with 1 token auto roll Shocked

My friend made a video on how to do coinpot and make extra tokens with it.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_Vy17eoH6Qg&feature=youtu.be

I personally have tried his method and it works... but coinpot goes through these periods where they don't pay out great. For example, last three days I've lost all my tokens. But previous 21 days, it usually pays out in a positive.

I modify his -100 loss stop to just -25 and run multiple tabs. Some 1 token bets are successful, while others just die out. As long you break even, you should be okay since you can hit the daily rewards. I find that the sweet spot is between 10k to 30k tokens in increments of 1. I've bet up to 100k tokens, but I didn't find it was helpful to get higher pay out... unless you're going after monthly or all time bonuses.

thanks a lot for sharing this video. i really like his method Smiley

That's a bech32 address. CoinPot doesn't support this format and it can't be converted to a legacy format address either.

Oh I think CoinPot is after the legacy address for Litecoin, Bitcoin Cash and Bitcoin while Dash and Doge can be SegWit addresses. I think I understand it now

Hello! Could someone help me with an issue I’m facing with CoinPot?

Whenever I try to withdraw it says that the withdrawal address is invalid when I know that is valid. I use the Trust wallet and all the withdrawal addresses are from Trust.

Doge and Dash seem to be being accepted but not the other coins though...why is this?

I have already contacted CoinPot support and now I just await a response from them, but knowing how bad there support can be I don’t see them replying or help me try to resolve this issue. So I’m hoping that anyone here could help me.

is it a litecoin address that is the problem?
if so then you may need to convert it using this tool https://litecoin-project.github.io/p2sh-convert/
(some background information: https://cryptofacilities.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360006040974-Litecoin-Address-Format)

Yes it happens with Litecoin, Bitcoin Cash and Bitcoin. Doge and Dash worked though. I’ve used the same addresses for different faucet sites and they all seem to work fine, but not with CoinPot though.

Most probably, it also happens with Bitcoin Cash if you plan on depositing.
