Never had this problem myself and I've been using CP for three years. It's not a scam imho.

'I haven't been scammed so it can't be a scam' doesn't refute any of these allegations.

'I've been caught out and had my account banned so it definitely MUST be a scam' doesn't prove anything.

it works both ways champ  Wink

I didn't say that was a valid argument but I can not immediately dismiss these accusations when we are only getting one side of the story. They have run their sites so poorly and refused to provide customer support that it is completely reasonable to be suspicious of their motives.

Hello,

I want warn all BitcoinTalk users that coinpot.co is definitely a SCAM service that pay only if you earn very small amounts

In my case i forgot to withdrawn balances for months, so i have requested:

0.004 BTC

0.52 LTC

10200 DOGE

Don't remember about DASH and BCH...no time to spend for check it!

Anyway all my withdraw requests has been cancelled without any reason (simply they turned into selective payments)

This is the proof of a request cancelled

Yeah, Coinpot and MellowAds is owned by same person. I don't have 100% proof for it, but probably if I would make small reasearch, I would find things which would prove it. One of details that I remember, one of their faucets BonusBitcoin and MellowAds have same design basically.
But do you want to say that some of ponzis advertised on Mellowads is owned by Coinpot owner? I doubt... You can find advertisenents of ponzis on most Bitcoin advertising networks, unfortunately they are one of main advertisers...
And yeah, you're right, faucets isn't free money. You spend your time and put more or less efort in this task. But word "free" is marketing trick which was very effective and attracted millions of people to faucets through all these yesrs. Like Freebitco.in from just faucet turned into huge gambling website, but they aren't going to get rid of word "Free" from their name.

One thing I noticed that both have the same type of bad review; non-existent support. Coincidence?

Ah, you can withdraw your bitcoins from CP now to Mellow Ads - thats nice.
If I'm not mistaken, it was possible to do that since the launch of Coinpot.

They just got cancelled, you didn't loose any coins? I would just try it again. Don't try to contact their support, as the chances they will answer are close to 0  Grin.
Also a longtime member of coinpot and received numerous (yet small payments) from coinpot these last couple of years.

'I've had an issue (quite possibly of my own making) so it must be a scam' - provides no evidence to support this.

You're just assuming it's of their own making. Coinpot isn't making this claim. They're just taking money that people have earned without any explanation. If they're not going to bother defending themselves and remain silent hoping this all goes away then I have to give the benefit of the doubt to the other side which has made an effort to argue their innocence.

Conversion between coins has been broken for a few days. Conversion rate appears as zero in all coins. Anyone else with the same problem?

The same problem here.

Try using your phone. I sometimes find this works when the desktop site doesn't.

You seem to be quite certain there, did you check this?
I bet that CP and Mallow ads = same owner and some of the ponzis are from CP. Why can they pay better than other faucets?

And of course the service is not free. Its funny when faucets are telling you that you get cryptos for free. I have to do something for it (solve captcha for example) and then I can get something - this is what some people would call work and not free. Its not hard work but its not hard earnings either.

I am not sure of course if CP is running ponzis too, but it would be easy for them with their alexa ranking and Mellow Ads as little helper (cut out the middle man) and it could  round up the profits.

Is it only me or, there is a problem with the withdraw confirmation email ?
no email received today.

I think there may be a problem with their automated email. I'm trying to log in to my account and I'm being prompted to whitelist my IP, but am not receiving email with link to whitelist.
