Right, it says unspent. Yes there is more than 1 confirmation so the coins should be in my wallet? However they are not in my wallet though…so where are they?

Which wallet did you use? If you used an exchange or custodial wallet your transaction might be too small for them to credit your account.

Yes! I made the withdrawal request on August 14th and then the requested showed as COMPLETED yesterday. It doesn’t even show as pending on my wallet yet, but should it be though to say that the coins are on the way?

If it says completed you should be able too lookup your withdrawal address on a block explorer and see if the payment was sent or if it's in the mempool. Litecoin doesn't have as many transactions so it should already be confirmed in your wallet if they already sent it.

Okay, so how do I find out if it’s still in the mempool?

Something doesn’t feel right about it, because the withdrawal address is different to what my LTC address was shown as on my wallet. When I try to put in my LTC wallet address it says that the address is not valid. Which is weird because I used that same address that is currently on there now and I still received the coins no problem.

If you used an address that starts with a 3 some block explorers might not recognize it as valid. You can use https://litecoin-project.github.io/p2sh-convert/ to convert your address into one that starts with an M and then check that address again on a block explorer.

Oh sorry. I should have been more clear with my reply…I meant on CoinPot. When I try to use the wallet address on CoinPot it says it is not valid, but when I used the one that was already there it was valid and I believe I used that one to withdraw with that wallet address before and I still received my coins. On Blockchair I looked back at my first withdraw I did with LTC last month and I noticed a difference with the two transactions. With the first LTC withdrawal it said ‘S?’ with YES, but with the 2nd withdrawal it was with ‘S?’ with NO. So maybe it has been completed but not been sent yet. Idk

'S' tells you whether the coins you received are spent or not. If they are not spent then they are sitting in the wallet you sent them to.

Yes, it says they are unspent. Where as the first time I withdrew LTC from CP using the same wallet address it says they were spent. Why is it different this time? Does unspent mean it hasn’t been confirmed yet and need to wait longer or have I done something wrong?

Spent means you used the funds that were sent to you in another transaction. Unspent coins just means they are sitting in your wallet and should be available when you decide to make a new transaction. The block explorer should tell you how many confirmations you have when you click on the transaction hash. If there is at least 1 confirmation then you should be seeing those funds in your wallet

on coinpot where it says COMPLETED, that should be a link.
this link is for the blockchain transaction containing your payment - you should be able to see it on the block explorer
if that transaction is showing as confirmed then the money is in your wallet

What does it mean if a LTC transaction has been completed but the coins have not appeared in your wallet yet?

I have withdrawn LTC once before and also DOGE a few times before on CoinPot and the coins appeared in my wallet pretty much as soon as it said that the transaction said that it had been completed, but this time they have not appeared. This is my 2nd time withdrawing to LTC.

It can take up to 48 hours from confirmation email to coins arriving. I'm sure it's fine.

I thought if it says ‘COMPLETED’ on your transactions on CP then the coins should be in my wallet, right?

COMPLETED means that coinpot has submitted the transaction to the network to be included in the blockchain.
so they have completed everything that is under their control and the money is guaranteed to be paid to you....eventually!
usually happens quickly
however sometimes (and now is such a time for BTC) there is backlog on transactions being 'confirmed' on the blockchain - you can see the current state of this backlog for BTC at https://jochen-hoenicke.de/queue/#0,1w
in this case, you just have to wait until a miner includes the transaction in a block.
until this happens there is not much that you or coinpot or anyone else can do.
some wallets don't show the money as being received until it has been confirmed in this way - perhaps this is the case for you?

They don't have a fixed schedule for when they send payments but lately it's been every 3-4 days.

Does anyone has problem with the 2FA?
I have re-added it to my Google Auth just in case, but it keeps saying Incorrect 2FA Code, when it's correctly... I had this problem for 2 years now, and no one ever replied me in the Coinpot Support, it sucks 100%

Usually incorrect 2FA is due to the incorrect time sync between your devices.
