I'm glad to report here, I received a mail today, saying

Thank you for your email. We have investigated your withdrawal appeal and found that your account was not banned or blocked in any way. So we are currently unsure why the payment was not made - our investigation into this will continue.
You withdrawal has now been processed .....

and I'm even more glad to confirm the money has arrived in my wallet already.

I guess mailbox is full, GMX provides a very limited size for free users.

Surprised why CoinPot didn't go with Protonmail or the standard Gmail account. GMX free offers less than 3GB and... expecting a ton of emails to flood in.

Hi again

As you can see from the previous posts we have now processed all outstanding BTC/BCH/LTC/DASH withdrawals. Unfortunately we still have quite a few DOGE withdrawals remaining in the backlog, but please rest assured that these will be processed as soon as possible over the coming days. We have mentioned before the reasons for this - but we will of course honor our commitment to pay everyone.

We are also aware that some users are still saying that they havent received their BTC/BCH/LTC/DASH withdrawals. This is very concerning for us as we sincerely want to make sure everyone gets their hard-earned crypto from CoinPot. We have spent some time over the last few weeks cross checking all the withdrawals against the blockchain transactions and we are confident that every withdrawal has been processed correctly. But we are not infallible, and we want to continue to look into this. However, we no longer own the CoinPot domain and of course cannot see any emails sent to our old support email address.

Therefore, we have decided to make the following temporary appeal process available.

MISSING WITHDRAWAL APPEALS

If you are sure that you have not received your BTC/BCH/LTC/DASH withdrawal then please send us an email from your CoinPot registered email address to [email protected] containing the following information...

- Coin - BTC, BCH, LTC or DASH
- Amount (approximate if you cannot remember exactly)
- Wallet address
- Date requested

Our commitment to you is that we will respond to all emails within 48 hours with one of the following responses...
1) If your CoinPot account was banned we will double check the reason for this. We will then advise you of this and give you the reason why it was banned.
2) If your withdrawal was processed successfully, then we will give you a link to the blockchain transaction containing the payment
3) If your withdrawal was not processed then we will ensure that it is paid out to you as soon as possible - and we will again advise you of the blockchain transaction containing it.

Important notes...

- This new email address will only be used for this appeal process. We will ignore any emails that are about any other subject. CoinPot is closed now and we no longer have any resources available to support it as a service - except as detailed above.
- Please give ALL the information that we have requested above. Without this we will not be able to cross reference the withdrawal in our system
- For now, please do not send any enquiry about DOGE withdrawals - as there are still some pending in the backlog. Once this backlog has been cleared then we will deal with any enquiries.
- Do NOT send any large attachments with your email - this mailbox has limited size.
- If you do not see a response email from us within 48 hours, please check your Spam/Junk folder before emailing us again

be  careful of all moonfaucets and mellowads also !
They banned me without reason .

nearly 1 year ago i called that they are scammers !

I had my doubts about whether or not Mellow Ads and Coinpot were owned by the same person. Now it has been revealed that forum user 'baztardo' is the person behind both sites even though he had denied this. There is no logical reason to lie about this unless there was something to hide.

1. I converted 24736 doge to btc on January 16th
https://imgur.com/a/xjJ731G

2. On that same day I submitted a btc withdrawal
https://imgur.com/a/5YvGbE5

3. That payment was never sent
https://explorer.bitcoin.com/btc/address/3GAhwV6yDPW5xBHmHffBnsswQriaWT4HSh

4. I noticed that transactions in my coinpot account history from and including 16th January began to disappear
https://imgur.com/a/4zu47u0
https://imgur.com/a/OdE5Cn3

5. Soon after the coinpot faucets closed, I converted my few remaining coins/tokens to dash and submitted a dash withdrawal
https://imgur.com/a/3TVl7C9
That payment was processed and sent to my dash wallet without delay.

6. My account has never to my knowledge been suspended nor have I ever had any issue with coinpot until now. Coinpot support did not respond to my queries.

7. I resent the way coinpot are implying that anyone who has still not received a payment must be guilty of cheating their system. I find this implication defamatory.

8. I rarely use faucets. I make commissions on referrals gained through Mellow Ads and other crypto ad networks. I no longer use Mellow Ads.

9. It seems that coinpot are going to great lengths to claim their innocence. I imagine this is because they intend on launching a new service or product in the future.

10. I strongly recommend avoiding any coinpot associated enterprise now or in the future.

Why don't you look up your withdrawal address on a blockchain explorer to see if there are any unconfirmed inputs?

I did and as far as I can see there aren't any, but I'm not really an expert on these things.
So either I'm overlooking something, or they haven't sent it yet despite saying all has been sent, or they are pulling an exit scam.

The have emptied the wallet they used to make payments from and there are no unconfirmed payments coming from that address. You should not expect to ever receive your payment that you are owed.

@Thomasio, usually transactions sent with low fees take quite a while to confirm on the blockchain.

Most of us here have received our payouts, so if you get to check your transaction ID/ status and it still shows unconfirmed, you'd have to wait longer.

I still can imagine maybe they paid very low fees and the blockchain hasn't included their transfers yet.
Has anyone tried checking whether the payments they claim to have done are actually on the blockchain?

What makes me most suspicious is how quickly they went from their plan of "paying out over the next weeks as funds become available" to "all claims have been paid".
I certainly wasn't flagged for anything and I had only a small BTC withdrawal < $50 pending, but didn't get it paid.
So yea, if their claim of having paid all is correct and the blockchain has executed them all, then this can only mean an exit scam.

They definitely pulled an exit scam, mostly on those withdrawing high amounts and who withdrawed closer to January 16th. Anyone who is approached by the owner for their "anti fraud system" should refuse, considering how it flagged so many legit users (even if I wasn't flagged).

The [ANN] CoinPot.co say "Remaining pending withdrawals:  0 BTC". Of course all they are saying must not be valid for anyone who has lost money with them...

They are lying and the high amount transactions they have done are between wallets of their own.

They said they had systems to detect cheaters... but the main cheater is coinpot.co.

I hope all affected people report this to relevant authorities.
