sorry, i didn't mean to be facetious   Cheesy

happens to us all.  why didn't he read the whole Thread.Huh  What is wrong with him. Huh  I know I will say something clever.!!!!

mind you I think every one that goes on the net and posts in threads

 has
a)   asked what appears to be a dumb question

b) given a snarky answer.

I have done both dozens of times on this site alone.

No harm no foul.

Meanwhile my second one has left Israel and landed in germany.  It is due to arrive in NJ USA on weds. I am waiting for the shipping notice for the third one.

Does anyone want a good s3+ and a rosewill fortress psu. combo.  I will list it on ebay but offer it here cheap. and in the marketplace

okay took a while but I have it running.  I will post back in about 1 hour .

i was doing 1400 on mmpool I am doing 1400 on westhash

I am Just about the same 1403  this is under clocked

But can someone tell me why it's runing at 1.4 Th instead of 1.7+-10%

yes  my watt settings are 180 x 4   = 720 watts  well at my meter 764watts  764/1403 = .55 watts gh   fan at 40   almost loud

if I want to do 1700 gh

my watt settings need be 288 x 4 = 1152  at my meter 1210 watts    1210/1700 =  .71 watts a gh  fan  at 80    very loud

I am  a big believer in underclocking asic's whenever I can.

Ok thx now i understand Smiley

They are just as loud, but personally speaking the pitch on the fans is much more tolerable than the SP10.

Hey Matt/bobsag3 when are you finally going to send me my refund Minersource (Miner Hosting LLC) promised twice??

I was told to receive a refund on May 22, 2014  and on June 30, 2014.

I ordered on November 2013. Your company still has my $844! I told you I would be fine if you would just send me 1 BTC and it's done. I've been waiting more then 6 months now...  Huh

Please send the BTC to: 15TrStnmq3G3NymjDQGPKfvGKGtd9x9945

order number ending with: R....24732

to bobsag3 if this is a legit complaint please fix it.

@ Dallas5  hopefully if you are legit bobsag3 and thomas will pay you.    you can then buy an sp20 for the refund.

Thanks, I've been waiting for a refund from Minersource for several months, I've tried everything and don't know what else to do, $844 is just to much to give up and let them have it. Shitty thing is more then 6 months after my order was cancelled and I was promised to receive a refund on two occasions they still tried to ship the now worthless blackarrow X1 miners.

Sorry for posting here, I will leave this thread alone. As I said I'm running out of options and I can only remind them in the hope they will do the right thing.

shame black arrow hurt a lot of people.  bob, tom and dz zombie   had made a lot of money for a lot of us in the early rounds.   this round 17 they paid back more then 40000 usd in refunds.  they still float around maybe you can catch them on a good day and they will pay you off.

they refunded me  but in btc. which tanked a lot.

so my usd loss on this was 400 usd on 13 shares.

good luck.    bob if he is a real buyer  toss him something.

Guys, I would need some of you to test how well a Spondoolies SP20 works on our pool NiceHash / WestHash. Could somebody please try to connect to our stratum for like a half an hour or so and see if hashrate reported on our site is the same as reported by miner?

stratum+tcp://stratum.nicehash.com:3334 -u yourBTCaddress -p x

stratum+tcp://stratum.westhash.com:3334 -u yourBTCaddress -p x

When your miner successfully connects, take a look at the miner stats page:

https://www.nicehash.com/index.jsp?p=miners&a=1&addr=enterYourBTCaddress

Please report if you have success because we have some customers interested in upgrading to SP20.

Thanks!

Forgot to add ... stratum.westhash.com if you are from USA / Asia and stratum.nicehash.com if you are from EU / Russia ... thx!

I feel so much safer running this gear then the asic miner prisma.

How come?

the watts do not creep up.  it allows  for strong down clock / down volt /down watt settings under 800 watts.

No matter how the prisma was set  I could not keep it under 1000 watts  and over time watts would creep from 950 to 1080 on the low settings.

Running 1080 watts with unshielded asics that have been shown to burn and explode caps .  At least 3 owners burnt the prismas. not comfortable running them while I leave my home.

I don't know if they would have run past the 1080 since they moved from 950 to the 1080 in different settings.

The spondoolies are set and stay set.
The spondoolies are shielded  in case of an exploded cap it would be in the case.

They are not in the EU, so you can expect to pay whatever the VAT rate on customs is in Germany on your shipment.
If you run a business or have a friend or relative who can order it for you on their business, you may get a reduced customs rate or be entitled to claim back some of the VAT you pay to your country govt for customs charges.

i hope this helps.
