What you need to know about Plutonium:


Plutonium is a transuranic radioactive chemical element with the symbol Pu and atomic number 94. It is an actinium metal of silvery-gray appearance that tarnishes when exposed to air, and forms a dull coating when oxidized. The element normally exhibits six allotropes and four oxidation states. It reacts with carbon, halogens, nitrogen, silicon and hydrogen. When exposed to moist air, it forms oxides and hydrides that expand the sample up to 70% in volume, which in turn flake off as a powder that can spontaneously ignite. It is radioactive and can accumulate in the bones. These properties make the handling of plutonium dangerous.

Of course there are not very many similarities at all between our Plutonium and actual plutonium.

Q. Any plans besides releasing an awesome coin?
A. We have a few things planned, giving an ETA now would be too early, bookmark and come back later . . . . kidding, we have (finally) gotten a neat anonymizer feature working but it doesn’t play nice with Proof-of-Work mining so expect a wallet update after mining is over.

Q. Will there be a hardfork to implement the anon?
A. No. You will be able to just quit the old version and start up the new one. The old wallet will also still work, but without the anon function.

A. Yessir, 0.9%, otherwise no bounties. Plus its boring if we do all the work.

Q. Working anon to be released at end of PoW? So why not a bigger premine or even do an IPO?
A. A larger premine would be unfair, and an IPO? seems like extra work that shouldn’t need to be done. (programmers are lazy)
