It's good yo know that there are people like you that is helping homeless people in your country and not just aiming to profit on crypto. It's better to give than to received and we must share our blessings to others especially the poor ones, you will be blessed by GOD because of what you're doing and hope you continue your noble cause.

Homeless need, food, water and shelter(a home/clothes), not money or bitcoin. They will spend that money on drugs or booze more than likely, that is what they do with there welfare and it is why they are homeless in the first place, here in Canada we give homeless enough to get a shitty apartment and food water and shelter for the month if they are not buying drugs or smokes.

OW = 300$ a month for food, that is 10$ a day, and they cover your rent up to like 800 or something.
ODSP = even more by a lot. 1000-2000$ a month and 1500 for apartment.
The people on ODSP live better than most of the working class and 90% of them are milking the shit, most not even born in Canada and most have nothing wrong with them, doctors make money by proscribing shit to people that do not even need it, they are like fucking cops who have to make quota. I know it is the same in Sweden, fuck off don`t give these people btc or cash.

All those homeless you see out there are on either OW or ODSP, there is a few nuts that are just nuts and don`t know they can get free help. I understand not every country is like Canada or Sweden, but I am pretty sure USA has a similar system.

Some of these Immigrants get more than people like me who have fed millions upon million in there nation, or war vets who protect us, or teachers. I GET NOTHING.

INFACT, I PAY FOR THESE FUCKING PEOPLE, I walk around a lot at night here in Toronto, I know 3 out of 100 homeless people are actually homeless and if they managed their money better, they wouldn't be.
I been homeless and I never took any government $cam, I lived in the woods for a year.

I have gotten $2000 from my government tops, and have gave them $200,000 and will be giving them over $500,000 and my entire life span working for that fiat bullshit. So I can feed fucktards who do not deserve another breath on this planet.

actually the cash would not help them out especially if they are suffering from addiction. They may even be bad at managing money, there are a lot of reasons homelessness happens. But the food is immediate help for an immediate need.

If you truly want to help the homeless, just give them cash so they actually have options to use the money the best way that they need.  Just giving them some shitty fast food will barely help them you self righteous nut.

Tha't's a great start up and inspiring project you got up there mate, keep it up and surely you will hear from the crypto community in terms of financial support. The world needs more of your kind to take care of all these young ones. Bless you man!

 

An ICO doesn't have to be about making money it can be about charity. Personally, I don't see why you can't do both. It's good to have ambition. It doesn't have to be this massive huge grand project it can be like a mini ICO or something. I really think it's something worthwhile. It might be nice to one day see things like crypto for rubbish. So clean the environment and get paid in crypto, this is at least some income and honestly I like seeing a clean city and someone has to do it those streets don't clean themselves. With crypto a whole world of possibility. We not just there yet though. Maybe when we have a bit more technology and humans drop their prejudice bs oh... and stop populating humans have to stop doing that.

This seems like a nice personal project, but it seems to me that it has very little effect on the real life of the individuals. When I read the title of this thread I imagined a project whose purpose was to support an association aimed at mitigating the problem through education, temporary homes or shelters, and although giving a sandwich to a homeless person seems a charitable gesture, this same person will be hungry tomorrow.

But thanks for giving us an example of how much we can do with some will and resources, I think this world would be much better if we stop thinking only about ourselves.

This is a guy in school who is doing trying to help out the less fortunate people in the world and dont think he will make anything from this with helping his fellow man out in tough times.
Glad you support him and his cause with the smerit you sent to his thread.

Words are not enough to express how happy I am seeing how you have carried out this philanthropic gesture using cryptocurrency. This will go along way to help change the negative perception of people and Governments has towards bitcoin and other cryptocurrency. This you have done sir will assist in promoting crypto adoption. Once again thumbs up sir.

So where is your ICO buddy? This is a legit project and you need the fundings. It will be better then 99% of the bullshit ICO here just because it is real and not made up crap that people for some reason support and throw their money at. Do they have phones? Maybe they can earn some crypto doing something or another. If you get a good ICO going you can have a lot done. Let us know what you think and how you plan on moving forward.

I think it is better to have a place and spread it out for the homeless,
In that way the homeless would just come to the place to eat just like a shelter .
It is much more easier since the homeless would be the one to go and for sure they would spread the word and you could help more.

As a recommendation to get more support for this project you could create a YouTube channel and film yourself while buying this food or something else then give it to the homeless people. Besides the fact that more people will see what you are doing and donate more money you could also earn money from monetization of your videos.

A lot of people use their money for their own personal gains, but if you use yours to help provide shelter for the homeless, then your blessings are countless. Let us all learn from this person and also use our funds to help those who are not well endowed too.

It is very rare to see individuals helping others in their basic needs. It is such a wonderful sight seeing the good deeds. I somehow inspired to do the same thing as to promote humanity especially in our locals.

It is not easy life for the unfortunate people so even just one day letting them feel good then is something extraordinary for them.

However, there are some group of people doing this also to get more support by asking donations and then taking advantage by keeping the money donated from the people. So, if ever one may going to donate oemne should know if the charity for example.is legit and registered.

I was also thinking about that kind of idea, wherein you teach them basics and help them find a job. I saw one blogger did this, he overhauled the homeless guys looks and find him a job, it was a waiting job and he is very happy. I think they could make it by themselves only if we give them a chance. All in all kudos, this was touch in anyways, even though for just one day they could fill their bellies and skip hunger for the meantime.

Your idea is really great. It's a really good job, we're just running behind the money but never thought of helpless people. As people, we all have some social responsibilities and we should follow them. Your initiative is definitely a good job for the helpless people.

This is for real - just for a second look at all of the homeless people that have been helped. I believe by spreading this idea through my project, I am not only helping the homeless but also the people who decide to help out as well. This for sure was a reminder to appreciate and cherish life - and also to help out those in need just for no reason at all.

I believe what tomahawk9 has suggested is the correct format of the forums thread organization.
You should have one thread and update it instead of creating multiple threads.
Maybe just stick the updates to this one and it will show on the first page of the topic.
