Here's my Utopia software review

Downloading and Installation
Just like what I am used to when downloading and installing, scanning using my AV is a must. So far nothing severe is detected. Installing the desktop app is pretty straightforward, just a normal desktop installation, although I used a different folder than the default Windows installation folder.

Design and UX
I expect it to be looked more like a modern design desktop app since we are in a modern era uhmm, like with large icons, images, fonts, shadows, and gradient colors, but sadly it’s not. I expect it like “Exodus wallet”-like actually lol. But I guess it’s fine the app’s look is great with dark and light themes, of course, I always choose the dark theme and lastly, it’s straightforward and the UX is good, everything is clear.
Suggestion:
Dashboard - minimize the email and put the CRP balance on it even just a small summary.

Idyll Browser
I don’t know if it's just me but it doesn’t work and when you try to search - typing anything on the url bar, it will eventually add “http://” like you’re typing a website url which is not, of course it will always show an error. There’s no info about the browser also, even in the “http://u.is/utopia-help” page.
But if you will go on “http://idyll/” (i cant remember how get there lol) you can see the “Add Website” button which i think Utopia user needs to input any sites first before it will be shown on the browser. If it’s always the case the browser will be emptied and nothing will show when searching so I guess the team should improve it if its main purpose is to be an alternative to those existing ones. Also, it’s slow.

uMail
It will be great if you can use it to users outside of the platform, since there is already a chat feature and no need to email users if you can just ping them using the chat.

uWallet
Swap - swapping to UUSD and vice versa is so easy and simple.
uVoucher -  so simple and fast as well, but why you can claim your own voucher too? What’s the reason behind creating it then claim it by yourself. It should only be claimed bu other users.
Airdrop - I just checked it earlier after i received 2 airdrop amounting 0.001 CRP too small but it’s okay, you will only receive it if you’re online on the time they airdrop
Request CRP - is limited only to users who provide their card #s, so you need to ask these details too before you can request some funds lol. I will not give to users who ask since i knew what they are up to lol. But seriously, its much better to generate something like URL for CRP request, after accessing the URL they will redirect to the uWallet for them to send without providing their address and card #s

Staking
Since im a user since last year i’ve been receiving stake rewards every first date of the month because i never used my balance before for anything lol. And ye it’s pretty nice since there is no minimum amount (I guess) when you be able to get the monthly reward.

Summary
The app looks like it’s just limited to Utopia’s thing but it’s not, it has different stuff like games. The uMaps is interesting as well, it locates public chat channels although some are inactive like month already. The global chat seems so active since there are many online but no one replies, but who knows they are just busy lol due to different timezone maybe. Also, What i observed when scrolling with mouse the chat it always overlaps the content unless you use the scroll on the right side of the chat, it should be fixed for smooth scrolling
My whole experience is good, there are only a few that needs to improve, active chats is an indicator of having a pretty active community too.

Here is my review of Utopia p2p Ecosystem.

1. Installing Utopia Desktop Wallet and Utopia Private Messenger on Android.
   
    I did the Utopia p2p Ecosystem installation on my laptop which has Windows 10 64 bit OS, and it went smoothly without any problems or interruptions in the installation
    process for the installation. Likewise with installing Utopia - Private Messenger on my android device,
    namely Xiaomi X3. I hope this will be maintained forever, so that the Utopia application can have good value to be shared with anyone and
    have a good impression at the beginning of the application installation

2. Display of the Utopia Ecosystem

    I was very impressed the first time I saw the appearance of the Utopia application, the first time I saw it it was very easy to understand. I looked at uWallet menus
    or bars, and they were very easy for me to understand, because they are similar to similar wallet applications, so they don't confuse me with the menus or bars provided.

3. Swap on Utopia Ecosystem

    I just tried to do a CRP to UUSD swap, and it went smoothly, only taking about 12 seconds for the exchange to actually take place. Vice versa, I then tried to swap UUSD to
    CRP, and it also only took about 12 seconds for it to actually be swapped to CRP.

4. uVoucher on Utopia Ecosystem

    uVoucher on Ecosystem Utopia is very impressive, We know that the voucher feature is still very much used in several e-wallet applications, we find this a lot in centralized
    e-wallets.This is really what is needed in every p2p, because it makes it very easy to exchange to anyone and any party. Even when
    I was able to successfully create a voucher with a minimum CRP amount of 0.000000001, it was only charged a network fee of around 0.15%.


    And what's more, when I copied and then pasted it into the uVoucher feature on the "Activate uVoucher" bar, it immediately detected that the uVoucher code that I pasted
    was really valid, and when I tried to activate the uVoucher, I immediately got a number of CRP that I created earlier when creating a uVoucher is in the "Create new
    uVoucher" bar. You check on image below.





5. Backup Private Key on Utopia Ecosystem

    When I try to backup my private key or seed phrase, it's amazing when I use the password feature where the password is the password we entered during the installation.
    This really secures our account from theft, because only we know the password we enter. And of course, to install the wallet, you have to have it on a personal computer or
    personal laptop.

6. Games on Utopia Ecosystem

    The Games menu on the "Games" bar is really interesting to me, I think it can attract the attention of users to gather and play on this Utopia application or Ecosystem, so
    that it really becomes a dense or bustling Ecosystem. But unfortunately I saw loneliness, I didn't see anyone playing, and then I tried to make a table for other people to
    enter, so they could play together, but after I waited a few minutes, none of the users were playing, or maybe because it was still Not many users are aware of or want to
    try this game feature which really caught my attention.





For all the features in the Utopia p2p Ecosystem application, this is very good and needs to be maintained for stability and speed of work, both in terms of network and installation. However, I would like to provide a little input, namely the need to add other features or even other games that can attract more user attention, even though this will increase costs for the utopia team, I am sure that this will make the Utopia P2P Ecosystem application much in demand, And also I think marketing techniques are needed to attract players to play in this Utopia Ecosystem, because it is deeply regretted that there are good games but there are no players.

My review of the desktop app Utopia.

The download went fine and didn't have any issues.
Utopia is one of the applications that I use every day to safely interact with people in it, and I also like to listen to Umusik that Utopia provides.
Utopia being a decentralized application for interacting and having freedom of opinion in it is what makes it interesting too, it can also carry out p2p interactions and transactions without third party supervision.
It also helps me in interacting with multiple people universally by simply connecting the two users' public keys to do the interaction, and I don't think having anyone watching over it makes me feel free.

Some of my main highlights in this Utopia application are:
1. Chat feature
Most of this feature I have explained above.
2. Uwallet features
This allows me to send or swap my CRP and or have crypto cards to make transactions quickly using CRP, and the cost I think is quite cheap in this case and or exchange CRP to UUSD or vice versa and or else I can monitor my crypto cards and make purchases.
3.Uvouchers
Very interesting, here I can share CRP with friends in my group via the Uvoucher feature and make them compete to get the CRP that I share, also if I send gifts using Uvoucher if I'm too lazy to send them directly.
And it's also interesting that I can write a memo when I send my CRP to the recipient.
4. Games
Poker and chess, that might be quite an interesting game for a 1 vs 1 game, but it would be nice in the future to be able to add game options, such as billiards or games that can be done in groups.

Some of my problems:
1.


I use a 14-inch PC screen, when I use the normal size on my device at 150% scale, the Utopia display can't show all the screens that my application should display, I've used the Full Screen view tools, it still doesn't display all parts of the display that should be displayed, therefore I have to scale down my screen size to 125% on my device, but that's all the sizes are so small, of course my activity in other applications on my device feels disturbed, I hope the developer can make the application more user-friendly a variation in display size with different screen sizes.



2.  Internet costs are quite expensive for me, in the previous version I used an internet fee of 1mb/sec in Enhanched Privacy network mode and 500kb/sec Normal network mode.
But after I updated to version 1.2.534 the internet fee increased, to 1.5mb-2mb/sec in Enhanched privacy network mode and 600kb-1mb/sec normal network mode, I think it's quite expensive for me, maybe the developer can provide a solution to this problem.

Advanced suggestions:
For the tools/tab display at the top of Utopia, the File, Edit, Search, contacts, view and other buttons, I think if the center alignment might be better and more comfortable, because the average social media application today uses a center aligned view in its main view, If you use Align left like this I think it's like an old school website, IMO, but for the theme it's very interesting and I like it.
I've try features70% of what I've used in this app, the rest I haven't tried yet, due to several factors, but so far it's been pretty good and responsive and highly recommended if you want a decentralized app.

Before I start to review I want to thank @joeparry for giving the opportunity to provide a review in this thread and I have received 5 CRP to test some of the features as follows.

The desktop application installation process is not that complicated. exactly the same as said from the reviews of friends in this thread. no more than 5 minutes. even though it looks easy. Moreover. the process to get the public key is also not difficult. What's interesting for me to see is some information and also instructions written on each feature. this will also make it easier for beginners to get to know the functions of these features. i was impressed to see it

• Uns - This feature that I've seen is enough to allow users to register a name for their public key making it easy for people to easily add you in contacts without having to use your public key. unfortunately I couldn't test this as it requires 10 CRP whereas I only have 5 CRP for testing
  

• Crypto Cards - I also like this feature because it can be used to send and receive money without having to use a public key so I can share CRP with my friends. but a little suggestion might be better if a background theme is added and not just limited to adding colors. maybe it will looks cool
  

• Swap - This feature is very useful for users to buy and sell instantly without having to register on an exchange site so that they can make a profit as a trader buying cheap and selling at high prices with very cheap transaction fees. This feature is really very helpful for traders too

• uVoucher - This feature is very impressive because besides being able to be used to share with family. this uVoucer can also be used for me if I want to hold an airdrop or giveaway so I can share free CRP with people through this uVoucher and they can claim the CRP that I have entered into uVoucher then they just claim it quickly. I think this is an interesting feature
  

Utopia AI helped me find a lot of information about this project more in-depth about other features and even I asked for the following how to mine with a tutorial and he was very responsive with a very fast reply speed like I was using ChatGpT. besides that the community channel in the App was also quite help me to find what I'm looking for. they are quite responsive and help beginners like me.


With me reviewing this. it gives me a great experience to know more about projects like Ecosystem Utopia with many features available and provides new breakthroughs for the crypto world and provides good facilities for its users in terms of security and communication between communities to stay stay. connected to each other. This product is expensive, but for investment. I don't think it's wrong to choose to buy CRP again in my wallet. especially the surprise that I got these days when I activated the wallet in an active state I got 1 CRP from the airdrop. seems to be profitable if used as a long-term investment.

I have received 5 CRP and I will review honestly for this review I tried for something new i.e. by using VPS Windows Server 2012 R2 to test and review App utopia Desktop version with server size :

vCPUs/s: 1 vCPUs
RAM: 1024.00 MB
Storage: 25GB SSD

The Utopia application is really very light even though it uses a smaller VPS server size. without problems I can download the desktop version of the app Version Version 1.2.534 and then install it easily.



Installation of Utopia and security systems

This is probably my first experience setting up a Utopia altcoin wallet using a VPS. The first thing I see is that I have to create an account using a Username and Password, just like I registered on a site that provides registration. but it's all to create double security to generate wallet key which is also encrypted with layers. This method is good enough to provide an experience for users to be able to secure CRP in wallets so that there is no carelessness from users who ignore security. Apart from that, there are multiple backup function options available in the App wallet and that makes it easier for users to store them elsewhere.


Reviews for Wallet features

The UI wallet display only has 4 color theme choices, I like the Dark theme. but it seems that maybe a little extra theme color is needed as an option for other users and the thing that amazes me again is that I can change the wallet profile with our own picture and it really looks sophisticated for an altcoin wallet that I have encountered so far.

I also tried to use the swap feature because I already received 5 CRP so I tried to swap a smaller amount but unfortunately the minimum transaction is 1 CRP . Maybe in the future this can be changed if CRP prices go up and expensive for small users it might look high doing 1 CRP Swap. but i hope for minimal transactions in the future at least small users can make low CRP Swap 0.1 will be even better. but this is just a suggestion and input only



Umail I think it can be used to send e-mail or receive e-mail from other than App users e.g. Gmail and other e-mail users, but it is only available for Utopia network support. it's pretty good, it's just that I'm sure this feature is rarely used by users because of course they can just communicate via existing Channels without having to use Umail.

Games at this stage should be held in the form of tournaments with prizes, for example in a poker game it would be even better to invite a lot of active users to test their poker playing skills by holding a poker tournament for an active community. I'm sure this wallet looks interesting so the community chatting on the channel can participate in addition to being able to keep the wallet active for airdrops while playing.

Suggestion: "In my opinion, the Channel section can add a Tip button (a kind of Money Tip) where all communities can also help and appreciate each other by sharing CRP Tips through the channel with other users. yes, although some guidance can also be obtained from Utopia AI, apart from that they also need other features such as spending CRP in a wallet, for example building a market in a wallet application so that it looks safe for every transaction of buyers and sellers because the merchants I met were rather unreliable. I think we can also spend CRP in the wallet in the future for example building a NFT trading market in the wallet will be cooler.

My simple utopia platform review

Firstly
* downloading the app for my system was a bit easy as it was the download option was boldly pasted on the utopia website although took some few minutes for the installation but other than that it was a smooth process.

Secondly
* creating a profile with the app was very easy as it didn't require any necessary credentials and the generation of the public key was also a smooth process
* the welcome page of the app is also friendly and I like the fact that it showed a selection of themes background and the dark theme was the my option as it gave the app a lot more maturity and reduced the stress of stretching my pupil.

Thirdly
* I dont know how common this is with other users but before I received the 5crp from the utopia team, I already had some fraction of their coins in my wallet although it was barely nothing but was its a suprise as I haven't used the app at all.
* the conversion of CRP to USD is very fast and the charge fee is very small I suppose, compared to other platform I have used and believe me I have used a couple similar services and so far utopia would also be one I would recommend.

Fourthly
* tried out the games in the utopia app and its cool and also really interesting how the utopia team added poker game and chess. It was fun and really enjoyed playing it.
* my only complain is the issue of the app always being active even when I think I have closed it because the sounds and notification keeping  popping up.
* the channel and chat section is also okay but was really confused on putting out a group section where I could discuss and share some other business ideas.

Conclusion
The utopia app has been working fine since I have been  using it and the utopia team is doing a good and would definitely recommend it for usage by other colleagues of mine.

after waiting two days i finally received the promised 5 crp to test some of the features in the app if needed. without further ado I will start this review openly and honestly. just opened the app i have seen the notification that i received 5 crp in the app



it doesn't take long to learn about the features that are there and I'm sure all beginners won't look so stupid using this application. because almost every feature provided is given a kind of small note about the feature to make it easier for each user to understand their respective functions. especially with the existence of a special channel in the application. it is very helpful if there is something you don't understand. you can ask the Utopia community.

uWallet and Merchants



i went to uWallet and all the buttons send and receive as usual just like any other crypto app wallet although it looks a lot better and slightly different than the others. but on the other hand, for some reason. I want to try to buy something shopping with CRP. but somehow. almost all merchants have tutorials in the same way. and almost all of them are like fake. there is absolutely no CRP payment in them. so most of these merchants are just made to enliven it. but it doesn't work. whatever. maybe it will be better if the merchant is really verified correctly. least trusted so it doesn't look like spam piled up there.

the concept of the idea of making a crypto card is brilliant in my opinion because I can use the crypto card without having to use my public key address to make it easier to shop and pay merchants. but sadly it is very expensive for the cost of about 3 CRP in the normal crypto card making category it should probably be 1 CRP so people will be happy to make this in the future when CRP prices are high at least people can afford to pay a lower fee for this crypto card manufacturing. i am happy with this feature

Swaps and uVouchers

I tried to swap twice in a small amount from crp to uusd then returned to swap again uusd to crp it cost almost more than 0.3 crp because the buying and selling rate there might be a slight change from the selling and buying prices thereby reducing the amount of the previous balance around 5.22 CRP up to 4.85 CRP. so this gives a signal for traders not to make fast buying and selling using this feature. Far. but do not rule out that this feature really helps traders secure their value without having to go to the exchange site and make a deposit. Apart from that, on the uVoucher side. I can share a little giveaway with friends on my social media to test this Utopia application by claiming my uVoucher which contains uusd and crp as a form of promotion to new users.

Channels and Utopia AI

These two features are definitely needed by users to keep communicating with each other among fellow CRP users. Moreover, apart from the Utopia channel, there is also an active mining community channel which made me curious and joined there so that I can broaden my horizons about learning the CRP mining system with that community. utopia AI is the only feature that caught my attention which I thought was only working and answering about the utopia project. it turns out that it can be used for others as well. this feature in my opinion makes this application look sexy.

 
I can't say much in this review what I know is I got a lot of new experience here and really new to this project not long ago so regret just getting to know about it now. proud to be a participant to provide a review here. I think in the future I hope there is something great in the application to make everyone more comfortable using this application or to make this application multifunctional with other cool features.

Firstly I would like to thank @joperry for the invitation to review Utopia. After getting the CRP I started to explore Utopia and this is what I can get as a review.

The first impression in installing the application and trying to register is quite simple and I like this because it fits into my vision which doesn't really like anything complicated.
I also like the initial display after logging in to Utopia because even though it is simple, it does not reduce the impression of monotony in seeing the existing visuals and of course in the initial display when opening there is some information related to Utopia as well as some help and customisation such as themes I am quite happy because in this case I can choose several looks that I think are quite good.
Furthermore, about the Utopia AI Chat the response is also quite fast in my opinion as for the global Chat there are also some very active people especially for those who always do the Raffle, I might enter the Raffle later because this is also interesting to do
There's a small detail that probably doesn't really matter to everyone but I like in Chat-related features is this.



A feature that may not seem like much but can actually be because here we can search for the topic we want without having to scroll from top to bottom, we can also create bookmarks and view chat history records. This is a detail that is rarely thought of but utopia has this and it is a plus in my opinion for utopia.

I also tried to install it on my phone but just by looking at the title it looks like this is just a simple form of a chat room in utopia because just looking at the name it looks like that.


and once it's opened it's not wrong, my expectations before looking at the playstore for the mobile app have a long view because I thought it was a mini version of the whole utopia on the PC but indeed it must be difficult to do so I understand that so they only provide features just chat for mobile app.


For uWallet.
I have a pretty good impression in the transaction because the time is quite fast.
I got the CRP and just tried to do some transactions today. The swap from CRP to UUSD only took seconds and vice versa because I tried to reverse UUSD to CRP and the time was also very fast. The fee is also not much so this is a good thing.



For uNS actually I am quite interested in this feature it's just that I still lack my CRP to try uNS registration because 10 CRP are needed for registration, because I still don't have enough CRP I will try this next time

uMaps.
Actually I don't really understand about this but if you look at some of the names listed when clicking there it is likely that it is an existing public channel and I tried to enter the chat to follow one of the channels in my country but unfortunately no one answered my chat there.

There are also a few things I don't really like about this utopia either.
first for games.
I'm actually interested in this because it can be more attractive for utopia because there are games in it but when trying 2 games there, the first for chess is a little complicated because we have to find friends first to do it even though this can still be done but for a new person who doesn't have any friends like me is a little difficult to do.

the second is possible for retrieving a lot of internet data. I did this portable via the cellphone internet network and was actually quite surprised by the amount that was taken per second.


Even though there is low traffic to save data, I don't think the reduction is too far because it's still the same as normal mode


Overall everything is pretty good and I like this application even though there are some weaknesses in terms of my version, but I still like it because I think its shortcomings are covered by some of the advantages that utopia has.
I will continue to use this app because I like it btw I'm also interested in following raflle. wait for me there

I will give my honest review for Ecosystem Utopia from me personally I will write below. because already received 5 CRP to test some features and use it. before starting I also read some of the reviews of all the participants here who participated gave me a little inspiration about it and also tested it.

Almost all participants knew that the Utopia Wallet App is very friendly, so even using Windows with 4GB RAM on my laptop doesn't really interfere with my work using the Chrome browser as well as music editing applications. usually my Chrome doesn't work well it always crashes when I build other apps. that's why i was a bit surprised opening my chrome browser Utopia wallet app didn't crash. some of the features of the Utopia wallet are indeed very advanced and cannot be imitated by other crypto projects. I can't even stop thinking that in our wallet we can access anything. like features

uWallet : This feature is very different from the others, besides being able to send and receive CRP between users using a public key, it can also send CRP to crypto cards as well as send comments in transactions.
uNS : turns the public key address into a name making it easier for anyone to store in the contract and verify the match between the name and public wallet address.
uMail : A very good feature is that we can send messages to fellow users with this feature. Apart from that, you can also send using the uNS contact name to make it easier.
IM: this is a chat feature where we can connect with other users via Chat using only the public key address or uNS name. Apart from that, Utopia AI is also available to help us with everything, just like ChatGPT, we can ask and answer questions about Utopia or others using any language.
Swap: Of course people will use this feature because it will be used for traders to swap trades directly at a lower cost and I have tried that too like other friends.
uVoucher : I think of it like a gift card where I can put money in it and the lucky person to claim it is lucky to get the prize. I think I'll use this if I want to do a future airdrop.
Crypto Cards : I'm interested in using this but I don't have enough funds to make pretty numbers in the first four digits of my crypto card as shown below it takes around 48 CRP. but if you don't have pretty numbers it's only 3 CRP.

Channel : this is a feature that can unite all Utopia communities where all CRP holders to traders gather to communicate discussing the future of this project. they are very welcome to new users that should be appreciated too.
Games: Looks like the developer still needs to add some additional games because I don't really like poker or chess. I think the Utopia team needs to develop it more

I don't know how to use the rest of the CRP I have but it looks like I'll be holding it for the long term in my wallet. who knows it might be worth $10 per CRP in the future. I feel this project is great almost all the features are created to connect fellow users so as to encourage a solid community to keep this project moving forward because what I see is Ecosystem Utopia has more advanced technology than other projects and that's why I'm happy to be a part of this event to review all the features in this Ecosystem Utopia wallet application.

First I go to website of utopia and I see that interface of design is too cool and look very good then I go to download section and there is many version is available like Windows, Android, macOS and Linux. Then I downloaded utopia application in my mobile phone after install I open it and then create a account this process is so simple just choose a Name and password then your account created. I see that design of app is to good but I do not see much features in android application just for few. There is only chat feature is available in android version. After review android version then i install latest windows version of utopia application and one more thing this version is only for 64 Bit operating system not for 32 Bit.

Second Process Review Utopia application and its Features:

After installation process is completed then I opened utopia app in my window

• Theme Design: When I opened then four theme shown in my screen 2 light theme and 2  a dark theme I like this feature everyone choose one of them which he want
• My Profile: After choosing theme design then I go to my profile which look great all necessary information is available in profile where I can my private and public key and also I can backup my account
• uWallet: Then I see uWallet feature which is not available in android version then I click on it my dashboard is open and I see that I received 5 CRP tokens and built in Utopia wallet impressive display and also i see transaction history and also revealing only senders public key. Utopia only support two token CRP and UUSD which we can easily exchange then with almost zero transaction fees which is aso good
• Swap: I see that utopia also offer a good feature is swap and allow to swap CRP to UUSD and then UUsd to CRP I try this feature I swapped CRP token to UUsd tojen and this price is easy, simple and fast also see transactions details like TX ID, rate and fees.
• Exchange: After testing swap feature on utopia and then I want to withdraw CRP and UUSD torken to any exchange where both are listed but I don't know where then I searched and see that both are listed on crypton exchange and I create on it this exchange is also so simple and easy to use I get deposit address of CRP token and then I got my utopia app and go to send crypto feature and select CRP token write amount and then confirm txn. That's so nice fees approximate zero and I received my withdrawal within few minutes.
• uMail: This feature is so valuable because I see all activities which is regard like deposit, withdrawal and also see notification of latest version of application. But this no enable to send messages to external mail which is not belong to utopia like Gmail, yahoo or other. I just send messages umail to umail users

Overall my Experience is great and I impressed utopia ecosystem there is many features which I can't discuss in my review like games, airdrop, mining, messenger, idyll, P2P and others. I like this I can't provide any email, phone or other social media accounts to create and login in Utopia.
