Technically interesting project. But I do not think that the market of smart homes is so developed at the moment that there is a huge demand for this kind of technology.
Yes, the future is definitely the Internet of things. So you need time to enter this market in order to take the lead.
Well, let's see what happens after exiting the exchanges. Already know when this will happen? Who are you talking to at the moment?

Indeed, there is such a problem and it is quite strange that the developers did not pay attention to this.

how much will this service cost to users? And what will be the cost of this adapter?
well, I think it's too early to say. they need to collect a soft cap at least and then draw conclusions .
Yes, the amount that they want to collect is very large, especially in such a market but also a technical complex project and most importantly useful for society.
Well, let's see what will be the demand for these products after the service is launched.

10% will be spent for reserve. Tell me what will be this reserve?
Yes, it would be interesting why in such a network reserve? I understand that users will simply pay a monthly fee for using this service.

Does this system really secure your home, or is it just a name?
This is really their goal. But as far as it will be demanded at end users it is still difficult for me to tell. But still home security is a pretty important point.

A great project, useful, I think that such a breakdown of which you are talking above is unlikely to be possible, even if it is possible, then such things are done by units that will quickly bring to justice
let's see. and according to the roadmap, the implementation time is quite long.

as I understand the start of project is planned in Germany? will there be a test smart home running your devices and software? I think it would be very interesting for users
as I understand it, for a start they need to collect soft cap but it is not small for this market. And after that, the first samples will be launched.

Yes, it is terrible to imagine what would happen if a smart home is hacked.  Thus, you can cause a huge damage to the owner.

Tell me please, are you going to release your equipment or will you only work with equipment manufacturers?
judging by the roadmap, they will make their own equipment and also cooperate with third-party developers.
Yes, it will happen in 2020. and for this, those who want to earn real money for a long time will keep tokens for more than a year. It's my personal opinion.
