If lightning network is not on the roadmap it should be. Don't worry about funding, once you have Segwit (before Litecoin), Vert price will rise dramatically.

When I add up the segwit enabled I come up with 72.97% But the site is only showing around 51%
Some of the pools/addresses listed mine both SegWit and non-SegWit blocks.
