Should hold above that threshold for 2 weeks. This is whats required to make the magical activation thingy happen. I will try to bring it down dramatically when it pops above 75 mark, will put all my resources to it to ensure the activation will hit a snag. Its hugely political matter and will impact well-being of bitcoin ecosystem, forcing chinese marionettes to sell off and abandon crypto forever.
I can't tell if you trying to create FUD to drop the price, or if your even posting in the right thread. This is VertCoin. A Vertcoin period is about 3.5 days not 2 weeks (bitcoin is 2 weeks). There are forces at work to get it above 75%, so if your going to try to drop it below, I've got my popcorn ready, this will get interesting.

Segwit isn't only for scalability, it fixes lots of other stuff. See response:
The nature of a "soft fork" means that there will not be two chains, unlike a hard fork. This is because non-upgraded wallets still understand and follow the newer, upgraded chain. In terms of security, any transaction malleability is a bad thing and SegWit fixes that. Futhermore, general improvements in the Bitcoin Core software make it far more resilient against DoS and eclipse attacks not to mention the massive increase in sync time. Re-basing from Bitcoin Core also allows us to more easily incorporate further improvements in the future. In terms of Lightning, it's true that we don't have a capacity issue (transactions fees are negligible), payment channels are a great innovation in themselves and allow things like cross-chain transactions.

There is an impressive increase with 210% for this vertcoin on bittrex. I'm so shocked with this result . I missed this train and waiting for big decrease to join again.

We need 1512 blocks out of this 2016 block period, then it will activate.
