It's a matter of time before more companies do what paypal did. There's a lot of money to be made in Bitcoin and only a fool wouldn't see it.

Early companies that chose bitcoin like those US stores that accepted it early did it for publicity but those that do it now do it for the profit. In bull market people are more set towards spending and it is going to bring a lot of traffic to payment processors.

What I'm most interested to see is how these places react when things fly down the toilet again. It's easy to seem like a champ arriving at the foothills of a bull run. The reckoning is when we really learn what they're made of.

Maybe the stunning levels of deadness seen in 2014/15 and to a lesser extent 2018 won't happen again but there will still be a massive downturn in engagement.

Most people seen things when there's already someone who started it. PayPal participation to this industry creates a big impact
to entire business world.

With this actions, they do open a much wider space for more businesses to see this big opportunities to use the system and make it
useful to their business. Expect to see more and more big known businesses to follow this step.

The more we see giant companies adopting bitcoin, of course, there will be a higher chance that other big companies will also adopt and follow the trend. And since we are now seeing how visa, MasterCard, and PayPal are showing a positive view towards bitcoin and crypto, I bet we will also see further enterprises accepting and adopting bitcoin as well which is totally good for mass adoption.

so in my opinion this is good news and we should be able to take advantage of moments like this to buy as much bitcoin as we can.

It is true that owning Bitcoin today is very promising in the future, but to start buying Bitcoin now will require enormous funds. The current price is stretched as high as around 18k USD to 20k USD. You have to prepare a large amount of money to own it. And what is called an investment, has the law of high-risk high return. If you expect a high return, then prepare yourself for the risks that you will face. Bad reality can happen, and a very beautiful reality is also very possible.

Big companies are racing for accepting bitcoin. This is a good news to many bitcoin enthusiasts. By accepting cryptocurrencies, we will see a tremendous adoption from around the world

However, i dont think using their servives is a good idea. Bitcoin is based on decentralized system and because od that reason, having bitcoin on a centralized platform can create tons of trouble. If you want to avoid trouble, dont use third party
well, at the end of this year many large companies are starting to glance at bitcoin again and trying their best to use and adopt bitcoin as a technology for transactions so in my opinion this is good news and we should be able to take advantage of moments like this to buy as much bitcoin as we can.

There are both advantages and disadvantages in using third part services. For example, let's take the example of BitPay. It is a third party payment processor, which enables Bitcoin payments. The user makes the payment in BTC and the vendor receives the payment as fiat currency in real time. This is very convenient for both the user and the vendor.

We are expecting this to happen.

Paypal is one of the most popular payment method in the world right now, obviously most of the places, stores or merchant that are using Paypal would consider Bitcoin and maybe other cryptocurrencies too. Paypal is the start of the adoption that we are waiting for, its been a long run.

Of course, the news of the mass adoption of cryptocurrencies is very happy for crypto fans, but I would like to say if Visa will accept bitcoin and cryptocurrencies in the same way as Paypal, then we are in front of a really big problem. We heard a day ago how Paypal has seized the money of one of its users because he did a lot of activity in his account During the buying and selling of cryptocurrencies.
The mass adoption of cryptocurrencies should be like they are with all their features - without restrictions- especially decentralization and privacy, otherwise this mass adoption is not welcome and will never be in the interest of cryptocurrencies.

Banks and governments seize money and account freezes all the time but it doesn't stop people from using them.  I think the interest in crypto is a good thing.  Personally i wouldn't use them but it breaks down another barrier for a large group of people who would never jump into crypto.  Those peoe will have to asses their risk appetite of having a company dictate their access to their funds.  Like I said for me its a no go, but more people in the game is always a good thing in my eyes.

Cashback in Bitcoin.

Now for once that really is quite a big deal. Cashback has always been something I've been surprised hasn't been offered by anyone. It's effectively free money to most people so the prospect of a Bitcoin dabble with it would definitely tempt people who otherwise wouldn't have considered it.

It could mean an awful lot of people starting to play if they have that option open to them.

That's very logica. Giant payment service provider, PayPal decided to fully adopt crypto services for 2021, that includes trading and even owning of bitcoin wallet on PayPal. If you want to be in the game, you have to be innovative or at least follow the innovation. In this case visa has to follow Paypal because they took steps in cryptocurrencies and leaving PP alone is very unprofitable for visa. PP, Visa, Mastercard and I think other payment service providers like Unionpay will follow these steps. Massive adoption has begun, it's interesting to see what steps will be taken from Amazon or from Google Pay because PP accepted it and pp crypto automatically means crypto adoption on eBay.

I hope that it's something more than Visa's decision to follow PayPal footsteps. The mass adoption is underway, but for most people crypto is a good investment tool only.
visa has been creating a partnership with usdc and you can see that from the latest news in the market and it says that the cooperation will be made to create a new system combined by pp and usdc. it looks like master card will be also following it very soon.

This is what I keep saying about paypal adoption and its effect to our crypto market. If paypal succesfully adopt crypto then other large company will follow and it's only matter of time until there's many integration to these traditional finance institution.
Although there's already so many services like debit card that uses Visa but if crypto could be accepted to many banks it will be even better. Just imagine when crypto reaches every corner of the world that's only possible if crypto considered as legitimate.
We knew it was just a matter of time before this happened, however while this is good news at the same time I think that the adoption that we want is that people begin to use bitcoin directly when buying products and services, I really think that what we are seeing right now with PayPal and now other companies being interested into integrating bitcoin into their forms of payment is a middle step that is necessary to increase awareness and adoption, but we must not forget our end goal, which is that bitcoin is used directly in the purchase of products and services.

But if we are talking about larger funds that can be withdrawn from the cryptocurrency into the national currency, then here many will fear for the sanctions that the government may impose or tax percentages, which may not always be reasonable.

Maybe this could happen, but it is still very far from being implemented. Because this requires licensing from a country, and that country makes laws and regulations related to the taxation of BTC assets. However, until now there are still many countries that have not allowed BTC as a legal medium of exchange. But if you buy it as an asset and sell it back, it is unlikely that there will be a tax on it.

it will be a domino effect in the next coming years.

If this news will actually be applied by Visa and Mastercard, this is a form of spreading the trust given by Paypal.  The domino effect given leads to a more positive direction where crypto will be used more massively by everyone, even people with traditional concepts.  Paypal's actions will have a positive impact even in the traditional financial business sphere.  They will race to learn crypto so as not to fall behind its competitors.
Since we are still dependent on fiat money that we use in our daily life, it is very important that PayPal, as well as with bank cards, we will be able not only to buy but also convert cryptocurrency to Fiat. Moreover, if we are talking about everyday life and small amounts, then users have nothing to fear. But if we are talking about larger funds that can be withdrawn from the cryptocurrency into the national currency, then here many will fear for the sanctions that the government may impose or tax percentages, which may not always be reasonable.

This is exactly the move they had to make. I mean think about it, these are the guys who are the biggest payment processors, all the credit cards all around the world are either visa or mastercard, and they are so good at what they do that there is absolutely no competition at all for them, those two are just plain old world domination stage at this moment.

If they do not test out blockchain and crypto stuff, they are not going to suddenly start seeing a lot better results, they are going to keep staying at the same level and that means if they end up with absolutely nothing at all some other company could come in and beat them. Hence instead of allowing some third party to grow via blockchain tech, they will take over that and improve themselves so that nobody can reach their level.

Well this is a good move that other companies are started to learn or becomes interested in crypto. Massive adoptions that make the price climb in the market. Just like in PayPal adopt crypto, people who have doubt in bitcoin at first becomes more interested to learn how bitcoin works. So with this Visa if in case will happen, for sure we can expect a number of users increase.
Many companies will eventually join too, there are already few banks in my country where they accept bitcoin transactions, after PayPal adoption many alike companies might already consider it to do as they may ssem the potential feedback or profit they can get if it will become a trend or if their too good in marketing and creating hype it can be a success too if they will adopt and implement it in their existing services.
