The swap means that you will have to change your coins XVS coins from XVS blockchain to a brand new blockchain VSX with VSX coins. This measure is taken by many coin devs because they can't implement new features an the current chain in our case XVS chain. In other cases the devs want to change the amount of the coins in circulation let's say from a total amount of 100 millions like XVS has to a 20 millions max coins availabe and for this you'll need to pay 5 coins for 1 new coin (this is not the case) because the swap ratio is 1:1.

The 250k amount is for the masternode, you can swap any amount of your coins, at least this will be the best thing to do from the part of the devs but for this devs needs to make the swap via novaexchange. If they do this manualy who knows what are the rules.

A lot of new features on the new chain (VSX). There will be a swap starting this week for a 1:1 swap ratio.

As for exchanges, BlackSmith admin on yobit has confirmed me that he will list VSX, we will contact coinexchange and novaexchange to list us as well.

Nice to hear this great news! Keep the good work and the XVS , excuse me VSX, will rise like a dream. The masternodes will take a lot of coins from circulation and this mean only one thing that the price will rise. Is the amount of VSX needed for the mn, still 250k?

Yes, there will be a swap in the near future, there isn't an exact date, they must put all the thing together first. The swap must be done to implement the new feature as masternodes to the coin, sometimes a hardfork is not enough. Now you can buy XVS coins from exchanges (check here: https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/vsync/ ) and after they will announce the swap you must swap them for the new coin VSX (which is a new chain).

After the swap the old coin XVS will be abbandoned, the chain will no longer be developed. Is going to be a substitute.
About the ratio: I vote for 1:1 or a max of 2:1.
About the ticker: I vote for VSX all day long!
