Neither is it in Europe. Normal teachers earn some 2k Euros a month. And tenured university professors earn much more, but also only 80k Euros per year. Laughable if you consider their training and the fact that they pioneered the majority of cures and technologies.Going to put the video on my evening playlist, looks interesting.
This post reminded me that in this life there is no justice, nor God's care for the people. In my first year as a University assistant my salary was 4.5$ per month in the midst of hyperinflation in Bulgaria, and now it is only 800$ as full tenure professor in mathematics, 23 years later. In 2012 my mom died from cancer, my GF cheated on me, and I had kidney stones that almost killed me. In 2017 my father had serious issues with the blood pressure and I wasn't able to mentally endure the crashes of Bitcoin, so I missed the opportunity for a profit. I don't make exact calculations, but may be I am on a loss currently. Jesus/Satan/fate fucked up my life, but I don't care. Now at least I have hope that Bitcoin will give me the freedom to live a bit more decent life. And if I have, say 1 mil, I will find a way to donate at least 10% to sick children, who are more fucked up by Jesus/Satan/fate than me.

The price since February going forward has been in a bullish trend, somebody called weeks it back and on weekly bars its fairly clear.
I have been bullish since 22 January and remain of the view that the bottom is in.

@VB1001 - When I started buying £100 bought nearly 1 whole bitcoin. Fast forward 5 years & imagine if we see that % increase in price in another 5 years. This is why you should never doubt yourself buying smaller amounts.
£100 worth of BTC now could be worth a shit load in 5 years. As I always say buy what you can afford to when you can afford to now & enjoy the profits in the future.

For sure, I had similar and no idea it would grow. Generally thats been a theme, people doubt too much even people in crypto. I think the clue is in the name, either the bits matter or it'll not add up. I'm convinced the whole success story is if the smallest participants or bits of the BTC blockchain are used and useful to people who dealing even the smallest amounts, not the largest like everyone takes notice of but just the ordinary users.

Glad your feline is doing fine. Our house cat wasn't so lucky when she had surgery. I mentioned this several times before too. I had some cash flow issues in 2015, and frequently in 2015, I would buy small amounts on a daily basis, even below $5 worth, just to stack away my buy for the day and some of those buys really added up... just imagine $30 would get you well over .1BTC.
I know that currently some places will not allow you to make such low purchases, but I was able to make many low purchase amounts in 2015, and my point is that low amounts of purchases can add up and their value can become quite a lot more with the passage of time, too.
