I'm sure I've mentioned this before, but I've never had so much as a sip of coffee in my life.  I'll stick to push-ups.

I personally have been bullied by OgNasty into doing pushups, and I was going to start out with 10 per day and work my way up.. but I have already done 50 pushups today.. so maybe 50 is going to have to be good enough for the day... I am not sure.. just have to measure midnight to midnight, and if I feel like doing a few more than that will up my tally for the day.. my plan will still be to work my way up to 100 and then probably work my way back down to some number, and then maybe I will add some other exercises into the mix.. I think that it could be a good habit to do body weight exercises.. even though it can be painful.

Regarding coffee consumption:  I believe that around 8 months ago I already mentioned that I felt that I had to cut back on my daily coffees.. and mostly due to my teeth.. but also I think that I had developed some other bad habits around coffee..that had to do with what I was putting in the coffee.... .. but I am not completely against coffee.. and I do still drink it once in a while.. - just not daily.. and since I am not against drinking coffee, I may end up adding it back into my routine at some point.. perhaps?

i wound up with some bsv on coinbase a while back when i sent some bcash_lol to coinbase to dump. they split it automatically into bch (which i sold) and bsv, which i couldnt really do anything with, including trade or sell it. so it sat.

but now....  presto! my bsv was changed to usdc, and that was rapidly changed to btc.

ah life has balance again

Anybody else taking part in the latest Bitcoin movement sweeping across social media? 100 pushups a day until 100K?
I can barely hit 40 a day. I don't want to see Bitcoin 100K while in the hospital. I will be here cheering for the participants.
I'd suggest maybe starting with the BTC price and trying to do 43 a day or whatever K the price is at.  You'll be surprised how quickly you can build strength.

I'm a little bit shocked that NOBODY is doing this or even wants to.  What the fuck?  Maybe this needs it's own thread to find some participants?  Nobody under the age of 50 should be struggling to do push-ups on a regular basis.

Wow.  I might have to be cajoled into some variation of this.    I had heard about this, and now that we are getting peer pressure on the thread, and even someone as irritating (or should I say Nasty) as OgNasty is beating up upon our fellow WO veterans.. I am thinking that I should at least consider some variation of the matter.

Maybe I could start out with increments of 10?  So each day progressively like this: 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60, 70, 80, 90, 100, and then come back down the pyramid. and then just keep going up and down the pyramid until we reach $100k or I die.. whichever comes first..  I haven't done the 10 for today yet.. so I better get that out of the way.. to get beyond the planning stages and into the action stages. 

When I was younger I would not have had any problems with 100 pushups in a day (and maybe even more than that).. but these days, it might take me the whole day if I were to just attempt to accomplish a whole 100, and so since I have other things to do, I might try to work up to it with this above suggested compromise.. and then see how it goes.. I might have some trouble getting up to the 100 in a day (in 10 days).  . .. but I am not against the idea of attempting to work up to it.. and sure maybe I might get stuck at certain levels before I can move up to the higher level.. or maybe there might be some days that I will only be able to add 5 on for the day rather than going up a whole 10 more for the day.. but I will see what I am able to do.. it is kind of a younger man's dick measuring thing.. so it might not necessarily be wise to push too much for some of us older foggies.. and thus the mostly reasonableness of the coffee sipping proposal..

Also, even my memory is not very good, so I will have to keep some kind of a journal.. just to keep track.. and maybe on the days that have a lot I will have to start out early  maybe 5 at a time and work myself into accomplishing the whole quantity for that specific day.. .. and if I miss a day, then I might have to figure out how to treat those kinds of circumstances.. Hopefully, the missing won't happen.... but if it does.. I would have to figure out some kind of a compromise that I am willing to accept for myself.. and I am kind of  into the state of once a habit is built.. then it is a matter of dedicating time to it and considering it as a priority... which that will make it easier to start out with 10 and to see how that feels, and then see if 20 is doable.. etc etc..

Have been procrastinating exercising for sometime
Since I lost all my months(9-10) work after falling sick during the covid period
Been lazy to start, for fear of losing months work in a couple of days.
Will start tomorrow
Maybe with 10's to 20 at different intervals.
