How do y'all take your coffee when chart watching?
I usually do a sugar and splash or milk/heavy whipping cream but Im out of sugar! So I did manage to find a bag of brown sugar and tried it. To my surprise it pairs well!
With sugar and milk.
And drugs.Fun fact: I’ve never had coffee. I did have a neighbor growing up who used to drink his coffee with mushrooms in the morning. I thought that was weird until I got older.
This could be the last week without an ETF approval. I feel like there’s a good chance we could see a massive price swing next week. There will certainly be big news one way or the other.
Since caffeine is considered a drug, anyone who drinks coffee everyday is technically a drug addict. Good on you for staying clean
Mushrooms and coffee? I don't think my stomach could keep that down.
I gave up coffee for a few months.
You first get horrible withdrawal headaches, really different than a normal headache. It was quite a surprise as I only used to drink 1 cup of coffee per day and maybe 2 cups of extremely weak tea.
In the end it felt like it made no real difference to me as coffee only gives me a calm short energy boost and never interfered with sleep, and I actually only had negative effects giving it up, such as more irregular bowel movements that were a bit harder to endure also.
I also spoke to my doctor about caffeine a few years ago and he reckons the whole "I stopped coffee and this is what happened..." YouTube viral stuff is just a fad and exaggerated nonsense mostly.
As long as you don't drink more than 1-5 cups of coffee per day or so I doubt it has a significant effect on your health.
Like anything, excessive consumption of anything will cause problems somewhere.
Also, black coffee has virtually no calories so it works well with a diet etc.
I drink 2 large cups of coffee per day and non caffeinated rooibos/redbush tea.
All with sweeteners.
These are not necessary perhaps and some people reckon they are cancerous garbage.
Still, I reckon this is much less worse than excessive alcohol or smoking.
Since going back to coffee, I actually really enjoy the process of making filtered coffee.
I have an old fashioned filter machine (with the paper filter things).
