Anyone else scratching their head over Jerome Powell's latest move? In 2021, he's all like, "Rates will stay on hold as long as inflation stays low." Fast forward a year, rates are doing the uppity up! (Thanks JJG). Surprise, surprise, they got caught off guard!
And now, Powell's flipping the script, saying rates will get the chop in the foreseeable future. The market going all in, buying the story, hook, line and sinker!
But seriously, why drop a statement like that when we're still wrestling with inflation? It's like adding fuel to the fire. What's the strategy here, Powell? Because from where I'm sitting, it looks like a recipe for more financial pain!

The way the market is going up and down, does it seem like we will see BTC price above 50k this year?why not. I went for 48.1 k on this thread

I value BTC at 62-72k for the proper low end number. We are at 43K so I see it quite a bit under valued.

Your "secret plan" of the great takeover got leaked almost a decade ago. This went not unnoticed. You can continue, but you are being watched. You will be crushed, you will be sanctioned, you and your children will be even poorer than ever. You will not have the power to start over again.

ChartBuddy is about to post a $43K! I’m impressed with how fast the market recovered. All thanks be to the Fed it seems as they signaled rate cuts are in the near future and analysts are saying that they nailed a soft landing. I think it might be a little early to declare victory on the economy but I’ll take the stock market and Bitcoin gains.
Right now its seems that FED interest rate stance is the biggest reason for Bitcoin fast recovery to 43k. Low interest rates usually make government securities less attractive while they gave strength to alternate investment options aka Bitcoin.
Interest rate is maintained at 5.25 - 5.5 % but it will go down in 2024 to around 4.5 - 4.75%. So we can see more bull run in Bitcoin as halving will join the interest rate cur.
