Fucking Honeywell Coffee maker tried to kill me this morning, cord started arcing right at the outlet!
If I wasn't there to pull it out it would have burned my house down.
I'm so sick of these fucking chinesium deathtrap appliances!
That's what economy war with China looks like. Just order a new one at Temu, AliExpress or Wish, where's the problem?
[/irony]
EDIT: No joke: I am quite often getting recommendations to order this and that on Temu, which is like a new online-business hype, at least where i live. When i refuse, they all ask me why, and my answer begins with: "Temu is an economic weapon". If they dare to ask what i mean, i go deeper and tell them that products on Temu are shit, and dangerous. China is weakening our economy because we give them our money, and then we are responsible to dispose thousands of tons of cheap, sometimes toxic or otherwise dangerous crap, which is possibly making some of us sick or even die, and we have to pay for the consequences as well. Chinese exports of containers full of lots of small, cheap crappy things we don't need is too much for tax offices to handle, so they let containers just pass. As a result, the amount of tax-free orders will be reduced to zero, and finally you will have to wait for weeks for your cheap gadget to arrive, plus you have to pay tax and processing fees.
Summarized, the money you are giving to Temu is the reason for our economy going down faster, which makes our economy more expensive for us all. The obligatory closing question, "Now tell me, which money are you exactly saving by ordering your crap at Temu?"
