It Turns Out That JPMorgan Bought the Nickel That Turned Out to Be Stones

Quote
JPMorgan Chase owned bags of material kept in a Dutch warehouse that were supposed to contain nickel but turned out to be full of stones, people familiar with the matter said.

The London Metal Exchange said last week that sacks thought to hold 54 metric tons of nickel in an unnamed warehouse had failed to comply with its standards.

Wonder how we are going to end up paying for that?

A very very very
Off topic thing…..

I do not smoke….. I do sport (CrossFit a lot), but I also like my fine dinner and parties from time to time…. Some in here will know…
Now this party thing goes accompanied by things not always good for health but I’m aware of those….
Question what I don’t know …………. I did some “vape” use on the Parties which evolved to using vape’s in normal weeks as well…. Is this damaging or not “grey area” imo ….
Who can tell me something more about if vapes are bad or not (could easily quit them)

Vape is liquid, lungs were evolved to breath gas not liquid.

The math is that simple.

🏦Banks have a serious problem🏦

Why hold deposits in a bank and receive 0.48% on your money when a money market mutual fund pays 4.45%?

On the hunt for yield, deposits are leaving and forcing  banks to sell assets at a loss to provide liquidity.

If the Fed hikes rates tomorrow, the issue only gets worse.

Unlike the Fed, the monetary policy of #Bitcoin    is 100% predictable.

my sources say +0.25% on weds is pretty much set in stone and certain.

I will see if he is good.

The good news for March is that the US central bank has added $300 million to the Federal Reserve's economy. That is why the price of Bitcoin is increasing from all sides. Since this good news spread to the investing public, the price of Bitcoin has moved upwards. Therefore, it is very likely that the price of Bitcoin will touch 30k dollars within the month of March.
Investors started buying bitcoins in droves whenever the reserves added. I think it is very likely that the price of Bitcoin will increase further. There was a lot of bloodshed over Bitcoin a few days ago which saw Bitcoin's movement at an all-time low. Bitcoin price shows signs of an overnight rise due to this central bank of America adding reserve assets.

I heard this story so many time recently, but this is definitely a good research product:

Bitcoin Data Shows Bullish Foundation

Quote
Key Takeaways
On a risk adjusted basis, Bitcoin is the best performer of the year compared to a range of securities (both equities and fixed income), indices, and commodities.
Bitcoin’s correlation to gold is increasing while its correlation to equities is decreasing, to the lowest levels in years. Bitcoin volatility continues a multi-year downward trend, although spikes of high volatility remain common.
Futures open interest and perpetual swap funding rates also suggest the rally is spot-based rather than built upon a purely speculative foundation.
On-chain data suggests ongoing accumulation, growing dispersion of ownership, and longer holding times. Certain metrics, such as SOPR and % in profit, show that holders are feeling better than they have in more than a year.
Bitcoin’s 4th halving is about 1 year away, which has typically preceded longer term bullish advances. At the same time, supply overhang fears from the pending Mt. Gox bankruptcy distributions appear, for now, to be overblown.

Bullish!

A Bitcoiner chooses. A slave obeys.
My tip for cannabis vapers: Pax with a bubbler attached. You vape herb, not some chemical cocktail. Furthermore the bubbler filters out any tiny plant particulates as well as cools down the vapor. No combustion, no lung irritation. And the full flavour of the herb is yours to enjoy.

Really seems to me as the healthiest option, next to breathing (clean) air. (Although our air is far from clean. You might get clean air on a mountain top but at sea level we're all breathing exhaust fumes and beer farts Kiss Tongue)

As to nicotine vaping... I would stay away from that mess. Who knows what they put in that chinese e-juice.

setup in question:

if you can get by not vaping....dont....its probably not good for you imo
as a life long imbiber of toxic substances...i can honestly say it starts having effects on health as you age
thats the kicker....at some point the piper must be paid and you only get a very small say in where, when and how as the bill comes due
kinda the old saying...take what you want...just be prepared to pay for it

you have enough discipline to do CrossFit you can hold enough to make good coin you can take this self administrated test correctly.

Or he could just quit. There's almost zero chance that vaping is beneficial to one's health, so why even bother testing how harmful it is.
Plus, vapers are in the top 3 of most insufferable people, right after cyclists and vegans. Don't be one of them.

If he quits he needs to do it on his own time.

I quit smokes on Feb 29 1996 (always wanted a feb 29 date to have a real meaning for me)

I was 39  I know smoking was hurting me at 28.  It was an 11year process for me to quit. Hoping the dude can decide on his own for himself what to do.
