Next 18 mo trading setups (possibilities as I see them):
1. Everything goes as expected with a peak in late 2025 at 150-250K (pick up your favorite number, which is 216K for me).
2. An exponential rise between September and Nov-Dec 2024 (to 130-140K), followed by a valley in the following 4-6mo (back to 65K due to economy being in poorer shape...they will decrease rates to 3-4% for a reason, right?), then an attempt at all time high again in Nov (Dec) 2025. Maybe only a meager ATH of +10% to Nov/Dec 2024 ensues.
3. Not much appreciation until the election, then either a rapid rise or a much meager rise (depending on who wins, I guess) into 2025.
IMHO, most are expecting scenarios #1 or #3, but I think that something similar to #2 is more likely.

Why? Did he criticize the French gov't? 
It seems that it is child pornography that was spread through Telegram and about which the French authorities warned him, but apparently he thought that nothing should be done. If this is true, then he deserved to be caught and prosecuted, I think that there should be no tolerance for such things.
Nothing is fishy, french prosecutors have in the past asked Telegram to close hundreds of channels because of child pornography, but telegram staff did nothing or when they acted they did after months. In May French authorities issued a list of those changes to be blocked, some ISP actually went further and blocked the whole t.me domain, it was quite a mess, it was after the largest pedo bust in France this year.
Durov knew about this, he was cited about this, he has been a French citizen since 2021, yet he never did one thing to clear his image or that of Telegram with the Frech prosecutors and now he thought, what the hell, I'll just visit France again and pretend nothing has happened despite being actually on the wanted list.
He did it knowingly, had he stayed in Dubai he would have not been arrested, had he not ignored that warrant and challenged it in court he wouldn't have ended up on the wanted list.

Not sure about the reliability of the source - I don't remember where it was, but I read that they put out the warrant soon after he left from Azerbaijan, just to catch him off guard.
